This place was perfect for us! It was spacious, clean, and well decorated. The location in the city of Arezzo was perfect for us to walk to everything! We would definitely recommend this place to others and would stay here again if we come back to Arezzo someday!

The place is very cozy and well equipped. Beautiful, new and spacious bathroom. Overall, everything is very well maintained and clean. Good bed. There is a nice, large, private terrace with a parasol, table and chairs. Although we were only here for one afternoon and one night, we felt very comfortable. The location on the edge of the old town is perfect. 10 min walk from a cheap parking garage and the old town worth seeing starts right at the doorstep… I'm sure we'll be back!

This place is a quiet, sizeable gem! The house itself was large for 2 people. The terrace overlooking the property was just lovely. Having dinner and breakfast there was so special. The kitchen has everything you need for preparing meals. Lucia treated the kitchen with her fresh olive oil. The bed was comfortable and windows provided shade from the Tuscan sun for complete darkness granting great nights sleep. The history behind the place is also worth asking about! Overall really with our stay. It truly felt like a sweet, welcoming Tuscan home.

Very nice quiet accommodation in Tuscan flair. Great complex with pool and great views. Quickly in Florence and on the roads to the excursion destinations. Definitely recommend! We'll be back. :)

Beautiful house, a short walk from the Piazzale Michelangelo for a stunning viewpoint. Francesca is an amazing host, very friendly and dedicated to making our stay enjoyable. The house was clean and well stocked with essentials, and the air conditioning worked very well. She gave us lots of recommendations and information on the area too. The area itself is incredibly peaceful and you can enjoy a quiet evening in the beautiful garden. We would come back again!

We have now been to Elisa and Alessandro's accommodation for the second time – and it was simply beautiful and absolutely relaxing again! The place is a real oasis where you can switch off perfectly. Elisa and Alessandro are extremely helpful and warm. They provided us with great tips for activities and restaurants, so we could enjoy our stay all around. We'd love to come back and highly recommend this place!

5 Stars – A Tuscan Dream Come True! Our stay at Francesco’s private resort-style retreat in the hills of Tuscany was absolutely magical. The location is stunning—peaceful, picturesque, and the perfect escape into the beauty of the Italian countryside. The rustic room had so much charm and comfort, and the property itself was amazing, with not one but two beautiful pools to relax by. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant. The free breakfast was far beyond the typical offering—not just muffins, but a full, authentic Italian breakfast that we looked forward to each morning. Dinner was just as impressive, showcasing delicious local flavors and warm hospitality. It was also a great jumping-off point for exploring the region—we took a lovely day trip to Siena with ease. This place is a hidden gem, and we’d return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the best of Tuscany!

Amazing place & beautiful location. Personally, we really enjoyed the restaurant below us, super friendly, gorgeous traditional Italian food at an excellent price! I would highly recommend the accommodation for a relaxing stay in beautiful surroundings! Super clean, great communication via the host, extremely comfortable and decorated to perfection. Amanda's apartment provided a warm, comfortable, and well-appointed home for a month in Castiglion Fiorentino. The laundry room, large kitchen, and private outdoor space were the perfect amenities for an extended stay for a couple. Part way through our trip, we had friends rent the attached apartment and we opened the adjoining doors so we could play cards in front of the fire in the evenings. Amanda arranged occasional cleanings during our stay, as well as organizing cars to/from the train station on our arrival and departure. This is a beautiful, safe, and walkable hill town with fantastic restaurants, museums, churches, and shops that were open even in the off season. The people, town, and food were warm and wonderful. We began Italian language lessons while there and became regulars at the Cafè Le Logge with its incredible view. We took regular daytrips by train to Arezzo or Florence, and by bus or car to Cortona and Chiusi. We could have stayed a month longer! Amanda was amazing!

We always love coming to Arezzo and Christian’s apartment was perfect. Location was close to everything we wanted to see and is surrounded by great restaurants. Christian was the ultimate host. Friendly and quick to communicate. The apartment was squeaky clean and comfortable. The bed was amazing! Grazie Mille!!

The apartment is located in the heart of historic Arezzo. It is on the top floor of a Renaissance era building . The views from the windows are spectacular. The apartment is spacious, well decorated, very quiet and the modern art is a delight. Flippo’s apartment will make your trip to Italy and to Arezzo very special.

Our stay at Luca’s place in Florence was wonderful. The location was extremely convenient with main attractions like the uffizi and galleria dell’academia just a short walk away. The apartment is also located in a very nice square that is lively and fun, but not noisy from the room. There are many restaurants and shops just down the stairs. The room itself was all that we could have wanted. The whirlpool tub was a very nice feature, the bed was conformable, and the atmosphere of the room was very cozy. If we return to Florence, we would love to stay at Luca’s place again!

Easy check in and out. Beautiful space and much bigger than expected. Great place to relax and explore if staying in the city. Really no negatives, book it and be happy.

This estate is a dream—life changing in all the best ways. From the jasmine-scented gardens and sweeping views of Siena to the beautifully restored guest suites—personally designed by Andrea, an architect and true artist—every detail felt magical. He greeted us so warmly, spent generous time sharing the estate’s history, and even gifted us a bottle of his family’s wine—which was absolutely lovely and made us feel truly welcome. The plunge pool was a refreshing retreat, and the setting was pure tranquility: birdsong, rustling leaves, and golden Tuscan sunsets. Andrea gave us a wonderful tour and shared the story behind his family’s efforts to preserve this incredible place. We adored the gentle Maremma dogs, Fiora and her puppy, Pecorino, who made us feel right at home. We were so impressed with this stay and Andrea’s efforts to preserve this very special place. Every moment here felt like a scene from a film—elegant, peaceful, and filled with soul. We can’t wait to return.

After another Airbnb mishap, Gianluca was so accommodating to allow to book and check in late last minute. He even met us there personally to be sure we got in okay. He even had the fold out couch ready with linens and provided a few breakfast items. The place was better than we’d hoped, location was fantastic, updated and perfectly clean! We would absolutely stay here again. This place will be one of the highlights of our trip!

Excellent location and beautiful apartment. Easy to get in self-check in and good communication with the host. Great kitchen, stocked with all the hardware you need. Common area was comfortable for the 4 of us. The view is amazing. Balconies on the water with close up views of Ponte Vecchio. Definitely one of the best places we've stayed in a 20 day trip in several cities.

Fabrizio was very quick to communicate and kind, and gave great restaurant recommendations. The apartment was very clean and is very well located
