Apartment holiday rentals in Arenzano

A beautiful apartment in a super location just a couple of minutes walk to the old town. Iacopo and Loredana were on hand check us in and were super responsive and helpful in giving local recommendations. The flat was super - recently renovated with lots of great touches (charging cables, really strong aircon, coffee and biscuits) and the spa bath was obviously a highlight too! Would definitely come here again when back in Genoa

We had a great stay at Adria's. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos and the city is very nice. Adria is an exceptional host, very attentive. She allowed us to check in before 3 p.m., gave us great recommendations for our stay and helped us book a delicious restaurant on the beach. We highly recommend coming to Adria in Bogliasco!

Great hosts! They helped us quickly fix a mishap with the washing machine. The apartment is furnished in a rustic style, great sea view and 2 min to the beach.

We had a great time at Anna's place. The accommodation was very clean and well-equipped. It was very hot during our stay, the fans available were very helpful. The view from the terrace (sea and mountain) was very beautiful. The nearby river brings a pleasant freshness. The only small downside is the narrow and winding road that must be taken to get to the residence, where often only one car can pass at a time. You have to be very careful with a big vehicle. Cogoleto beaches are 10 minutes by car. A supermarket (Coop) is also a 10-minute drive to Arenzano - which is a very pretty little town. We took the opportunity to visit Genoa as well, which is only twenty minutes away. Anna is very available and responsive to any questions or particular problems.

Nico was very welcoming, I appreciated everything he has done make the place perfect and make us feel carefree. Would highly recommend for anybody. The view is way better than the pictures :)

We've just enjoyed several days in Marina's house. I believe it is the most well appointed property we have stayed in. A thoughtful host who more than anticipated any needs a person might have. The kitchen was well equipped and a pleasure to to work in. The terrace was expansive with a great view of one of the neighborhood's many quaint little beaches. We slept comfortably on high quality mattresses. All in all a fabulous experience. We were greeted by a very pleasant man, Fredrico. He immediately made us welcome and was very knowledgeable about all the needs a guest might have. I would not hesitate to recommend Marina's home and will stay there whenever I am in back in Genova.

Clean, cozy and tidy apartment, central location and easy to reach! Maria Luisa was always kind and helpful, she gave useful and timely directions! great for a stay in Savona/ to enjoy a few days by the sea in the surroundings!

Fabrizio's place was perfect! The surrounding area is beautiful, and both the apartment and pool are very well maintained. Everything felt clean and fresh, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. The local pizzeria they recommended is definitely worth a visit, and the wine Fabrizio makes is also excellent. We'd be happy to return for a longer stay next time.

We enjoyed our stay at Emanuela very much. She is very enthusiastic, helpful and welcoming, she responds quickly to questions and gives a lot of information about the area. The apartment is decorated with great care and taste and is in a fantastic place in the center: restaurants, bars, sights and the weekly market within walking distance. Two extra pluses: a lovely, large terrace and a private parking space. We would recommend a stay at Emanuela's place to anyone.

We had a very good stay at Giuseppe and Valeria's. The accommodation is very pleasant with its large terrace in the heart of old Genoa. The kitchen is very functional and well equipped . Giuseppe is very available to advise vacationers and in case of problems. Really perfect. We'll be back with great pleasure. 😍

Excellent apartment, good location and comfortable. The host is super responsive and allowed us to drop off our luggage earlier than expected to be able to enjoy our visit to Genoa more easily.

We really appreciate the hospitality from host and family. We had no trouble getting in. Easily were able to get to Portifino (by bus) and Cinque Terre (by train). But Rapallo itself felt special and was the highlight. Great place to walk to and from the beach and restaraunts. The people, as always in Italy, were extremely warm and inviting. Truly a pleasure and we wish our hosts the best of luck in the future!

What a fantastic place. Paolo met us at the train station to help us with our luggage and guide us to the apartment. Gave us great recommendations on how to spend our 3 days. Honestly I’m not sure I can imagine a better place in Riomaggiore. The flat is on the top floor with a great terrace that is shaded in the evening looking right down on the cove with a beautiful view of the water. We had happy hour up there every night. Everything was clean and modern. Having 2 levels created a lot of space in the apartment. Would stay there again in a heartbeat if coming back to Riomaggiore.

The real added value is Riccardo, the owner: a lively, ardent, and hospitable soul. Her energy is reflected in every detail of the house. It is a presence that enriches, inspires, and welcomes. A stay that was not only relaxing, but a sensory and human experience. You get lost... and you find yourself.

Daniela is a great hostess who goes above and beyond to make her guests happy. We were surprised several times with our own baksels. From homemade cakes to croissants, everything was delicious. We also enjoyed our own honey from the beehives. Of course, there are also a lot of bees in the area. You'll notice that when you're by the pool. The apartment was completely complete. Beautiful bathroom, great kitchen with all the essentials, air conditioning and also screens for the windows. The pool and the sunbeds were great. The surroundings with all Daniela's recommendations were very nice. All in all, we had a wonderful stay, thank you very much!

An unforgettable stay in Genoa! Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The accommodation is even more beautiful than in the photos: tastefully decorated, clean, warm and very well-equipped. Every detail has been carefully crafted. The rooftop with hot tub is a real gem, offering beautiful views and an incomparable moment of relaxation – a real plus that makes the experience unique. The location is ideal for exploring the city, and everything was exactly as described… or even beyond our expectations. I would 100% recommend this BnB for an exceptional stay in Genova.

An unforgettable stay! Mattia is an excellent host – warm, helpful and always available. The view is simply sensational - a real highlight of the stay! The apartment is tastefully furnished, very clean and offers everything you need to feel completely comfortable. The pool is another highlight - modern, clean and perfect for relaxing. Silvana, too, was so warm and friendly and immediately spoiled our children and provided them with toys and a children's table. Absolutely recommended – we will be happy to come back!

We had a truly lovely stay at Cascina Marenco, the site and the house are beautiful! They put a lot of effort in creating nice places to hang around in the garden, with quality furniture and shading. The garden is just magical! The appartment is traditional, cosy and charming and offers everything you could wish for. Evenings on the terrace are lovely, with a breathtaking view over the valley. Stefano and Valentina are the kindest people, they are super helpfull and think along: they arranged some extra baby stuff for us which was really great and sweet. Thank you, we would definitely visit again!

Divide & Laura we superb hosts. They responded promptly to all messages and requests. Laura was really friendly, she met us at the property and explained everything. The accommodation is spotlessly clean, whilst its small they have used the space in a really clever way and there is everything you need, The pool looked lovely but we didn’t use it, The views are fantastic and once you have parked your car everything is in walking distance, we loved our stay and will be back.
