We loved our stay, host was very flexible on early check in. Host was very responsive to any questions. We loved the location, close to the beach, restaurants. Very walkable everywhere in Ortigia. Thanks again for a great visit.

Patrizia and Mario were great hosts, very responsive and helpful. The roof top terrace has a nice breeze and good views. The living room has lots of interesting books. The booklet in the house and that they send you before you arrive has lots of great suggestions for the area, we loved the beach recommendations. Good kitchen. Finding steet parking was okay in the end, easier during the day, takes a little longer in the evening but can find

Couldn’t have been better. Easy communication, super warm welcome, awesome property that has everything you need and more. We felt immediately at home and even days of thunderstorm and rain were pleasant in this house. Valerio and his family have always been there for us and took care of everything super fast. The property looks in real life even better than on the pictures.

A beautiful villa in a great location and Francesco was really helpful and accommodating. Just be wary of the stairs if you have young children!

Villa Vendicari is a slice of paradise in Sicily. The grounds are breathtaking. You are tucked away from any noise amongst gorgeous vegetation. The spaces are comfortable, beautiful, and thoughtfully laid out. The area had lots to explore in terms of walks, beaches, activities, and amazing food. We had THE BEST time and our only regret is we didn't book a longer stay. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had a lovely stay, the house was beautiful and well looked after. The pool and surrounding gardens were amazing to spend time in. We had great communication before and during the stay. We were travelling with a baby and toddler and there were high chairs and a cot provided which was hugely helpful. Thank you for a lovely holiday!

Anna’s place is beautiful and in pristine natural surroundings. She has designed the space thoughtfully and it’s well appointed. Her recommendations were also great. We enjoyed a relaxed vacation here and highly recommend.

Stunningly beautiful house, gardens and pool. The house is one of a kind with large windows that keep it cool at night and beautiful countryside views in each direction. Rabbits in the garden at 5am were a little highlight. I can only recommend this house, we felt very at home there and used it as a base to explore the surrounding beaches and just lounge by the private pool in the afternoon. The host was friendly and helpful. I honestly cant confirm any of the small niggles I have read in some previous reviews at all - everything was great and we would stay there again.

it's nice villa divided into 4 independent flats , located in the center of the village and surrounded local citizens and houses within specific Italian atmosphere 😀. Flat is modern and very nice with the huge terasse, but pure internet. There is absolutely nothing to do around except beautiful sand beach in 10 min by car. We always used car to reach Syracuse, Ragusa or any restaurant or supermarkets in Avolla. As a summary we would highly recommend for a couple of days if you have a car.

The property was very comfortable, nicely furnished and felt very welcoming and homely. It is extremely well located near the centre of Ortigia and yet is both private and quiet. Everything (shops/restaurants) is within a short walking distance. Gisella provided lots of support and useful suggestions for our visit and Gianluca was there to greet us locally. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would be very happy to return.

Natalia's villa was perfect for what my friends and I needed. It was centrally located and very safe. It was our first time visiting the area, our flight was delayed, and one suitcase did not arrive on time. Natalia and her sister, Marcella were very understanding. Marcella was so great! Making us feel welcomed on the spot. The villa is very spacious..More space than we 3 needed but perfect for spreading out after a day of sightseeing. The views are spectacular, the people, warm and friendly. There is a Lidl up the street from the villa where you can easily get anything you might need for your stay. The kitchen is very well equipped with full size fridge and anything you might need to prepare meals at home. We can not say enough about this lovely property. We will definately be back! One of the best places we have been.. The villa is super cozy and you feel right at home! Also, Federico is a great host, he was always responsive and helpful, and gave us useful recommendations on the dining and things to do in the area. Thank you for the amazing experience!

Villa was one of our best AirBNB experiences ever! Elisa is so hospitable and kind, was always ready to advise! Elisa assisted with transfer, ordered us pizza when we arrived (flight was delayed and it was already too late to go for dinner). Villa is a large and beautiful place for stay, so clean, with everything could be needed during vacation! Location is perfect especially if you have a car- 2 minute drive or 19 minute walk from beautiful sand beach (perfect for children!), product shops also close. For fish and seafood -10 minute drive. Amazing Siracuse for evening walks -20 minute drive. If you are searching for great sea experience at Sicily - no doubts that Villa will be the right choice! Elisa, thank you ♥️

It truly was a home away from home. Beautiful furnishings. Comfortable bed. The host was very responsive, when we discovered we needed additional kitchen items. It was private and conveniently located.

I stayed for 7 days. A truly unique place with every detail. You have a lot of space to enjoy the after sea and you can also enjoy the pool that is cleaned every day. The garden speaks for itself... and the house has all the necessary amenities and accessories. Great for families! Nearby sea! Also a great location because if in the middle of all the cities to visit such as Modica-Noto-Siracusa, etc. Sofia and her husband are people to take as an example, elegant, fit and cheerful. Ask them for tips for anything, especially for restaurants, rotisseries, ice cream parlors, and places to visit. I can't wait to come back as I love the place and Sicily!

The villa was very well presented, spacious and well equipped. It is in a peaceful, private countryside situation. The beds are comfortable with crisp white bedding and very clean bathrooms. The grounds are excellent being well laid out and maintained! The swimming pool is set slightly away from the main house and is all one depth which was excellent for our mixed age family group. The swimming pool has its own pool house with coffee machine, fridge, shower and toilet facilities. Electric gates provide added security!

Corrado was so nice and friendly, he was a gentle man. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was perfect. Pool was fabulous. Every recommendation Corrado gave us was superb from beaches to the unmissable Canyon, to restaurants to day trips. I would highly highly recommend this place and the wonderful Corrado

Beautiful location across the river from Noto - the property is well-thought-out and cared for, large variety of interesting trees and plants (lemons, oranges, pomegranates, almonds, etc) around the house, fun pool for the kids, well-appointed kitchen and beautiful spot for evening meals looking over the vista of Noto as the sun sets. However, the highlight was the hosts - Emanuel and Sebastiano - flexible with check-in and check-out, Emanuel took the time to answer all of our questions, introduce us to all of the interesting parts of the property, and provide local recommendations, and Sebastiano was very helpful and patient when I forgot our passports at the house and had to return to get them - he safeguarded them and met me in town to return them. Highly recommended!

Highly recommended. House, impeccable, clean and equipped with every comfort. Beautiful garden, outdoor area with pizza oven and grill, kitchen equipped with everything. 2 bathrooms, one on each floor, and an outdoor shower. Clean and fragrant linens. Excellent location, 5 minutes by car from various supermarkets, in a maximum of half an hour by car you can reach the best places in the area (Ortigia, Noto, Scicli, Modica) Quiet beach with beautiful sea 7-8 minutes' walk away. The host made check-in available 3 hours in advance You will be sorry to leave this property and these places

Wow, what a stay we had at Ivan's place. Situated in a quiet spot just outside of Noto, surrounded by wild flowers, herbs and lemon trees. The most beautiful, private, quiet spot, we felt instantly relaxed and at home. Ivan and Dino were absolutely fantastic, responsive and helpful, thank you so much for making our stay so special. The villa is situated in a great spot for exploring the south east of Sicily, every day we went out and about exploring towns, beaches and restaurants. The beaches were stunning, especially San Lorenzo nature reserve, we had the entire beach to ourselves! Thank you for a wonderful stay, we couldn't recommend more highly.

What a great location to stay! Beautiful location with mountain and sea views. Very beautiful large garden, beautifully maintained. Lovely terrace by the house or by the pool, complete privacy. The house was very clean and equipped with every comfort. Communication with Lorenzo went very smoothly, he responded quickly and gave nice tips for the area. This location is absolutely recommended if you like peace in the middle of nature.
