Here you live secluded with nature as the nearest neighbor, watercourses with waterfalls outside the window and a large plot for outdoor activity. All this only 3km from Åre village. Generous space for parking cars. The house accommodates 4 bedrooms with double bed (possible to separate the beds). A sleeping loft with "sofa bed", two bathrooms and a sauna. In the living room you will find a modern kitchen, fully equipped and a dining area for 10 people. In the room there is also a fireplace for the dark and cold days.

Large terrace with afternoon and evening sun overlooking Åreskutan and Renfjället. Barbecue grill and outdoor furniture are available. The apartment is compact, 30 m2. 4 beds, each of a bunk bed and a double bed. The kitchen is very well equipped for those interested in cooking. Otherwise there are two restaurants within 300 m. The most genuine cabin in Åre

When it rains down in Åre, it snows up here. Ski in, ski out to both the slopes and the cross-country tracks in Ullådalen. Halfway up the mountain, there is a dedicated garage down by Ullådalsvägen, where you switch to the included snowmobile during snow season. The Cabin, partially built in the late 1700s, was moved by horse to its current location in the 50s and includes one of Åres most impressive fireplaces. Remote, but neighbors with one of Åres best restaurants ensure a golden touch.
