Note: NO PARTIES! Walking distance to the square and the station as well as the airport bus.

The house is 76 sqm with panoramic windows and beautiful material choices. In this house, you will feel like you are outdoors even when you are sitting inside by the stove with a cup of tea. Just behind the house, there are several prepared cross-country trails, snowmobile trails, hiking trails and proximity to fine fishing. A perfect house for friends and families with children who also want to bring their dog.

Walking distance to Åre Torg, lifts, train station, ICA etc. Accommodation: The apartment consists of two bedrooms with a double bed in one of them and two bunk beds in the other. Max 6 people in the apartment. Kitchen with dishwasher. Living room with TV. Other: Parking is available. Sauna is available to book in a shared local in the association. Bed linens are not provided. Cleaning is done by those who rent.

On 85m2 you'll find panoramic windows with a fantastic view on the lake, a soap stone fireplace, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Enjoy fishing, paddling, swimming, hiking and x-country skiing right in front of your doorstep! Our neighbouring little farm with our kids, three sled dogs, three cats, a garden and chickens can induce a farm holiday experience.

St Olavsleden passerar utanför stugan. Stugan ligger på villatomt med utsikt över fjället Välliste. Goda förbindelser med buss och tåg till Åre som ligger 12 km bort. Stugan ligger 400 m från Undersåkers tågstation (där finns elbilsladdare) och 150 m från busshållplats.
