Paradise at Kallsjöen

The rice trap in Åre municipality is a paradise both in summer and winter. Bright and nice summer evenings around the fire pit, snowmobile and winter activities in winter. Kallsjön is located just outside the living room window, with possibility of fishing. Hunting terrain in the hills and mountains all around. Amazing view out to the sea and Åreskutan. 12km to Järpen city center Possibility of cross country skiing in light trail, swimming pool and Curlinghall. 19 km to Huså, 30 km to Åre/Bjørnen, which is known for its slalom slopes.

Herbret and the sauna is a recreational experience! Herbret is 80 meters from Åresjön, 10 meters from the lake stands the sauna, 200 meters is the ski slope Vm8. Bus station 200 m to take you to the village core. Otherwise, you can walk about 1.3 km, about a 20 minute walk. Ski rental SkiStar about 500m. However, sheets are NOT included. Denna mysiga stuga för 8 personer ligger i den vackra byn Ottsjö i Åre. Stugan ligger endast ca 150 meter från sjön och har en underbar utsikt över fjäll och sjö. Det finns en stor altan där det är sol hela dagen. I Ottsjö kan man under sommartid fiska, vandra, bada m,m. På vintern finns det fantastisk skidåkning, slädhundar.
