Our stay went very well, Thibaut was very responsive and the apartment is very nice and very well located!

The accommodation is very well kept and clean. Essentials are there. It has a wonderful view of the river and forest across the street! Bastien welcomes you on site and is responsive. 😉

Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The accommodation was as advertised, very clean, well-equipped and tastefully decorated. The location is ideal, quiet but right in the center. We stayed here for 3 nights. It is a nicely decorated apartment. The estate itself is beautiful. Very luxurious to be able to use the swimming pool. We can recommend this stay. Owner is very friendly.

Our stay with Philippe went very well. Small family stay to discover this corner of the Ardèche, the accommodation was perfect whether the view, impeccable cleanliness and a lot of amenities and attention. What a great find! We can say that the cottage clearly exceeded our expectations! We regularly rent accommodation and there is often something that stands out… but not here! Nathalie and Brice thought of everything, down to the smallest detail… it's so nice, because yes the details are very important! As for the place, what else can I say but that it is sublime. Everything has been renovated and tastefully decorated, a real treat for the eyes! A big thank you to Nathalie and Brice for their welcome and their valuable advice which allowed us to have a perfect stay! We won't forget these few days spent in St Privat and hope to have the opportunity to come back!

We (Ellen and Hans) are retired and stayed here for a month to avoid the hustle and bustle of everyday life It turned out to be a beautiful location and exactly as indicated in the listing. Far from the inhabited world so groceries etc. you had to plan. But peace in abundance. Great host Kris and Greta, were there if you needed them but never intrusive. After a month the feeling of having a bunch of friends with it. Also have a sweet “social ” dog. Our dog Beer clearly had a friend at Loulotje's

The apartment is modern and very well furnished and well located. Special mention for the bedding which is excellent quality! You sleep in peace and in great comfort. Nathalie welcomed us in person with simplicity and responsiveness. Great stay in this accommodation right next to the thermal baths and local shops

Housing refurbished, with a lot of taste. We spent 3 very pleasant days with our children aged 7 and 9. Céline is a very attentive host with whom it is very pleasant to interact. Thank you for everything!

Very nice accommodation, everything is as described, we enjoyed the Baneo bathtub. Beautiful walks are to be done close to the accommodation. Ideal for a short romantic getaway ☺️

Jean François and his family are very welcoming. Parking cars is not a problem in the gated property. The accommodation is spacious and well-equipped. On the relaxation side, we were able to enjoy the swimming spa and the pool. It takes a minimum of 3 days to fully appreciate these facilities. Children's games and a trampoline were welcome for our 3.5-year-old grandson. Jean François has a very good rapport with children. The accommodation is well located for access to the Peaugres Zoo and the Palais idéal du facteur Cheval. We are very satisfied with our stay at Jean François's.

Excellent two week stay in Olivier’s lovely apartment. Beautifully renovated to give a great mix of modern and character. The stone walls are beautiful. Overall very spacious - two large bedrooms and two lovely bathrooms. Kitchen dining area enormous. Jacuzzi and roof terrace a bonus. There are lots of stairs as noted but very manageable. There is great safe and accessible bike storage and riding from the front door fabulous. Oliver was very responsive both before and after booking and check in. On request supplied us with a filter coffee machine. Barjac is a charming village close to the Ardeche and Cèze rivers for all manner of outdoor activities. Overall a fabulous stay, well recommended. A wonderful night in this beautifully decorated and arranged private accommodation, perfect for a romantic night. The host is very responsive, and the optional brunch is a treat.
