Holiday rentals with a kayak in Ardèche

A very pretty house , in a sublime setting, by the river with even direct access to swim , rest , read a book ... house full of charm with beautiful stones and space , Melanie and her mother who received us on site were very good hosts , we will be back with pleasure

Very good stay, out of the five apartments we had the one with the terrace. This is a real plus, with a view of the pool and a nice panorama of the region. The kitchen is well thought out and functional but a little narrow, and the area to eat too. But as it rarely rains, we ate most of the time on the terrace. We were very well received and advised in relation to activities and shops, it is very rare to receive such a quality welcome. The pool is well maintained and heated, accessible in the morning, a real plus in this area. And the little petanque corner at the back was welcome too! In the surroundings, there is obviously kayaking, caving, electric biking on the greenway, caves with guided tours, and a few swimming spots, but they are too crowded, so you have to look for hidden spots =)

very nice accommodation, well appointed and functional, the house is in a very quiet small subdivision with children's games and a cytifoot nearby. the outdoor space is enough and the ping pong table and billiards table were well appreciated by children (but also by adults!) note also that it is easy to park 2 or 3 cars just in front of the house... In short, it is an ideal place to spend a few quiet days with children and for more entertainment, Montelimar is very close.....

We had a great holiday in the Ardèche, the very warm house, and this view of the Ardèche from the balcony, wonderful! we'll be back for sure! thank you Florence ☺️

Peaceful place and atypical stay We stayed at Le Castel. Accommodation on two floors below the estate. There were 3 spacious bedrooms. There is a special atmosphere right away. One of the bedrooms (on the first level) has one fireplace, one beautiful bathtub, and one bathroom with shower. Another of the bedrooms (on the second level) also has an en-suite bathroom but also a seating area. The dining room (on the first level) has a beautiful fireplace. She communicates with the kitchen. This is a professional kitchen. Outside, the terrace is really nice with a partially shaded wooden table. The view is soothing. We had private access to the heated indoor pool from 10am to 10pm. And on request access to the sauna from 4-7 pm(or maybe 8pm?). To reach this space (swimming pool, sauna with shower and toilet), you had to take a cobblestone path about twenty meters higher. Beautiful view of the swimming pool. The place is very quiet. The car is essential to reach the place and shop. There are 2 supermarkets (including a discount sign) 15/20 min drive to Aubenas. We were greeted by Pissamai, very smiling and available.

Sophie, the property host, was very responsive to any questions and very helpful. It was a wonderful stay in a beautiful place just minutes from Barjac, a quaint village. The house is very private on a large plot of land. Dogs are welcome and have a large enclosed place to run. The heated pool was wonderful. The kitchen is well-equipped and there is an outdoor grill - which was fabulous to cook with and then enjoy our meals outside. Highly recommend this lovely place. A great get away from it all. We had a great time at this lovely holiday home. We took great advantage of the shaded terrace. We were looking for a relaxing vacation readings, short walks, and water swimming. It was perfect for our "program"! Beautiful villages to visit nearby, and the river within easy reach! When it gets hot it's so much appreciated! Thank you again for the warm welcome from Corine and her husband. This is becoming rare in Airbnb so it's important to emphasize this;-)!

Pleasant stay in a peaceful location and located in a place close to all desired activities. Catherine and Eric are very friendly! Beautiful experience in a place we know from having already visited Ardèche in 2005!

Jean-Baptiste is very responsive, which is appreciated. We were very well hosted by Sylvie, the director of the campsite, who has good advice. The accommodation is nice and the campsite is quiet. Overall we had a nice stay!

Very welcoming hosts, the mobile home was clean and well-equipped as mentioned in the listing. Very nice view. The location is ideal: close to the Cave of Chauvet, the city center, the Pont d 'Arc, etc. We were there in May, it was a little cold and we were happy to have the duvets provided as well as a good heating system.

Thanks to Sylvie and Jean Baptiste for hosting us! The cabin is cozy, the location of the campsite is ideal and the common areas are spotless.

Go there without any problems, we had a very good stay. Quiet and relaxing and not far from the city center. We had the info for the restaurants and also for the descent of the Ardèche. Very accommodating with our car problem. Thank you and we'll be back with pleasure
