Responsive host! He took us in the evening for the next day with our dog. The place is beautiful with a direct view of the Ardèche mountains. The size of the land surprised us compared to the photo. Clean house, nickel equipment there is everything you need (even bowls for dogs☺️). House with functional reversible air conditioning with large stove, located next to Thueys with superb charm in the hamlet. I recommend it and would definitely come back with my husband. Thanks to Michel and his wife, this stay was great! 👌💐

In addition to being a wonderful place to be, Pema and Jan are very welcoming and friendly. We had car trouble and had to get taxi for a replacement car to a place that was an hour and a half away on August 15th. Jan was so sweet to take us there, that's great anyway! The house is top, it was very warm, but with the shutters closed during the day and open at night it was fine to do in the house. We ate outside every night on the lovely terrace. Highly recommended!

We had a very nice and relaxing time. The apartment was great for us, it had everything we needed and the view is beautiful. You can hear the rushing water, which was very calming for us. Claude and Martine are very friendly and helpful. They drove us to the train station for our departure. Thank you very much for everything and also for the smooth and proactive communication!

I had a wonderful stay at Valerie's place, absolutely delightful. A perfect place to press the pause button and recharge your batteries. One of the first things I noticed was the silence, no noise, no traffic. Just nature and your own footsteps. Valerie is such a kind and caring host, she created a beautiful cocoon to retreat yourself and fully submerge in the stunning natural surroundings. The place was very clean and comfortable, decorated with a lot of taste, beautiful wood structures and natural elements. Highly recommended and can't wait to go back.

We had a great time at Olivier's place. The space was clean, the environment quiet and the bedding comfortable. We were close to restaurants, snacks and ice cream parlors. Very good atmosphere in the evening.

Had a pleasant stay . apartment confirms the photos and descriptions. Friendly residence. Gérard is a very responsive host as well as the person who welcomes us.(we've rented his apartment 2 times. ). The kids enjoyed the Pool party evening. Gerard sends by email the activities offered in Ardèche (market, visits...)

We spent a week with family in this small studio on the garden floor of Claire's mom's house. We arrived early, welcomed by Claire,who explained the place to us and everything nearby. The accommodation is clean with the essentials for 4. The points+: well located in a quiet location, space to park,a super pleasant garden with a barbecue,no TV ideal for relaxing the children! Accessible wifi to plan visits. within walking distance, a large children's park with skate Park, the elevator which is convenient to get to the city center faster, an educational farm not far away, a river in the town for swimming with the children in complete tranquility. The lady who lives above is very nice, available and discreet,clear too. Point -: mosquitoes in large numbers provide mosquito repellent. ( may be providing a screen on the window). Very happy stay. Valerie and her husband are very welcoming, the welcome was perfect and the location on the shores of Lac de Villefort is nice. Great stay.

Dominique kindly recommended us and showed us the super nicely furnished room. The garden with great views and the deck chairs and garden furniture were great for relaxing. Dominique was always there for questions, gave us many tips for the area. Many hikes were possible directly from the property. For us, the stay was super nice, and our dog liked it too. Will come again any time. Thanks!

Warm & beautifully decorated accommodation. Very clean, with everything you need to have a good stay. 🙂 Everything is thought out for a simple & practical arrival. A huge bonus, the garage! No need to worry about parking & the city center is within walking distance. The place is quiet & the rooms are not on the street side, so no noise. We will return to Guy's with great pleasure during our future stay in Annonay!

We had a great time in Ruoms at Johann's place. The terrace is really an undeniable plus, the accommodation is perfect for a good holiday. Johann is a very friendly host, we recommend this property 100%!

Subjectively, my stay was necessarily ideal because it is my grandparents' old house, perfectly modernized by Henri. Objectively, everyone will be able to appreciate the quality of the amenities, the absolute calm of the place, the charm of the surrounding nature and, above all, the warm welcome of the owner. We (family, children 11 and 8) spent a very nice week in August in Le Clos de Taulleles. We particularly benefited from the great pool, the barbecue station, the pizza oven, the many play opportunities for the children (table tennis, basketball hoop, football goal...) and not least from the nice community with the other holiday guests and the hosts, which was favored by a shared informal welcome evening. Christelle was always accessible and available! A clear recommendation, we will be happy to come back!

In the last year I had the chance to go to this place on each of my work trips (14 times to be specific), the hosts have always been very responsive, no accessibility issues. Regarding the accommodation, the setting is very pleasant, the apartment is made of good quality materials, the bed is comfortable and the bed linen is very soft which allows a comfortable stay. This is a home that I recommend to everyone for work stays like a short vacation. Thank you again for hosting us

The accommodation is very comfortable and well arranged. The small patio is lovely. We highly recommend this rental.

Charles' apartment is very well-equipped. You will find everything you need for a pleasant stay (special mention for the pool fries and ping-pong rackets). The terrace is very large and offers a magnificent view of Saint Martin d'Ardèche. The residence is very quiet and offers beautiful amenities with a beautiful swimming pool for example. The location is ideal for visiting the region. You can also do the gorges of the Ardèche but also visit the neighboring departments (Gard/Vaucluse/Drôme). We will be happy to return to Charles's home if we return to the area.
