What a lovely stay! We immediately had to take our own photos to show the family. The property is very well presented, and we were provided with fresh fruit and eggs on arrival. We also had access to the private garden (more like a forest), which led down to the river. An unexpected surprise! We recommend to anyone looking at this listing!

Clara was an excellent hostess who greeted us with fig cake and port wine. She offered bottles of wine (nominal charge because good wine is inexpensive in Porto, Portugal) available for purchase. She offered a tour of the accommodations, providing instructions where necessary, but kept it to a minimum. We booked an airbnb experience Douro Valley tour through Clara .... it was wonderful and highly recommended. Keep-in-mind, of the three airbnb's we stayed-in through-out Portugal only one had dryer. Washing machine at Clara's was downstairs, outside but in a shed area, and she had a line drying feature. The ensuite is a bit tight, but nothing that can not be lived with with for a brief stay and all the decor is charming.

“Es más de lo que esperábamos. La casa tiene una ubicación privilegiada, justo enfrente de una hermosa playa. El balcón es envidiable; ahí nos sentábamos a comer y a contemplar los espectaculares atardeceres. Además, está situada en una excelente zona, muy cerca de buenos restaurantes, cafeterías, bares, un casino y una zona peatonal. También tiene un Lidl muy cerca. La casa es hermosa, con todas las comodidades, y la limpieza es excelente. La pasamos de lo mejor… sin duda volveremos muy pronto.”

Appartement très agréable avec une vue extraordinaire sur le Douro, idéalement placé à proximité du métro qui vous emmène dans le centre-ville en moins de 10mn. Très bonne communication avec Diana qui a su répondre à nos questions très rapidement ! Nous recommandons à 100% cet appartement !

Pues un apartamento estupendo al lado de la parada de Joao II de Gaia perfecto para escapar del bullicio de Oporto capital. El aparcamiento para el coche en la zona del tranvía hay descampado para aparcar sin coste o en la calle ideal. Cama cómoda, nevera grande, patio etc. Nos hemos sentido muy cómodos. El tranvía enfrente hace todavía mejor este alojamiento. No busques mejor opción que este que no lo hay.

È stato un bellissimo soggiorno. la zona è vicina a Porto, tranquilla e apprezzata in quanto Porto è caotica in questo periodo per via diversi cantieri. L'appartamento è arredato con cura, stile e grande attenzione ai dettagli. È perfetto per 4 persone visto che ci sono due belle camere matrimoniali. Non manca davvero niente a livello di accessori, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, bollitore, macchina del caffè, ferro da stiro, ecc Abbiamo apprezzato anche un pensiero davvero gentile di benvenuto lasciato dai proprietari. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Isabel and Igor’s apartment with views of the Duoro River. It was exactly as described and stocked with everything we needed. Even though it was in the busy Ribeira area, the apartment was very quiet. We even found a laundromat close by. When we return to Porto we will stay here again.

우선 사진보다 더 아름다운 뷰 덕분에 머무는 내내 행복했습니다! 모루공원보다 숙소 테라스에서 노을을 보는게 훨씬 평화롭고 아름답기도 했어요~ 세탁기도 있어서 밀린 빨래도 돌렷고 거실 방 공간분리도 되어있어서 좁은 호텔을 전전하다 만난 최고의 숙소였습니다❤️그리고 숙소 1층에 있는 식당도 알고보니 숨겨진 뷰맛집 레스토랑 이더라구요! 머무는동안 꼭 예약해서 가보세요! 근처 마트 지하철 2-3분 거리에 있어서 너무 편리합니다! 가이아 지역이지만 건너편으로 금방 넘어갈수 있어요! 다음에 또 포르투 오게된다면 또 방문하고 싶은 숙소입니다😀

View was unbelievable especially evening. Location was perfect for us since we had a car and we were able to have a nice quiet evening. If no car not as convenient since everything is a bit far. For us price was worth it. Enough rooms, bathrooms and beds. The lady who met us during check in was very helpful and responsive. I feel she made the experience a lot more easier for the whole stay

Ricardo gave us a warm and nice welcome and provided us with a good list of sites and activities to discover Porto and the surrounding area. Check in and out were supereasy. The apartment is very tidy and well equipped with everything you need for a pleasant and comfortable stay. The view on Porto and the Douro is just awesome. Since we used public transport, it was easy to go around by local bus 901 and 906 and metro. From the airport the bus stop nearest to the apartment is Dr. Antonio Granja. At the moment there are huge construction sites both at Gaia and Porto which cause traffic inconveniences. Despite a little dog barking quite often and longtime, the apartment is located in a quiet surrounding and a 10 minute footwalk from the riverside where you find the famous port wine cellars. We very much enjoyed our time at Porto and had a great vacation.

We loved our stay at Home Essences. We found it even better than the pictures indicated. There was plenty of room for 8 adults and a toddler with everyone having their own private space and bathroom. The set up was perfect. We found it clean and well stocked and would not hesitate to return if given the chance. Joana was an excellent host - very helpful and responsive!

뷰가 훌륭하고 모루 정원과 가까워 위치도 매우 좋습니다. 숙소가 생각보다 넓고, 거실과 부엌이 침실과 분리되어 있어 쾌적해요. 이 정도 뷰를 가진 숙소로서 가격도 저렴합니다. 다만 저에게는 베개가 좀 높고 딱딱해서 불편했고, 따뜻한 물 사용에 제한이 있어 오래 샤워하면 찬물이 나오는게 좀 아쉬웠습니다. 그래도 전반적으로 매우 훌륭한 숙소였어요. 추천합니다.

The apartment was perfect. The host helped us solving some issues we had during the stay. They were great and extremely kind. We highly recommend and will definitely book this apartment again if we come back to Braga.

The apartment is a delight from the moment you walk in. It is beautifully decorated and feels like a home. Great bathroom with amazing rain shower and hot water. Bedroom and kitchen and living areas are all well presented and equipped with all you need and with lots of additional touches. Very quiet for sleeping, and great air conditioning in bedroom and living area. Great location to explore Porto, and don’t even have to walk very far at all, including a great cafe next door, to find lovely eating places. Pedro was a wonderful host in every way.

Nuno’s Porto studio was great! The location is perfect as it has various great restaurants and cafes right on the same street and you can walk to anywhere in the city within 10-15 min. The place was a modern studio that was very clean and had cool views. Nuno was very responsive and accommodating. I would stay here again!

The apartment was really nice and spacious with a big balcony where we enjoyed the sun. The kitchen was also well equipped with the essentials. Also a big plus was a private parking spot in the garage. Paula and her team were very responsive and helpful. We had a great stay!

...TUTTO ECCELLENTE... Abbiamo scelto questo alloggio in base ai commenti : TUTTE le recensioni sono positive. L'appartamento è attualmente in ristrutturazione e ci è stato dato quello al piano inferiore simile ma con una grande terrazza L'appartamento comunque nuovo, comodo e pulitissimo. Dal 22 al 29 maggio, con mia moglie e mio figlio, abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento dotato di ogni confort, tutti gli elettrodomestici in cucina e nel bagno sono nuovi. Tutta la biancheria, da letto e da bagno, è stata disponibile e perfetta. Letto matrimoniale comodo e grande Inoltre in casa c'è un wi-fi perfetto e veloce e due condizionatori nuovi L'alloggio si trova vicino a Campanha, in una zona tranquilla ed il condominio è molto silenzioso. David è stato gentile e disponibile rispondendo immediatamente alle nostre domande Soggiorno da rifare sicuramente ... Consigliatissimo. Grazie di tutto Prima volta su Airbnb ed è stato tutto fantastico...ho trovato David!!!

All I can say is wow! We spent 11 days staying at Adriano’s apartment and it felt like home! I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in such a well equipped Air BnB. If you could think of it, Adriano had it. In the bathroom there was shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hair dryer and hair straighteners. In the kitchen there was every utensil you could think of and more, I think you could cook a full Sunday roast dinner and have every pan and dish required! We are a family of four, with children aged 5 and 7. They made the most of the swimming pool during our stay and the beach. The pool is cool but refreshing. The sea was like ice but we made good games of jumping the waves and splashing one another. The beach is less than a five minute walk from the apartment and is a must during your stay, even if it’s just to watch the surfers fight the waves. It’s a very peaceful beach! Adriano is a great host and very helpful. We will be looking to stay again if we come back to the area!
