Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Arcozelo

We spent a few wonderful days in this house and were absolutely delighted! The house is very clean, well maintained and cozy, you can see that it is really taken care of. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail — there were many useful things in the house that made life more comfortable and convenient. A special pleasure is the spacious terrace with a stunning view. In the mornings, we had breakfast outdoors, enjoying the silence and beauty around. Everything around was very quiet and peaceful — the perfect place to relax from the hustle and bustle of the city. Hosts are a special thank you! Very friendly, attentive and always ready to help. It was easy and pleasant to communicate with them. This house has become a real cozy corner for us, and we will be happy to come back again!

Five stars to Casa de Cardido and to Rui and Alexandra for being wonderful hosts. We were a little late checking in, but Rui greeted us with a smile and a very generous tabua of local cheeses and meats. The hosts go above anything expected, with a sound system at the pool, exercise equipment, and fresh bread delivered daily. The house is a traditional Portuguese home - and it feels like a “home” not a rental. We spent two weeks here and it felt like staying with family. I noticed that one review commented on how close the highway is. Please know this is not a problem. You can see the highway when approaching the home from the road, but you cannot hear it and it does not interfere with the experience. This is very high quality stay with caring and involved hosts that will make sure you have all you need. I highly recommend.

Such a lovely experience. Marissa was so welcoming and answered all of our questions. We enjoyed the countless recommendations such as the local bakery (San Miguel was our favorite), and the 516 Suspension Bridge. The AirBnb was cozy and so lovely that we really felt at ease and comfortable. We will definitely keep it on the list for future travel!

Very good stay at Joaquina's! The accommodation was perfect and had everything we needed for our stay. The terrace with table and barbecue is a big plus. Joaquina was very attentive to us by handing us the keys late at night and welcoming us with small sweets. We will definitely be back during our next stay.

Mr. Fernando is very friendly, super communicative, the 5* space, I highly recommend it, a quiet place, waking up and having that view and everything is phenomenal.

excellent stay, only issue was with sleeping as the double bed mattress had plastic wrapping which can be noisy. no washing machine. Definitely would stay again.

This place was incredible and exceeded our expectations! Vanessa was an amazingly thoughtful host; she greeted us at our early check in with fresh fruit and local pastries. She provided some incredible recommendations for everything from markets and gardens to restaurants and museums. We found Vanessa extremely helpful and responsive both before and thoughout our stay. The sleek and modern design was beautifully decorated and immaculate. These hosts have truly thought of everything!!! We loved the back courtyard and bar area, such a great end to all our evenings! It was by far our favorite of all the places we visited in Portugal.❤️

I've stayed in many places around the world, but Conceição has been the best host to date, very friendly and helpful. The house is very well taken care of, and we feel totally welcome.

What can I say - from start to finish we had a great time at Aqua Villa Madalena. Our purpose for coming here was to attend Rally Portugal. The apartment was central to where we needed to go to see the stages of the Rally. Apart from this, the apartment was exceptional - so clean. Sonia as a host was so responsive and always available when needed ( which I hope wasn't too often for her!) Our children really enjoyed the pool, the place was so peaceful and quiet! An all-round fantastic holiday! Thank you so much Sonia and family!!! Hopefully we will visit again another time!

I had a very nice stay in the apartment. It looked very neat and well taken care of. The apartment had everything I needed for my stay. The apartment was in a nice place, almost on the banks of the Douro. From there, you quickly walked to the bridge to cross the river and enter the old center of Porto. But there is also plenty to do on the side of Villa Nova. Especially if you want to visit the many port houses. All in all, top accommodation!

Great apartment with a really amazing backyard. It is a short walk from the city center, but that did make it much more quiet. We really enjoyed our stay there. The backyard was very peaceful.

It was a magical place and somewhere we would recommend to everyone in the area. So beautiful and calm and lots of cute animals to pat.

Perfect to disconnect from the city environment and relax. Very quiet space, in the middle of nature and with privacy.

We are very very thankful to Helena and Luis. They are very sweet, helpful and amazingly kind. We felt right at home in this absolute stunning place. It is a bit difficult to find, but Helena was a great help. We LOVED it and enjoyed it to the max! We will be back for sure!

This is a stunning place secluded away from anything nearby. Great for a retreat to be restful, listen to nature and admire the beautiful horses. Cheila was an incredible host, super responsive to any questions or comments and gave us some beautiful lemons from her tree. The house is really well throughout and all amenities are included. It was a fantastic stay. I was very surprised. The photos are good, but the place still surprises you in a very good way.

I loved my stay! Check-in was very flexible and extremely easy. Very good organization so we could be more relaxed about the check-in time. The house is amazing, I easily felt that I loved living there. The place is super quiet and peaceful and allows you to relax and enjoy the rest. D. Maria Luísa was very, very dear. She promptly sent all instructions and always answered all questions. She always had a word of appreciation in every message. Definitely a place I recommend!

When we arrived at the property we immediately felt relaxed and at peace - the view is simply incredible ! The outside terrace is big with beautiful views and plenty of seating, a BBQ, heated lamps etc. Inside is spacious - a good kitchen, a lovely record player, lots of sofas. The location is great - you are so close to so many amazing outdoor activities - we really enjoyed exploring the rivers, mountain walks and the Lagoons ! Many thanks !

André was spotless Local was in line with the photographs. Super clean and orderly The hut is very well built and equipped inside. The bed is very comfortable, I have 170cm and I slept very well. The bathroom is outside as it is shown in the photos and this logo of the cabin about 20 feet away. the outside area is beautiful and had a barbecue for us to use. the best part undoubtedly the warm jacuzzi at 38c! i really like it and recommended!
