The house is beautiful, well-equipped and well organized. The garden is wonderful and Soajo is a captivating place. Manuel was very kind and a good conversation with him made the experience wonderful for us (me, my wife, and our animals).

The stay of Mr. Carlos and Mrs. Madalena was fantastic, they were always available to help us. I hope to see you again soon, I really enjoyed getting to know you all !

Large house with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms and well-equipped kitchen. It was five nights of complete rest. Everything went as expected. To highlight the possibility of interacting with animals… excellent space to be with the family. Of course, there are aspects that could be improved and that José said he was dealing with… electricity power and the fact that there is no TV/Internet service. Nothing that has impaired the experience. Thank you very much José.

The simplicity of the place and the houses does not compromise the quality of the experience, providing an environment where you feel at home. One of the most notable points is the complete isolation of the site. This feature guarantees an atmosphere of tranquility, ideal for those looking for a refuge away from the noise and hustle and bustle of urban life. Peace and silence are predominant, excellent for walking tours, reading, photographs, etc. In addition, we had the opportunity to interact with the very friendly and kind locals allowing us to participate with the children in their tasks with the animals. In short, this space is an excellent choice for those looking for a simple but welcoming environment. We were two families and we used both houses, an ideal situation because the common spaces are to share. Thanks ! Silvia.

Maria had an issue with the original place we booked but immediately offered solutions. We ended up keeping our original booking date but in a smaller space. It was completely adequate, comfortable and enjoyable. We arrived the day of the power outage so GPS was not working. Luckily, Maria had previously described the location so we were able to get very close and then asked some locals and found the place without any issues. This is a beautiful city and will plan to return one day and book with Maria again.

The property was well equipped and nicely set out, plenty of space. Two double bedrooms, beds very comfortable. Bathroom was compact, lovely shower with plenty of hot water and fittings were top notch. Kitchen area had everything you needed. Beautiful views outside the rear of the property. We would definitely recommend Joana’s house.

Maria and her husband were incredibly kind to me and my family / friends. We came from all over with young children and everyone had the most amazing time, food, hospitality, wine, good vibes all round. Maria kindly let us stay an extra night, and graciously bought us lots of wine and extras. I had a long lovely chat with Maria and we spoke about the world and life. It was a very good few days. Everything was very nice! Mr. Carlos and his parents are very kind. It is, without a doubt, a place I will return to when I go back to those parts.

Mário and Judite were amazing hosts! Really responsive and friendly and provided great recommendations and really easy face to face check in and out! The space was pristine and everything was thought of. Everything in the space was of great quality from the appliances to the linens. The pool area is lovely and gardens well kept, the fire pits and bbq are ready to use straight away too! I would 100% recommend this to anyone. It was such a peaceful and relaxing stay with everything we could have needed :)

On the positive side, the place lived up to its description. Fatima was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our experience better. There were enough parking spaces for three cars. On the negative side, the hot water reservoir wasn't sufficient for ten people to take showers. As a result, some of us had to take cold showers every day. Additionally, the location is situated on narrow roads, making it challenging to reach by car.

Ideal place to relax and contemplate nature.

Vitor was a perfect host. The house was as seen in the photos and had everything you need to spend an incredible stay. the garden and pool area is mind-blowing and the house is very comfortable and with everything you need. a 15'sono Arcos De Valdevez y Ponte da Barca with supermarkets,restaurants. close to the house there are many walking trails. Vitor also left us a bed for our dog and bowls for his food and drink. we'll definitely do it again.

Perfect place for a quiet rural holiday. The house has a lot of charm mixing old with new. The kitchen was well equipped and we ate in every night. It has a large, pretty garden with citrus trees. It is within easy distance of many historical towns as well as a national park. We did not meet Céu but she responded very quickly to any requests we had. We would have no hesitation in staying there again.

It was a fantastic family weekend. The house is very spacious and with all amenities for a great stay! I really liked all the kindness and availability of Mrs. Helena, which was always very responsive and attentive. Next year we'll be back!

Very well located accommodation, in a quiet area, with a fantastic view and close to several points of interest. Impeccable interior. Everything extremely clean, cozy, modern and tasteful decor. Kitchen equipped with everything you need. Excellent TVs in the living room and bedrooms. Beds, mattresses, pillows, everything excellent. Bathrooms are also excellent. Flawless Wi-Fi. Great air-conditioning. All the conditions for a very comfortable stay at a time of year that is quite cold. Excellent exterior, with a covered dining and relaxation area, with tables, chairs and TV. It also has a barbecue, swimming pool, outdoor furniture, swing, trampoline, parking, etc. Exceptional host. Always available, friendly, concerned with ensuring that everything was okay. One of the best we've ever found on Airbnb. It was a fantastic week in a region with plenty to offer. The accommodation is really worth it, it was one of our best experiences. We only have positive points to indicate.

I had a great stay at this accommodation! The house was clean, well-equipped and very comfortable, exactly as described in the listing. The host was super attentive and available to answer all my questions, which made all the difference. I recommend without hesitation!

I can't wait to return and stay longer! The quaint but updated cottage was tranquil and close to trails in the national park. The woodburner can be supplemented with electric radiators to keep the cottage cozy. The beds were comfortable. You may want to bring food supplies with you especially during the non-summer months as we found most restaurants were closed.

Christina's place is incredibly surrounded by nature. You feel like you are on a small farm, with animals and a curse of river with the sound of the water running all the time. Close to the town centre ( 5 minutes by car) and very quiet even been close to the road. Highly recommended.

The value for money is great. The location at night is a little hard to find, but he gives you his mother's phone number, who lives next door and helps you with everything. The house is very well arranged, with everything you need inside. It has spectacular views as well as gardens. We were very comfortable, they even welcomed us with a homemade cake from the house's orange trees. We'll be back!

Wonderful house in an idyllic location. the village is beautiful and of unparalleled tranquility. Very typical house right in the center of the village, but with all amenities for a memorable stay.
