Mrs. Maria and her husband welcomed us with great affection and with some cheeses, biscuits and very good quality wine. The house corresponded exactly to the description of the photos, and provides, by its location, the desired peace and rest. We will return, for sure.

The space visited is truly welcoming, offering what is strictly necessary for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The simplicity of the place and the houses does not compromise the quality of the experience, providing an environment where you feel at home. One of the most notable points is the complete isolation of the site. This feature guarantees an atmosphere of tranquility, ideal for those looking for a refuge away from the noise and hustle and bustle of urban life. Peace and silence are predominant, excellent for walking tours, reading, photographs, etc. In addition, we had the opportunity to interact with the very friendly and kind locals allowing us to participate with the children in their tasks with the animals. In short, this space is an excellent choice for those looking for a simple but welcoming environment. We were two families and we used both houses, an ideal situation because the common spaces are to share. Thanks ! Silvia.

The property was well equipped and nicely set out, plenty of space. Two double bedrooms, beds very comfortable. Bathroom was compact, lovely shower with plenty of hot water and fittings were top notch. Kitchen area had everything you needed. Beautiful views outside the rear of the property. We would definitely recommend Joana’s house.

Maria and her husband were incredibly kind to me and my family / friends. We came from all over with young children and everyone had the most amazing time, food, hospitality, wine, good vibes all round. Maria kindly let us stay an extra night, and graciously bought us lots of wine and extras. I had a long lovely chat with Maria and we spoke about the world and life. Amazing stay in Gerês! The house was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need and super comfortable. We loved the hot tub, BBQ, fireplace, and the breathtaking views. Everything was clean, cozy, and peaceful. The host was friendly and responsive.

I've stayed in many places around the world, but Conceição has been the best host to date, very friendly and helpful. The house is very well taken care of, and we feel totally welcome.

very pleasant stay, we stayed at T0, all very clean and tidy, the villa is very pleasant and is in a very quiet place with a beautiful view right at the door, there are creeks and the sound of nature only, José was always available for us to help in everything, it was very nice, the house has everything necessary to spend a very quiet days in nature, it was all amazing, if you think about going back to the Serra do Gerês, with all the certainty that I will look again for the villa to rent out in it

Flawless apartment. The apartment was beautiful, spacious and very clean. It had everything you need to feel at home. Under the apartment there is a cafeteria where to have breakfast or take something to eat that was all very good.

Our stay was excellent! The accommodation is comfortable, well-equipped and extremely clean. The location is perfect, close to everything that is essential, and it was very easy to park nearby, which made our stay much easier. The hosts were very attentive and helpful, always available to help. We felt at home from the first moment. I highly recommend it!

The apartment was super clean upon arrival and was also cleaned weekly. The contact with luis was excellent and always friendly. The apartment was not easy to find, which was not due to luis, but to google maps, which said I should have turned right where I had to turn left. Really great is that the car was allowed to stand in the locked private room. In addition, the apartment is very quiet only the barking of the small dogs (such small foot horns) of the neighborhood is quite annoying. luis himself has definitely done everything to make the stay as pleasant as possible. was happy to come back.

We had a great stay, the accommodation offered was totally in line with what we had seen in the photos, very clean with good quality furniture, very quiet. The house is beautiful, very well maintained and the garden superb (congratulations to the owners for the maintenance!). André and his wife are very pleasant and full of attention (for example we received mint and lemons from their garden). Although the house is inhabited by the owners, the private garden of the accommodation and its separate entrance give a real feeling of privacy. Access to the pool is very appreciable when it is hot. Although the accommodation is a little far from the shops (only a bakery and pharmacy nearby), this is largely offset by a very quiet and relaxing environment for a vacation! We'll definitely be back on an upcoming trip to the area. Thank you André for your welcome and see you soon!

I’m in a new country and do not speak the language. Maria answered immediately and assisted in my language barrier. The location was beautiful, quiet and cozy! When I wanted to reserve another night, she was quick to approve and made me feel welcome and safe. Beautiful amenities! The outside area was thoughtfully landscaped. Highly recommend! ♥️

We enjoyed our stay at Maria’s place. It comes with a garden and BBQ area to share and a pool to dip in. The location was great to get around the national park in both directions. We would definitely stay here again.
