Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Arcos de Valdevez

The house is beautiful, well-equipped and well organized. The garden is wonderful and Soajo is a captivating place. Manuel was very kind and a good conversation with him made the experience wonderful for us (me, my wife, and our animals).

Mário and Judite were amazing hosts! Really responsive and friendly and provided great recommendations and really easy face to face check in and out! The space was pristine and everything was thought of. Everything in the space was of great quality from the appliances to the linens. The pool area is lovely and gardens well kept, the fire pits and bbq are ready to use straight away too! I would 100% recommend this to anyone. It was such a peaceful and relaxing stay with everything we could have needed :)

Very friendly and helpful host. Amazing views, perfect place for those who look for calmness and relaxation. Fantastic rural area surrounds, goats ships and cows are included:). Cute cats (people with cat allergy must be careful though). The place is much bigger than it looks in the photo. Outstanding decoration and details. The bed was quite short for me (I'm 181cm). Highly recommend!

Large house with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms and well-equipped kitchen. It was five nights of complete rest. Everything went as expected. To highlight the possibility of interacting with animals… excellent space to be with the family. Of course, there are aspects that could be improved and that José said he was dealing with… electricity power and the fact that there is no TV/Internet service. Nothing that has impaired the experience. Thank you very much José.

The house is more beautiful delo that comes out in the photos, very comfortable and in a privileged environment, in the mountains, and with many areas and river beaches next to the house , there is a 40 km ultrasound, which you can pick up through the forest without leaving the river again. Fabiana, she was very kind and at all times to our pending state, I asked for an iron, and the next morning I had a freshly purchased iron board and table, we will definitely return.

Excellent quiet location. Would definitely recommend and would like to come back in the future. Loved being near the local vineyards and farms.

Stayed here 10 days, wish I had booked the whole stay, but went rest of trip to south part of Portugal. Best Airbnb ever, great location and beautiful view, amazing sunrises that we watched from our bedroom. The father Sr Albert was amazing, enjoyed our conversations and his company. He would tell us to have the fresh vegetables from the garden, amazing man. Beautiful house, excellent accommodations and a really good time, would definitely recommend and repeat.

We had a great time at Fernandes place. The apartment was very comfortable with a big terrace in the sun. And the location is marvelous once you get used to the steep climbs by car... But most of all, Fernández was a very attentfull and friendly host...

We spent one week in the beautiful old mill with 2 families. The house is beautiful and the river and surrounding nature was excellent for the kids (15, 13, 10, 9, 8) to fish, play in the water, build a hut, read in the hammock and more. There is much to see and do in and from Arcos de Valdevez, such waterfalls and walks in the National Park and cultural visits to Braga, Guimaraes, Porto etc. Communication with Mariana and Rui was easy. We very much enjoyed our stay!

wow! the grounds and views of this place are something money can't buy, the memories of looking over the national park from the stunning pool will stay with me forever... we spent 90% of our time outside, making use of the bbq every night. we were 4 adults and 2 children, thus indoor space was just enough for sleeping and bobbing I and out, not quite enough to all sit and watch the tc, but you just don't want to do that anyway. more than enough though if its just 4 people. there are loads of toys in the basement which we made use off - table tennis and there are also kayaks and access to river if you're brave! close to waterfalls and hikes and Flore will send you many recommendations. was just a beautiful place to stay. Flore, my only criticism is please provide more fans as high summer is very hot at night.

We highly recommend Casa Letrigo! We arrived as a group of 6 in this beautiful house, very well located, and enjoyed 3 days of the quiet and the facilities that allowed us to really cut off from everyday life. The premises are very clean, well arranged, very well equipped, the pool is a real plus and the garden allowed some of us to nap in the grass, others to read in the shade, or just to meet when the heat decreased. It's a beautiful place, true to its promise, which I intend to recommend to my loved ones as soon as I have the opportunity. Thank you to Morgane and Bruno for their availability during our exchanges and for their good addresses nearby!

Very well located accommodation, in a quiet area, with a fantastic view and close to several points of interest. Impeccable interior. Everything extremely clean, cozy, modern and tasteful decor. Kitchen equipped with everything you need. Excellent TVs in the living room and bedrooms. Beds, mattresses, pillows, everything excellent. Bathrooms are also excellent. Flawless Wi-Fi. Great air-conditioning. All the conditions for a very comfortable stay at a time of year that is quite cold. Excellent exterior, with a covered dining and relaxation area, with tables, chairs and TV. It also has a barbecue, swimming pool, outdoor furniture, swing, trampoline, parking, etc. Exceptional host. Always available, friendly, concerned with ensuring that everything was okay. One of the best we've ever found on Airbnb. It was a fantastic week in a region with plenty to offer. The accommodation is really worth it, it was one of our best experiences. We only have positive points to indicate.

The Ana Rosa House is very well located, halfway to the Arcos de Valdevez - near Vilela (a great entry point of the ecovia) and the Sistelo. Therefore, it allows a quick trip to any of these destinations. The house, typical of the region, offers the amenities necessary for a large family (as was our case), with a good living and dining area (with the necessary utensils and appliances) and a floor with good 5 bedrooms. It has a large outdoor space, with a porch, garden, swimming pool. We chose to include breakfast service, always very well served, which made it very easy. Maria João Rodrigues is always attentive and concerned that nothing is missing, thus combining the friendliness with availability in the best way. We spent a fantastic five days on a big weekend, with everyone wanting to repeat the experience.
