Very pleasant stay, we were greeted by Romain on our arrival, very friendly, friendly and very helpful host. the accommodation is very functional and equipped to accommodate families with a baby and children which is really a big plus. We also met Laure, who did not fail to greet us. Very attentive hosts, very clean accommodation in a peaceful and very well decorated place halfway between lake and ocean, spoilt for choice. Jenifer's accommodation has been renovated with great taste. The amenities are also as qualitative and numerous as a main house: hair dryer, washing machine, oven, kettle, in short, everything is there. you can access the beach in 2 minutes by bike, 5 minutes on foot, happiness.

Mortagne is an ideal place for those who want peace and quiet without being too far from amenities and places to visit. The accommodation is beautiful and pleasant, it is perfect for 4 people and can easily accommodate 6 or 7 . Fanny is very responsive and professional. We'll be back!

There are homes that we like and forget, but at Janick's, it's different, we like, we love, we appreciate the home, and above all, we don't forget it. The hosting was very warm. The house is extraordinary; it is very well arranged for people with reduced mobility. We were superbly welcomed. Everything was perfect. The accommodation rented by Cécile is absolutely impeccable, very well equipped and decorated with a lot of taste and beautiful objects. The place is very quiet, overlooking the marshes, the pool is "great" and the welcome as well as the bedding are perfect. I highly recommend this lovely cottage if you like tranquility.

Excellent quiet accommodation and in accordance with the description, very clean and very bright. Attentive host. Parking on site is a plus, the absence of a washing machine is the only problem... We had a great stay in this quiet neighborhood of Royan, equidistant from the city and the beach.

A fantastic appartement with gorgeous views and everything as described! The location can’t be beaten right in the centre and the balcony is gorgeous. I was nervous about there only being a sofa bed but it was a pretty comfy one. There is a very very noisy bar underneath the apartment which is annoying when it’s hot and you need to leave the windows open. The fan helped! Overall I think it’s a great apartment for a few nights and great value.

Everything was fantastic!!!

Lovely apartment, well equipped with good quality appliances, bedding and towels. Fabulous host who took time to greet us and showed how everything worked. Location was great, central to all amenities but peaceful and quiet. The outside terrace was a bonus, lovely place to sit and relax. Secure underground parking was good . Would recommend to anyone looking for a quality place to stay, hopefully we will return next year.

We spent three nights in the accommodation in heat that was quite high for a month of June. Fortunately, there was a fan. The apartment is nice and well stocked (with a great park). It's a good place. I recommend it.
