Family-friendly holiday rentals in Arbury

Had a fantastic weekend here celebrating for a hen weekend! The place was perfect to accommodate a large group, big enough for communal socialising but also enough private spaces. Cathy was fantastic at communicating and was happy to provide extras where needed. Brilliant location, stunning views and easy to get to Cambridge centre! Would definitely stay here again.

We booked three barns and the hut for 7 people. It was a work event for two nights and we were able to work outside, enjoy the bbq and enjoy cooking and playing games together. One of the best work trips we had. Thank you.

We were greeted well upon arrival. They showed and explained everything. We were also lucky to see beautiful peacocks on the territory. The house corresponds to the description and photos. There is a good sauna, a large pool and there is a passage from a small goubina to a large one. The jacuzzi is also large. Everything is clean and neat, we liked it, the child is delighted, we will definitely come again.🙃

Stayed for 19 nights and felt at home. The flat is in a great location - next to Park & Ride - so very easy to get into central Cambridge quickly. It’s near a big Waitrose & also a Sainsbury’s Local which was very convenient. The flat was clean, the kitchen was well equipped and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Mick & Daniel were super responsive to questions and when a radiator needed fixing they dealt with it promptly. Unfortunately they had to get someone else to fix it but provided an electric heater immediately. The flat suited our needs perfectly. Thank you both for a comfortable stay.

Excellent stay in a luxurious house with all the amenities that you could want. Beautifully decorated and very spacious. Recommended

A great secret cottage! Smack bang in the middle of a lovely village high street, with a nice pub and an impressive looking Indian restaurant, plus cafes and a few other shops.

An excellent base for a visit to Cambridge. Spacious and light, well equipped and with off road parking. Particularly appreciated the large bathrooms and very comfortable beds. A really relaxing and enjoyable stay, thank you.

Brilliant location as we were attending a friend’s wedding at Longstowe Hall. The cottage itself was immaculate and cozy - we felt at home straight away. We were travelling with our baby daughter and the cottage had everything we needed for her. Would definitely recommend and wish we had been able to stay longer.

We returned to this accomodation after staying in it a couple of years ago as we really appreciated the flexible check in and how beautiful the location/ barn were. Extremely peaceful area and very clear instructions on how to find/ get in - would highly recommend.

This is a very beautiful part of a very special home with fabulous garden to gaze enviously at! Caroline is so friendly and provides extras for an easy stay -toiletries , provisions, flapjacks but a few . Very welcoming to us both and our dog Bentley who enjoyed his stay enormously - along with the two resident fogs Purdey and Bunty . We loved every minute - thank you Caroline and Andrew

Niamh is a great host, she’s extremely responsive to messages and made sure everything was clear upon arrival. Her place was very clean and had all the amenities we needed for a short weekend stay. Location is great for the centre of Hitchin too

Emma is great and always responds to questions promptly. Lovely place with a convenient car park. Highly recommend it and will definitely stay again next time.

Stephanie and Ian’s house was perfect for us, as a family looking for a homely feel, with a separate room for our child. The house is conveniently located right in front of a bus stop, with a small tesco within 2-3 min walk and a few restaurants/take aways. The area is quiet and calm. The garden was lovely. The kitchen was stocked with basic cooking essentials. Stephanie is very kind, she helped us when we needed to print something and let us extend our stay due to unexpected personal reasons. She even brought a big sack of toys for our boy to play with which made him very happy! Overall we had a great stay and if we ever need to stay in the area again we’ll definitely come back.

We were met upon arrival and shown to our room. Everything was explained to us and if we needed anything just to ask. The property is very easy to find and was just as you see in the photos. Royston is a lovely town with nice restaurants and a Tesco had lots to look around and had the perfect access to Cambridge. We had a lovely time.

We did not want to leave the Domek but, sadly, all good things must come to an end. The cottage was well equipped and comfortable and its location in Gotha Gardens was charming and quiet. It was a family wedding which brought us to the area but we'd happily visit again for a holiday.

Had a great stay at Susan’s. The place is beautifully presented and very clean. Susan also left some chocolate and snacks which is very nice. She is a great communicator. Highly recommend her place!

A beautiful property that had all we could have wished for and more. Convienient and relatively peaceful surroundings, with the pub, shop and cafe just a couple of hundred yards away, yet the A14 just a few minutes away to head into Cambridge and elsewhere. The garden was fantastic for us, our two year old was taken aback by the garden house and toys which kept him well amused. The rest of the house provided us with a very comfortable stay with the odd, yet for us helpful layout.

Rupert was a wonderful host -- very responsive and accommodating. He even moved the furniture around and purchased and installed a baby gate to make the cottage safe for our toddler -- all at no extra charge. The cottage is a spacious, pleasant place with many amenities. Our toddler enjoyed running around and exploring the yard.

Pop & Richard were very attentive & delightful hosts. We had a lovely comfortable stay in a lovely cottage in a beautiful location. Thanks to them both.
