Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Arbatax

This is an historic house with all of the modern conveniences. It is located very centrally in a beautiful mountain town with good access to hiking and the ocean. The owner was very helpful and generous when we had some difficulties. We were there off-season and were the first guests of the year, so there were a few kinks to work out, but at all worked out well. We will definitely return on our next visit.

To welcome homemade cake, water and a bottle of wine. An extensive beach in front of the door (5 min), sea view and beautiful red mountains. At the entrance of a wonderful hiking area! Facing south, with large covered terrace. We ended the evenings at the pizza oven. Mario and Silvia kept asking if everything liked. We thoroughly enjoyed the time. If you are looking for tourist crowds, you certainly have to look elsewhere. 👍👍👍

My friends and I had the most wonderful time at Carla's AirBnB. The place was stocked with everything we needed. The bedroom and bathrooms were perfect, and rooftop terrace gave us the most incredible view and place to relax.

Good stay, The apartment must be very nice in the middle of summer! We lacked a little natural light which is sought after when it's very hot.

Super cute AirBnB with lovely decorations and well equipped kitchen. Sabrina was always responsive and there is lots to do around Triei (boat trips from Santa Maria Navarese, Gorropu Canyon, la Cinta Beach) Can get hot during summer though - although fans and AC are provided. Be aware of mosquito’s! And make sure to check out Mullo’s restaurant - it’s fantastic :) thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful house.

In about 5 minutes' walk to restaurants , shops or supermarket (Conad) - excellent. Quiet location, nothing disturbs sleep. The photos are essentially correct, but make the rooms much brighter/more pleasant than in real life. Amenities and cleanliness are really good. Sitting in the garden was hardly possible because of the mosquitoes. For coffee drinkers, there is only a small espresso/mocha pot (1 cup) for the induction stove or instant coffee. One double bed is very good/comfortable. In the 2nd room, there are 2 beds next to each other. However, the mattresses are a few cm shorter and narrower than the frames/slatted frames. My son is about 1.85 m and couldn't sleep on it. Paola brought a new mattress the next day, which was thicker but not bigger. We then exchanged the rooms, as no larger one could be procured. The communication with Paola and her helpfulness were perfect! Overall, a great week that the three of us were able to spend there. Thank you Paola!

Franca is a really endearing and very attentive person. The apartment and the superb balcony overlooking the sea allow you to watch spectacular sunrises. The bougainvillea in bloom, the lemon trees overflowing with ripe fruit (from May), the song of countless varieties of birds, the turquoise sea, the fine sandy beach, the huge rocky massif in the background make this apartment a little gem. Although located in an extremely quiet location, at the end of a small road, the Zinnibiri Mannu site is close to excellent restaurants. The pace of life of the people of this region and their kindness is perhaps what is most remarkable and pleasant. It is not surprising that the village of Tertenia has so many centenarians: the Sardinians know how to appreciate life and take the time to live it. Long live Franca, Adriana, and Ariana. We had a wonderful stay at Marcantonio's, who is very friendly. The place was clean and we had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was of course the highlight and the view of the mountains from there was beautiful. It was quiet and away from all the hustle and bustle, as we had imagined. We got delicious wine and lots of useful tips. By car, we were able to reach various dream beaches and excursion destinations in a short time. Our next Sardinia vacation will be spent here again.

We had a lovely stay at Elias’s place. His mother and father were extremely warm and kind welcoming us and helping us whenever we had any issues. The terrace is beautiful and the place is very clean. Only issue was that the place was quite cold especially at night, so bring warm clothes!

The view was awesome and perfect for sunrise! Agnese is a great host, very responsive and friendly.

We had a wonderful time in Alessandra's lovingly furnished apartment! The beach is really just a minute's walk away and beautiful (and empty). You can also easily do shopping on foot. The surroundings are fantastic and Alessandra gave us great tips for excursions with children. In the apartment there was everything you needed. We will be happy to come back.☺️☀️

The host was very kind and responsive, literally one of the best hosts! Place was cute with great views, liked the vibes and architecture of the kitchen and windows. Could use a little furniture update in the living room and bedroom. As well as new linens / towels.

We had a wonderful and relaxing week in Santa Maria Navarrese. Loredana's apartment is in a very quiet neighborhood only about 5 min walk from the beach. Everything is within walking distance. The apartment is very tastefully decorated, very cozy and sparkling clean. Everything is brand new. The summer heat at noon can be perfectly escaped through the A/C in all rooms. From cozy beds to a fully equipped kitchen, everything is perfect. But on an Airbnb rental, the most important thing last!!........ that's of course the hostess :-). Loredana!! She is a fantastic host...!! We had caused damage in the kitchen... how confident and warm she reacted was already extraordinary ... Grazie Loredana

I spent a week with my family at the flat, very comfortable, clean and equipped. The location is great, just a few mins walk to the beach. No noise, the area is quiet, ideal for some rest after the beach. Michela and Stefano have been very nice to us, always available promptly to make our stay great. thank you Jenna's team!

We felt right at home, thanks to the kindness and helpfulness of the host. Very clean apartment, with large rooms and a small terrace... WONDERFUL, our favorite! The location of Bari Sardo is absolutely central to change the beach every day and visit the most beautiful ones!

We had a great week at the accommodation. It is very nice and large enough for a family with two children. The terrace is lovely. The accommodation is located on a quiet street with parking space. You have to take the car for all activities, the surroundings are not suitable for walking. The Gulf of Orosei from Arbatax is splendid! We also recommend Lido di Orri beach, beautiful!

Very well equipped and spacious apartment in a quiet location. Bathrooms were very modern and especially in the kitchen there were plenty of dishes etc. Sandro and Carmen were always available when we had questions. All in all highly recommended.

Great stay! Everything as described! Super nice apartment, plenty of space in the terrace, private parking, air conditioning, great location! The only minus is that there is no elevator and some rooms have a direct connection, no doors and you have to go through one room to get to the other.

The accommodation is very nice and well-kept. Very well equipped and perfect in all its spaces including the parking for the car. Very bright with a beautiful terrace that unfortunately, given the rain we could use little! Highly recommended

We simply had wonderful days in this accommodation - a beautiful complex with fantastic views of the mountains and the sea, everything you need, short distances to the most beautiful beaches and last but not least Antonella, whose cordiality is unique. Highly recommended - we will definitely come back!
