Beautiful experience! We felt right at home, an ideal place to stay on vacation in total relaxation. The apartment is clean and intimate, independent, furnished in a very modern style, functional, with attention to detail, equipped with all the comforts, with all the essential services ( washing machine, linens, sheets, oil, coffee, cartigienica ect) where the most absolute peace reigns. It is located in the heart of the historic center of Loceri, a small authentic village, with lots of murals to admire and photograph. Lovely beaches a few minutes away by car, parks, woods and raids to do a few kilometers from the property, in short, a strategic point to visit Ogliastra. Rossano was an impeccable host, he gave us a lot of advice on where to park and for the places to visit nearby, he made us find a homemade cake, extra and at our disposal umbrella, beach chairs and poles...what to say the top!! Obviously highly recommended!!!

A truly lovely, clean and well-kept apartment. Inside we found everything we needed for a comfortable and stress-free stay. The location is excellent – a peaceful area just 5 minutes by car (or a 20-minute walk) from the sea. There are supermarkets, shops and all essentials close by. Flor was incredibly helpful, kind and attentive – she made us feel right at home. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be coming back!

Nice two-room apartment, big enough for two people to spend a few nights. Gina and Daniela were very kind and helpful, responding in a timely manner to our requests. The town of Baunei is a pleasant mountain village, with a beautiful view of the valley. Thank you!

Wonderful stay with an even better host. The apartment is centrally located within a 1 minute walk to the port where you’ll take your boat to all the beaches, 1 minute walk to the supermarket, and 0-3 minute walk to the restaurants depending on where you chose to dine. The apartment is exactly as shown, safe, clean, and again the hosts are a gem. Enjoy.

Good location for climbers. A bit chilly in the spring time so make sure you have some extra covers. GF gave us heaters so we were ok.

We had a great time, the owners make you feel at home and are very kind. The house is really nice and spacious, very clean and close to many areas of interest (beaches, restaurants, etc.) We will definitely be back.

We had a great week at the accommodation. It is very nice and large enough for a family with two children. The terrace is lovely. The accommodation is located on a quiet street with parking space. You have to take the car for all activities, the surroundings are not suitable for walking. The Gulf of Orosei from Arbatax is splendid! We also recommend Lido di Orri beach, beautiful!

Great apartment and location. The apartment was as advertised. The location was first rate. It was close to the marina, where I’d highly recommend renting a boat or taking a guided tour to hit all the beaches. The beaches are amazing and touring the caves and hidden beaches was amazing. There are many restaurants nearby, notably a place right around the corner offering to go boxes for your hike or boat tour. We went in May and there were other tourists, but SMN didn’t feel “touristy.” The townspeople were very kind and accommodating. In summary, I highly recommend this property and will likely book again.

Giampaulo and Christina are very kind and accommodating and we felt like we were at home albeit on holidays. Their little touches in their apartment were appreciated. Loved our stay and it was very sad to leave this convenient, well located apartment.

Typical Italian cottage from the past with authentic elements and cool courtyard. Perfect base to discover the region, especially if you like the mountains.

A welcoming and clean environment in the center of Nuoro, a few minutes' walk from the main points of interest. If I had to go back to Nuoro, I'd already know where to go!

Great stay! Very quiet and comfortable place. Cool and dark bedroom, so you can completely relax. Swimming pool also very pleasant! In addition, we received good tips from our host for restaurants nearby, Mullò was our favorite! The host responds super quickly and halfway through our week we were also able to renew our towels. Can only come up with positive words Ritas B&B in the small town of Loceri. My husband, our little son and I stayed with Rita for a week. She has really made something of the place. There is a super nice and sheltered seating area outside the apartment, with lots of plants, fruit trees and colors. The pool area feels like a small oasis with grapevines and olive trees around. Rita pays attention to the details and you can tell. It's even nicer than the pictures on Airbnb. The apartment itself has everything you need and Rita makes sure it is clean and inviting. We had a wonderful time in Marcantonio's accommodation. The accommodation is beautiful, new, beautifully furnished and has everything you need. The pool was beautiful, everything is perfectly set up for families. Marcantonio was very helpful, always available and very friendly. He has children himself and is very child-friendly. The area is fantastic, many beaches are within 20 minutes by car. The hills and vineyards were also a dream. We definitely want to come back.

Wonderful one-month vacation in Tortoli. "Countryside" atmosphere by the sea. Everything was perfect! White sand beaches, crystal clear waters, few people. Good trattorias, excellent ice cream and pizzerias (very cheap) right next to the house. Very beautiful nuragic sites a few kilometers away. Stefano's place is very nice (and even prettier even than in the photos). The rooms are large and everything is very well maintained, inside and out. Everything is thought out to make everyday life easier. Stefano and his parents take care to make you feel as good as possible. A lovely family! GRAZIE MILLE!!!

Super clean home that delivers what it promises. The apartment itself would actually have been a little bigger for 3 people. For this, the beautiful outdoor area tears everything out again. Fantastic pool - absolutely clean, perfect temperature, quiet. There is also a vegetable garden where you can help yourself. The location is in the middle of nowhere, from the airport it takes just over an hour by car. A car is absolutely necessary! You can't do it without All around you have great nature, a lot to see and if you need a lot of peace and quiet, this is the place. We felt very comfortable.
