While the beach in front is not the best, the depto is well located to access boats and other nearby beaches. We loved it! We felt right at home. I recommend it 100%!

I also point out that the house is well equipped and is close to good kiosks on the beach and the lagoon. I really enjoyed Monte Alto, a place that, despite lacking infrastructure, has a beautiful, quiet beach, a good place to relax and spend time with the family, it is a place away from the hustle and bustle of the main points of Arraial and Cabo Frio. The only reservation I make regarding the stay would be the start check-in, which was very late.

The place is exactly as published, the location is excellent and the spaces of the house were very comfortable and very well maintained. We loved Arraial and were very well staying there. The only suggestion is that they add emergency lights due to any power outages, since on the last day and a half we were without light throughout the condominium after a deluge in Arraial, an imponderable that exceeds who rents it, but it would have been nice to have emergency night lights. Beyond that, we definitely recommend this place, it was an excellent stay.

Veronica and Katia help with cleaning and cook meals, very well by the way. They made a stay similar to that of a hotel. The rooms are large and comfortable, all working well, sauna, swimming pool, barbecue, shower heating, hot tub, etc. The house even offers some beach items, such as thermal box and chairs.
