Holiday rentals with beach access in Araruama Lagoon

Very comfortable apartment, we felt at home and for accepting pets, it already won me over. Nothing was missing in the apartment, spacious, with all the utensils, perfect cleaning, very quiet neighborhood, Graziano responded promptly, very polite, all the condominium rules were very clear, great location, very close to the beach, vast shopping, markets, pharmacies, everything perfect. They can rent without fear. We will be back soon. 🥰

Very happy to have found a great place like Mr.'s house Gabriele, impeccable place with good quality furniture, organized and with a wonderful view! I can't describe how well we were received by the doorman, who was extremely friendly, an incredible person! They kept in touch at all times and answered all our questions, we will definitely return, wonderful place with wonderful beaches too!

My stay was excellent! The host was extremely helpful from start to finish, always available to answer questions and willing to help with whatever was needed. Communication was quick and clear, check-in was smooth and the place was exactly as described, clean and well equipped. I was very pleased with the experience and would definitely come back. very good space. great pool, close to Cabo Frio and Arraial center, but if you want you can just stay, but as I like to explore the surroundings the location is very good. thank you and I will always come back. if you want to walk it is very fast by car from Pontal beach to enjoy day and night the neighborhood of Passagem in Cabo Frio (a tip these 2)

Beautiful apartment. Great location, quiet street and close to everything (5-15 minutes walk from everywhere). Those coming by bus from the mountainous region are 15 minutes by car | Uber from the São Pedro bus station. Everything working perfectly and very cozy.

It is a comfortable apartment, with a new kitchen and bathrooms, very complete in kitchen and appliances. It's just as it is in the photos. It is located in a villa-like complex with other properties, atmosphere is cozy in the evenings, it was very quiet and quiet to rest. Giselli takes care of all the details and is an excellent host. The apartment is very hot although it has air conditioners in both bedrooms. Thank you Giselli.

The stay at Arthur's house was simply FORMIDABLE. For the second time we chose this paradise to be with our family. Excellent. Another unforgettable weekend here in this house. The stay at the yellow house was great! The host, Sueli, welcomed us with affection and attention. The house is airy, clean, comfortable, equipped and well decorated, which makes for a quiet and comfortable stay. It is about 15 minutes - by car - from Rua das Pedras, and the neighborhood seemed quiet, with no complications during our stay. We intend to return again, on sunnier days than those in May, to make better use of the pool space, which is also a delight.

The price-quality ratio is very good. From the first moment, they made us feel welcome and comfortable. The place is beautiful, with a privileged location and direct access to the beach, ideal for resting and enjoying the natural environment. We moved by car and the distances were accessible: both the center and other beaches were about 15 or 20 minutes away, which allowed us to explore easily. We will definitely be back.

Since our first contact with Tiago and later with Renata, we were extremely well oriented and welcomed. It was our first trip with our baby and Renata was super empathic and helped us with her experience and brought safety. The accuracy of the ad, the quiet days in the condominium, the good cost-effectiveness of the restaurant and the excellent cleanliness of the Apt made all the difference. We did not cook, but I noticed enough items to do what is necessary for a couple and up to 2 children. After our great experience, we highly recommend hosting Renata and Tiago. And that if you're afraid to travel with your children, especially babies, count on them for unforgettable family days.

It's my second stay on Airbnb, I don't have much experience, so I was afraid at first. But my first contact with Sonja was very good, I have nothing to complain about, she answered all my questions. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures and much more, very well equipped, beautiful, fragrant, very clean, the building itself is new, very well maintained too! Sonja is very detailed and has very good taste, Marcos was the one who welcomed us and showed us the whole building, the rules, gave us tips on places we could go, showed us the whole apartment. I have nothing to complain about, the neighborhood is very quiet even at night. Just one thing I have to point out was in relation to the two glass doors, the living room and the bedroom that were a little stuck, and also the bathroom door of the bedroom, nothing that maintenance can't solve. Other than that, impeccable! When I return to Cabo Frio, I hope to be able to stay in the apartment again. Sonja is very nice!
