It was a great property with plenty of space. Large pool and air conditioning in all rooms. Great restaurants in walkable distance. Would recommend for big groups and families. The service is also quick and the management team is always responsive.

Enjoyed the stay Thanks to our Host Praveen who was quick in responding. The place is very clean and homely We had a couple of problems with the Air conditioner and Wi-Fi to which Praveen responded immediately and were resolved instantly. Great Place…Great Host… Would love to stay again.

A beautiful place to stay in the bustling neighborhood of Candolim. Ours was a last moment booking and we were fortunate to have found Karthik and Elrika's place. Karthik is a lovely human being. He was generous and ever-helpful with whatever we needed during the stay. And the lovely dogs, who love getting all the attention from the guests. The hosts have a large beautiful garden consisting of plums, figs and mangoes to chillies and herbs. It is an abode of all sorts of birds. Loved the sustainable practices the hosts follow - composting (and using the compost in the garden), strict waste segregation, and sediment filters for drinking water. Many places unnecessarily use wasteful RO filters for drinking water. Surprisingly, Goan well-water is sparkling clean. Also, do ask for Karthik's delicious home made kombuchas. It's a treat in the summers. Looking forward to seeing them again!

Villa was nice.. We had a wonderful stay at the villa in Assagao. Nestled in a quiet, lush neighborhood, the property perfectly blends Goan charm with modern comforts. The interiors are tastefully done, with spacious rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and cozy lounging areas. The private pool was a highlight-clean, serene, and perfect for relaxing. The photos on Airbnb don’t do justice to how stunning this villa truly is. The entire space is beautifully designed, with multiple sections—starting from the parking area, leading up to the villa itself, then the pool, and finally direct access to the beach. Each section feels private and well thought out, offering both seclusion and easy beach access. We had an absolutely fantastic stay—completely worth it and highly recommended!

I have never stayed at a more beautiful Airbnb than this! The host was absolutely phenomenal. She is so responsive, always tries to make sure our stay was just perfect. She tries to accommodate us whenever possible and the staff she provides is very pleasant. I will absolutely recommend staying at this property or any that this host owns. One of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. The host was incredibly welcoming and generous with local tips and recommendations. The location is convenient and everything is easily accessible and in walking distance - supermarket, shops, restaurants and beach.

me and my cousins had booked this place after two of my bookings got canceled and I must say it was the best thing to ever happen. the villa is very pretty and the interiors make you stay for much longer. the host is very accommodating and responsive. the pool was very clean and free from chlorine. the bathrooms were also quite clean. the space is quite large for even 12 people. best place to stay for at least 2 days. the staff at the villa, subodh bhaiya and didi (his wife) were very cordial and kind. they took care of everything and were very helpful. I strongly recommend this place to anyone looking for a best getaway. I also intent on visiting more such places from the host. Good wishes to the host and his team

We had a wonderful experience in the Purple House. It is a beautiful place conveniently located, close to yoga studios, markets, and the beach. The host is super kind and responsive. We are definitely looking forward to coming back!

Barath was extremely kind and even picked me up from the airport. He helped me get a scooter once I arrived. Apartment is clean and basic, great host, definitely recommend.

We had a lovely stay at Tellado Properties in Baia Villas, Mandrem. The aesthetic and calm atmosphere of the property were truly captivating. We fell in love with the design and architecture so much that we didn't want to leave the premises. Shakeel provided excellent caretaking service, proving to be quick and reliable. Chef Babu did an amazing job preparing delicious home-cooked meals featuring authentic Goan cuisine tailored to our taste preferences. I can't wait to visit this property again.
