Holiday rentals with a patio in Arambol Beach

This is the most beautiful airbnb i have stayed till date.. wud like to call it home away from home. Soulful. Exactly what i wud want to call home someday. Minimalistic, classy, elegant, clutter-free and made mindfully to cater to a small family. All amenities provided as described aren’t just for namesake but are truly best quality like one wud have for ones o n home. The host is responsive and proactive yet not bothersome or intrusive at all. Hasslefree check in and check out with complete freedom. Pool was the high light for my lil ones, we cooked a bit , ordered out a bit, and walked into our place of choice just located close by. Although only one car parking was offered, both our cars were accommodated hasslefree. Highly highly recommended and worth every penny.

Me and my friends stayed here for 3 days, the check in was easy and the care taker Mr Panna is extremely general and kind helped us with everything from the start till the end. The cleanliness of this place is pristine. The property is peaceful and secluded which is what we needed. Even the cleaning staff is very friendly and responsive. Just two things to review : the jacuzzi didn’t work when we were there so if that’s something you need check in with the host beforehand and the pool can use some floating tubes. Everything else was perfect and more! Thankyou for having us

Such an amazing and beautiful place. We went there with our dog and such comfortable stay it was. Security staff is also really friendly at this property. This place is really clean, pretty much all the amenities and really big hall and balcony to just relax and chill. A lot of cafés and restaurants are nearby. Some of the good beaches are also 20mins drive away. Worth the stay. Thank you so much for hosting us.

I had a wonderful stay at Sumedha’s Airbnb in Siolim. The home is quaint, tastefully done, and nestled in a peaceful residential society—perfect for anyone looking to unwind and soak in the relaxed Goan vibe. What truly sets this stay apart, though, is Sumedha herself. She was incredibly responsive, warm, and generous with her local recommendations, which made my experience all the more memorable. Whether you’re visiting for a quiet getaway or to explore the area, I would highly recommend staying here!

Cezar's place was perfect for a couple of day stay in Goa. The house was comfortable, so close to the beach that you could hear the waves, and easy to relax in. Jahlak, the house caretaker, made us breakfast each morning and helped answer any questions we had. Would definitely recommend!

I really enjoyed my stay at Jay’s studio! He was very communicative through my stay. The kitchen, solid WIFI and all of the amenities make it good for a longer stay like I had as well. Safe and enjoyable location too. Highly recommend!

If you want a beach getaway this is the place for you! This unassuming property is a gem - built around a beautiful coconut plantation you walk through the palms and onto the beach. It is perfect for a family gathering or group of friends as the bedrooms are separate and private. Aside from the amazing location what stood out were the host and his team - nothing was ever too much trouble! The food they prepared for us was delicious and we loved eating on the beach at our own private table. We barely left the property as there was lot’s to do - enjoy the pool, the beach, pool table, take a nap listening to the sea breeze through the palms. We also thank the team for being so accommodating to our one year old son making sure we had everything we needed for him. We look forward to our next stay!

We had a great stay. It is located in a very peaceful area and surrounded by many trees. Suril is a great host and very responsive. Reaching Ashwem beach takes 7-8 minutes on scooty, mandrem beach takes about 15 minutes on scooty. Many restaurants and cafes on the Main beach road. The air bnb is located little away from the main road and a scooty is recommended to go to the nearby grocery stores. Daily cleaning service is provided free of cost. Overall, it's a great value for the money charged.

We had an amazing stay at Jayant’s villa! The property is absolutely top class –The highlight was definitely the huge private pool, which made our trip extra special. The location couldn’t be better – right in the heart of North Goa, just minutes away from all the popular clubs, beach shacks, and top restaurants. Among the greatest homestays I've ever been to! Caretaker Lalit was there to greet us when we arrived at the place. This property is immaculate and beautifully furnished by the owner; each wall is colorful and embellished with antique and original artwork. Beautifully constructed, the home is decorated in a way that reflects the owners' own taste in art. With all of its colors, corners, and cozy areas, the place instantly makes you feel at peace. Every bathroom was immaculate and beautifully modern. The pillows, blankets, and bed linens were all immaculate. The three bedrooms were all comfortable and had air conditioning. Madrem Beach and Arambol are 25–30 minutes away by car. Restaurants and the local market are within ten to fifteen minutes' walk. Caretaker Lalit recommended a neighboring eatery, and we had some extremely tasty dinner. Lalit made our stay comfortable by being incredibly kind, considerate, and encouraging. Without a doubt, we will return here the next time

We just wrapped up an unforgettable stay at this brand-new 3BHK villa—and it exceeded every expectation! Plush interiors, spacious ensuite bedrooms with verandahs, and a gleaming private pool (highly chlorinated—our feet got a free spa peel!). Sharvil was an exceptionally responsive and generous host, and Masud—our friendly caretaker—made the best poha in all of India, delighting our kids with his kindness. Booking taxis via GoaMiles was effortless, and Zomato drivers had no trouble finding us. This luxurious, serene escape is perfect for families or groups seeking comfort and convenience. We loved every moment and can’t wait to return!

Thank you Sumer for a great stay! The duplex apartment was spotless and some thoughtful touches made us feel right at home. The location was perfect being so close to many iconic restaurants and local attractions. The home was cozy and clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. Sumer was very accommodating and provided great local resturant tips. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay and he allowed us a late check out at a nominal fee. We had one of the best experiences of our life at this Airbnb. From the moment we saw the building and entered the reception area, we were enthralled. The pool area was fantastic, the views from the bedroom and balcony were beautiful. The host was super friendly and approachable, the staff was also extremely helpful. With a convenient yet stunning location - the paintings, decor, amenities and cosy furniture made this a wonderful home-away-from-home!

Had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment in Goa! The neighborhood was super peaceful, and the amenities were exactly as described. Everything was well taken care of, making it a perfect getaway. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Goa!
