Magnificent, spacious (220 m²) and bright 4-star chalet in an enchanting setting. Beautiful 90 m² living room with a stone fireplace, piano, billiard table. Four double bedrooms, two bathrooms, and three separate toilets. Quick access to the Carroz d'Arâches resort (6 minutes by car). Guests can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a jacuzzi, home theater, fitness equipment, board games, and a PlayStation. Parking for 5 cars. Not accessible to people with reduced mobility. Pets not allowed.

We are pleased to host you in our lovely little house/old masonry shed, completely renovated and refurbished with care in mid-2021. Beautiful south-facing terrace shaded in the afternoon, truly magnificent and unobstructed views towards Mont Blanc, the Aiguilles of Chamonix, "at the foot" of the Bossons glacier opposite. Set back 20 m from the road in a residential area. Transportation is a stone's throw away. 2 parking spaces are available in front of the house. Wi-Fi. No TV.
