Beautifully recently built cottage. With a view of the valley and mountains. Lots of space for a one bedroom. Hubert is very friendly, it's nice to chat with him. The chalet is 10 minutes from the city center and the cable car.

We had a lovely stay at Armelle's space near Talloires - gorgeous, comfortable house with top view of Lake Annecy (going to be hard to top that). Great instructions & suggestions from the host - we hope we'll stay longer next time if we come back! Thank you so much for the sharing!

Clean ,quiet accommodation is very well equipped. Very good location close to all winter and summer mountain activities.

We really enjoyed staying at Delphines house. We stayed a family of five: our two oldest kids in the lower floor of the house, and the youngest with us parents in the upper floor. Both lower and upper floor has a toilet, which works well. The lower floor is nicely cool in the summer warmth. From the porch there's a breathtaking view of the mountains. There's a nice mix of sun and shade, and it's a great place to spend the afternoon after having been out and about. The house itself is quite special too: it's decorated very tastefully and consistently. The curtains, faucets, carpets, pottery, lighting, bedding and other decor all come together very nicely. We felt right at home, and it gave a nice sense of calm. Delphine was very proactive and responsive in her communication.

We had a wonderful stay. The place had everything we needed and spacious for our four person family. It has got a nice lounge to relax with a good sized kitchen two big balconies. Beds are super comfortable. The appartment is located next to ski slope which was very convenient to get to main ski lift. It is ca. 5 mins walk from the village centre. The communication with Kamel was smooth. I highly recommend the place and would happily return.

Very quiet accommodation, suitable for a couple. Very well appointed. Beautiful view of the snowy peaks. Near the Carroz where you can access it on foot, shuttles very close to the cottage.

Great stay in impeccable, quiet and perfectly clean accommodation. Farida is a very friendly and responsive host. The accommodation, located under the owners' house, is very well equipped – nothing is missing! Each room has its own bathroom, which is really convenient. Note: remember to bring your sheets and towels, otherwise a supplement will be requested. We will come back without hesitation!

We had a very nice vacation in Carroz with Damien and Caroline. The place was perfect and we felt at home. The apartment was very clean and cozy. Super location in the middle of Carroz, everything very quick and easy to reach. We can definitely recommend it.

We had a great stay in Vincent and Emily's apartment. It was spacious and clean and we enjoyed the pool and spa facilities. We were visiting Flaine to ski and the apartment was really well located to get to the Belambra ESF ski school and slopes at Flaine Foret.

We had a great stay at Yann's. The apartment is very well located for both going into town and to pick up the skibus to go skiing. We'll definitely come back.

The apartment is located in a very quiet and beautiful neighborhood, close to Lake Passy. It is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Jean Christophe is an extremely friendly host and available when needed. I would highly recommend it.

Faustine's place is well located. Short walk to lifts and ski school. Short walk to restaurants and grocery. Excellent apartment for a small family and week holiday. New foldout couch was very comfortable for sleeping. Would stay again for sure!
