Holiday rentals with a sauna in Arabian Sea

The apartment was really clean and spacious. It’s perfect for 3 adults and 2 kids, the view it’s really beautiful, the pool it’s amazing. The host answered the messages properly. We even had discount for the restaurant on top roof.

Staying in the apartment in front of Burj Khalifa was a really cool experience. There was a very good communication with the team. I appreciate how quick it was to connect with SmartStay. Would highly recommend!

We especially appreciated the great opportunity to use the rooftop pool and bar at the Paramount Hotel — the views and the location are simply amazing. We had a great stay at Vadim’s place. It was super clean and elegant, with multiple amenities and facilities in the room and building. Vadim was super friendly and responsive, we recommend staying at his place next time you visit Dubai.

Everything we needed was in the house. Not bad hairdryer better than in most accommodation, washing machine that does not leak unlike the two previous apartments, everything corresponds to the description, the disadvantage is that it is very loud to hear the mosque in 4 am, adapters for European charging worked only in one place.

Really nice spacious and spotless apt with toiletries and tea making facilities. Mistakingly I had booked a wrong date which was difficult to change but with Airbnbs help the host offered a solution, which I didn't take in the end as I had to pay extra. I was allowed to check in an hour early but found the check out at 10 am very early. Would definitely be a return customer.

Fantastic stay - great apartment, great location and views. Apartment is spacious and clean. Amenities are good too, feels safe. One point (not the apartment's flaw) is that I hope the shared gym had more gym equipments, there are no dumbbells at all.

scenic location, a dream of spending a few days in palm Jumeirah, a man made island fulfilled... swimming pool, beach at back, Corniche at front, well equipped apartment. a great place to stay, whether short or long term. I was a bit worried when booking knowing it was a capsule hostel, however the capsule was spacious. place was clean and other guests were respectful for those looking for needed sleep. hrwat value for a good space! Nas is also a great host, although i didn't communicate with him much, when I did he was helpful. Will definitely stay here again when I come back!

I had stayed at Ankur’s place during the first week of June, we had planned for a stay of 2 nights but we needed to extend for a day more and upon checking with her, she readily allowed us to stay for the additional day and also, was flexible with both the check-in as well as check-out timings. The property is close to Dabolim airport and is very peaceful and serene. The check-in and entry to the property was quick and easy. The apartment is maintained well and is exactly as seen in snaps. All amenities were available as mentioned and everything was working fine. Ankur was always available for any query required and was really helpful during our stay. I would really recommend this place for anyone who is travelling to Goa and using this platform.

I had an excellent stay! The place was not only clean and comfortable but also beautifully aesthetic — everything felt thoughtfully designed. I especially enjoyed the big TV for relaxing evenings. There were plenty of shared facilities that made the experience even better, including a pool table, table tennis, and a lovely swimming pool. Highly recommend this stay for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable time!

We were a family group of 16 adults and 5 children. Had an amazing time at the venue. The venue is close enough to the beach but with small children , it also gave us an option of just chilling at home. The caretaker, Laxman, was outstanding. The approach into the venue is a bit challenging for cars to move in , but the owner had a parking place nearby. He even gave a two wheeler for us to move around. Overall, we had an amazing time and we would love to get there again.

It is extremely difficult finding a place to accommodate for 20+ people, and also ensuring that each day no quality in regards to hygiene and hospitality is sacrificed. The Raina Villa's 8BHK accommodation was truly a blessing! Saransh was extremely helpful throughout the booking process, and was an extremely patient and an understanding host for all of us throughout the trip. The housekeepers- Rocky and Gautham were extremely hospitable, kind and were there anytime we needed them, they ensured that everyday we came back to spotless rooms and ensured that the remarkable experience of first walking into the villa was maintained throughout our vacation. We would all recommend this villa due to it's price, location, quality along with the hospitable nature both Saransh and the housekeeping provided, and we cannot wait to stay at the Raina Villas again!

Perfect Place for spending peaceful time. Apartment has all the facilities. Host is responsive and very helpful. Apartment is very clean and tidy. Daily cleaning is done.

Idyllic location, great host, extreme value for money. Best Goa visit ever! First off, Mario is a great host. He was really helpful in getting the location. He also made the lunch for us when we arrived, and he's a great cook. He also had interesting stories to share. The place is a renovated ancestral villa. There are original stonewalls with the weathered rock still in place. It's very well equipped. There are mattresses and comforters etc. And the beds are arranged in three lofts and two rooms. The view from the upper deck is amazing. A few roofs around and then trees as far as the eye can see! We spent many an evening there, looking out at the unending expanse of trees that spreads as far out as the tallest hill in the distance and then the sky. Also, Chapora river is nearby. About 30 minutes walk. Or 5 minutes drive. The site is pristine and Mario can arrange for Kayaks. That was the best experience of Goa I'd had in all my visits (and that includes a Taj Exotica stay). The river channel is unbroken and serene. Can be a little tricky since it's not cemented. Lastly, again about the host - he kept the fridge full of things to eat and cook with. Also checked if anything was required. Can't praise the guy enough. We had a medical emergency on the last evening of our stay. His long experience of hospitality industry was critically useful. He arranged an ambulance for us and made sure we got good assistance timely. I wish more people would get to use his incredible expertise at hospitality. Now I know where to go next time I go to Goa. Some points to note :- The approach route can be a little tricky. For reference, remember - take a left at Lady Victory church, then right at Angel bunglow, and a right at the panchayat. There are dogs in the houses along the way which can be a little difficult at night. Carry a stick and a flashlight with you. And most importantly, when in doubt, call Mario!

Great place for a getaway. Accessibility to the main city was little tedious but overall had a lot of fun. Looking forward !

Perfect place away from home.

thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa. Villa is very spacious with large rooms, large balconies and an amazing dining pool area. Furniture, linen and Kitchen were top notch maintained and this was the best villa we stayed in. We moved across multiple properties during our stay. Mobile network signal isn't that great here and so is the case in most of Goa the caretaker and the host both were accommodative and tried their best to do as much as they could. Cleanliness & Hygiene were never an issue and the vibe of the property is very different. you could spend hours enjoying the different spaces of the property be it pool, room balconies or the terrace. Absolutely worth the money and would recommend everyone to stay at this place if a little travel isnt an issue.
