Apartment in Dubai, downtown next to the imposing Burj Khalifa. The apartment is wonderful, equal and even better than in the photos, super clean and organized, with storage and cleaning every day, the location is more than perfect, a few seconds for the Navat (which make a kebab…), 1 minute to Dubai Fountains, 2 minutes to the Burj Khalifa door (which can also be seen from the balcony of the apartment itself), 3 minutes to the Dubai Mall, 4 minutes to other trades, markets, bars, the fire of the ground, subway station and pharmacies very close by and all walking anyway! The check in and checkout without bureaucracy. The host, Dee is 1000!!! Always very friendly and attentive, answers all questions quickly and suggests other options of tourist sites and for fun too! We love your stay and we're sure we'll be staying with you again!

I had a really lovely stay! The place was sparkling clean,it honestly felt like a home away from home. The location was super convenient and in a peaceful neighborhood. The best part, though, was the host—so warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout the stay. They made sure everything was perfect and even gave some great local tips. Goa is all about experience, and our stay at Niloy's abode was just like our second home. Everything clean fresh and homely. Location is awesome, it's peaceful yet well connected with the world. Niloy had been extremely helpful everywhere you can ever imagine. Very comfortable very safe and very well maintained. loved every moment spent there and looking forward to many more stays with Niloy. Located in one of the most happening places is goa yet peaceful. You name it and it's there all around. Will recommend long stays to really understand the people and culture of this fantastic place. Extremely happy and satisfied for everything.

It was perfect for the three of us, with a warm and welcoming vibe that made us feel right at home. The check-in process was super easy and smooth, which made our arrival stress-free. This was my first Air bnb, and I'm happy that it turned out to be the Best. Great place, Clean property, well maintained, Clean Bathrooms, just got everything you need. It was a Feel Good place, just book and chill. Perfect Homestay, Roshan Good Chap, helpfully fellow. Things that can be improved upon. 1. Room Cleanings can be made daily (Currently alternate days) 2. Location given on the App is wrong. That's it. Overall it was worth the money spent, thumbs up 5star. Always recommend it for families.

We had such an amazing stay at Basharatullah's apartment and can not reccomend it enough. Spacious, extremely clean flat with fantastic amenities and comfy hotel-like mattresses and bed linen. The location is great with Dubai Mall a 2 min walk away as well as superb views. The facilites are top spec with an impressive gym and large pool which is never too full. We particularly enjoyed the shallow kid's pool, which is shaded and that my 2 year old could stand in without being held. The kid's play areas are great and also shaded. The hosts' communication was superb from the initial booking through to check out. The instructions were clear and the facilities extremely easy to access and use. We also really appreciated the toiletries provided and the children's toys and books provided. The apartment was great value for money and I have already recommended it to some friends who are planning to visit Dubai. Thank you for such a fantastic stay Basharatullah!

overall we had a very pleasant stay, we did not face any issue at all. everything was well communicated and taken care of. The place is located nicely near to the beach and great restaurant yet distant enough to have a pieceful vacation without any noise There are ample great spots to hang out in evening or at the beach - everything was 5 mins away would highly recommended if you are planning to stay in palolem

It was a pleasant stay, the property was exactly as shown in the pictures. Location is very convenient and easy to find. Beaches nearby, the balcony view is amazing. The parking is shaded and inside the property so feels very safe for own vehicles. Swimming pool is well maintained and it is really big swimming pool as in photos it looks small.
