We had an amazing 5-day stay at your Apartments in Candolim with our family. The property is exactly as described — calm, beautiful, and with a lovely ambience that truly lives up to its name. The location is excellent — everything you need is within a 5-7 minute walk, including restaurants, shops, and the beach. It made our stay very convenient and enjoyable. A special mention to the caretaker, Lakshman, who was extremely supportive and always available whenever we needed anything. The house owner also regularly checked in to ensure our stay was comfortable and that we had everything we needed, which we really appreciated. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and well-located stay in Goa. Would definitely come back again!

Whether it was sunrise, sunset, or the dazzling city lights at night, the scenery from the windows was like something out of a movie. Inside, the space was just as impressive. The condo was spotless, stylishly decorated, and had a very warm, cozy atmosphere that made it feel like home from the moment I walked in. The bed was super comfortable, the living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring, and everything I needed was thoughtfully provided The location was also fantastic—close to everything, but quiet enough for a peaceful escape. The host was responsive and welcoming, which made the entire experience even better. If you're looking for a memorable stay in Dubai with unbeatable views and a comfortable vibe, this is the place. I had a fantastic stay at this apartment with my family during our much-needed vacation after two years of hard work. The host was exceptional—very responsive and quick to offer support when we encountered a minor issue. The apartment was spotless, with top-notch cleaning and all the amenities we could need for a comfortable stay. The location truly exceeded our expectations, with access to more than three pools, a well-equipped gym, and a beautifully clean, serviced beach. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. I highly recommend this place and would definitely choose it again in the future.

Worth it, the place is clean and beautiful. Nearby a lot of stores and tram. They prepare everything in advance and reply right away when you ask something.

As a family of four, with two teens, we’ve just spent a truly wonderful 10 days at Ajwan Villa. We would highly recommend this gorgeous property to stay, if you’re after a quiet place to recharge the batteries. This lovely villa suits a family of up to six or three couples, as each bedroom comes with an ensuite. Fitted out to a high spec, with all the mod cons and everything that you may need has been carefully considered by the owners. Beautiful views of the sea to the front and mountains to side and rear of the house. Recommend you wake up early enough to take in those sunrises over the sea! The service we’ve received from the lovely owners has been fast and very helpful. We will be recommending this property to friends and family and hope to return to stay there again sometime in the future!

Loved our stay, felt right at home. Really well maintained cosy place, close to the beach and other restaurants. They have their own cafe as well right next to the house. Liked their french toast. Would love to visit again and stay for longer.

We recently stayed for a day at Zaf's property for our US consulate visit and had a great experience. The apartment was clean and cozy. Very tidy and well equipped Airbnb apartment.Moreover, Zaf is super responsive and provided with all the information we needed. Also his staff (guest relationship manager)is very helpful. Overall it was a pleasant stay !! :)

The place is located nicely near to the beach and great restaurant yet distant enough to have a pieceful vacation without any noise There are ample great spots to hang out in evening or at the beach - everything was 5 mins away would highly recommended if you are planning to stay in palolem

It was a really nice place to stay at! Especially the terrace was amazing with a beautiful view. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need from cleaning supplies to plates and so on. Port de la mer itself is a quiet place with lots of possibilities to go for a walk. I for sure can recommend Georg and this apartment!

scenic location, a dream of spending a few days in palm Jumeirah, a man made island fulfilled... swimming pool, beach at back, Corniche at front, well equipped apartment. A cosy aesthetic and quiet place. 5 mins walk to beach/ beach shacks and actually gets sea breeze during parts of the day. The open goa-style windows on all walls made for a great ventilation. A view of green fields from most windows is added bonus. The studio room itself is well equipped as described and is good to take care of needs of two people for short or long term stay. All appliances were fairly well maintained and functioned properly. Ritu as a host was proactive and helpful all through. It was a pleasant stay, the property was exactly as shown in the pictures. Location is very convenient and easy to find. Beaches nearby, the balcony view is amazing. The parking is shaded and inside the property so feels very safe for own vehicles. Swimming pool is well maintained and it is really big swimming pool as in photos it looks small.

Awesome host with proactive guidance on directions, local restaurants, transportation. Messages were really helpful. The property is located in a remote place in Mumbai. Old construction but the house was well maintained.

Had a wonderful stay at Merlin's AirBnB. Walkable distance to Calungute beach and beautiful surroundings with lush green trees were the highlights for us. Would to book this again for our next visit. Cheers!
