Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Arabi

Not only was this Airbnb one of the most gorgeous and thoughtfully curated that I’ve ever stayed in, but Miranda truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home! Upon arrival, she met us at the property to greet us and had candles lit, lamps on and music was softly playing in the kitchen where chocolates awaited alongside a list of “local favorites.” The space was clean and so well decorated, it felt more like a retreat. Miranda also was sure to check in to make she we had everything we needed! Every detail felt intentional and beautiful. The location was also perfect and we were able to walk to some delicious restaurants and shops. I could sing my praises forever!

Our new favorite Mid City stay! Welcoming and inviting, beautiful architecture, mindful NOLA decor that is a mixture of modern/vintage/antiques, spacious and comfortable! Fun coffee shop just steps away on the corner. Safe neighborhood and relaxing to sit on the front porch chatting with neighbors who are also welcoming. We have stayed with Breanna and Nick a couple of times at other homes and they are the absolute best!!! Pretty sure we will only stay at one of their properties when we pop into town to visit our daughter - I feel like we are friends now :) Another great experience!

Dawn was extremely helpful and the AirBnB was excellent - thoroughly cleaned, secure, and with plenty of space for my family. We would absolutely stay here again.

The location of Jason’s house was great - we were within a 10-15 minute drive of just about everything we wanted to do. The house looked exactly like the pictures but was bigger than the pictures make it look. Jason was very responsive when we had questions and provided local recommendations.

Comfortable and perfectly located in a great area! We had everything we needed for a family vacation. The pool and spa worked great and we just took one morning to swim, relax, and visit with each other in that awesome tropical backyard. We had a car so we didn’t need transportation but we did walk to the streetcar one day, plus it would be easy to Uber/Lyft from Gary’s place to the popular locations in New Orleans. We didn’t cook, because, frankly, why would you in food paradise when the local restaurants do it so well, but the kitchen was well stocked should you want to cook. We had fun using the game table, TVs, and sound system. Everything was a hit with our kids who were with us to celebrate their recent college graduations. We would stay here again for any occasion but the end of May was the perfect time for warm weather AND the end of crawfish season which we were thrilled to miss. Thanks, Gary!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. The location was perfect—quiet but still close to everything I needed. The little touches like fresh towels, a well-equipped kitchen, and fast Wi-Fi made the stay even better. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We had a wonderful 4 day stay, the house was cozy and well stocked with all the essential necessities. The place was clean and the neighborhood was nice and quiet with plenty of grocery stores nearby. The home location was easy to find and all of our destinations were within 15 to 20 minutes. Foremost, the apartment was squeaky clean and tidy - always most important for me. I loved the tall ceilings, old double doors, and wavy glass windows. The historical feel of both the house and the apartment was very homey. The house itself was beautiful and the garden immaculate. The location close to the bayou was nice. The hosts were good to answer questions about getting around in the city, and provided recommendations. Overall, we were comfortable and really enjoyed our stay.

Everything was terrific! I had a question about the AC and Shirley and Minka were very responsive and helpful. Very clean and welcoming and I would stay there again!

David’s place was clean and comfortable. Everything seemed brand new. Easy access to the building and the unit. Everyone was friendly. David checked in on our stay a couple times to confirm we had everything we needed. Much appreciated. Location was great. Close to restaurants, museums and the trolly (fun to ride to all the sights!) We enjoyed our stay at Casey’s place! This home is within walking distance to a bunch of great shops and restaurants which we really appreciate. Our favorite restaurant, Shaya, was just around the corner! The place itself came equipped with everything you could need for your stay. We loved the set up of the Airbnb and it was perfect for us and our newborn. Casey was responsive to every message we sent, and all instructions were very clear. We will definitely stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone traveling to New Orleans!

I recently stayed at Erin’s 's apartment and had a fantastic experience. The place was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and attractions within few min of driving distance. Erin’s was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the process. Beautiful hidden gem minutes from French Quarter. Great place to stay if you want to be in the center of the action without the noise. The only issue we had was getting our luggage to and from the room. There was a lift we tried to use but it would not open once we got it to the top. I would definitely stay again.

I loved this location did not want to leave perfect for our mom's weekend staycation

A perfectly appointed, spotless, HUGE apartment located steps away from the French Quarter. Safe and secure. Street noise at night so if you need perfectly quiet to sleep, that could be an issue but with earplugs, it was okay for us! Would stay and reccomend to anyone.

This was our second time staying in Joseph's place, and we would definitely stay there again. We love the location on Esplanade, which is an easy walk to either the French Quarter or Frenchman Street. There's a 24-hour bodega right next door that is well-stocked and friendly. Joseph offers a parking pass which makes all the difference for people like us who love the option of having a car to explore other parts of the City. The condo was comfortable and pretty, with the extra bonus of a balcony overlooking Esplanade. This is a second-floor unit so there are stairs to the entrance; there are also stairs to the bedroom and bathroom, but there's a half bath on the main floor which is very convenient. We're both used to stairs so it didn't bother us a bit. In all, we highly recommend Joseph as a host and his condo as an excellent choice for an Airbnb.

This is a lovely spot in a great location, right on Magazine street in the heart of the Garden District. Walkable, with restaurants, coffee shops and sweet shady neighborhood streets showcasing New Orleans' architecture. The space itself was exactly like the photos - very stylish, comfortable, clean and well-appointed. Jo Ann was very accomodating, responsive and an excellent host. It was a fun stay for our first trip to NOLA and we're glad to have had the chance to experience it.

Great space in a fantastic location! The unit was nicely appointed with everything you might need and was well-suited for two couples. It was surprisingly quiet and peaceful inside, and the courtyard offered nice outdoor space.
