This spacious home was absolutely beautiful for our stay! We especially appreciated the amenities that the home provided. Specifically, the pool and vast dining spaces were a perfect match for our large family. The location was in a quiet neighborhood, central to the attractions we wanted to see including downtown San Fransisco and the Winchester house. The homeowner was great with communication throughout the booking and check in/out process. Overall, we had a lovely stay in this gorgeous home.

Place is exactly as described. Glad we asked about the heated pool and got it heated during our stay. June was still chilly at night and would have made the pool too cold to swim in for mots of the day without heating. Place was clean and exactly as described.

This is a beautifully kept home that accommodated all the needs of our trip. Rooms are very spacious and plenty of restrooms for everyone. Very peaceful location and host was great at communicating. We had a very pleasant stay.

This is a unique, spacious, comfortable, beautiful, clean and fun place to stay. We had eight people in our group — four kids (3rd grader to 8th grader) and four adults (two couples). So much space to spread out, relax, read, play games, socialize, cook, eat, work (if needed), swim, soak in the hot tub, and just explore the property and the surrounding area. We hope to be back. Thank you to our hosts for sharing this place — and for being so welcoming and also responsive if we had a question.

It was beautiful, private, and a hidden gem! We had lots of fun and enjoyed all the views throughout the house. The house is even better than the pictures. We had our 2 boys, had plenty to do between the beach, books, basketball, spa, ping pong, and games! We definitely recommend and would go back! Not to mention I love artichokes and this house is located in artichoke city!! So amazing!! 10/10 you won’t be disappointed!

A lovely little cabin in the rustic Lompico hills just outside of Felton. The open floor plan makes the cabin feel very roomy, and the bright interior, together with lots of natural light, makes the place feel very cheery and welcoming. The property sits on a half-acre of gently sloping land ringed by redwoods, it's gorgeous and peaceful. Our dog loved roaming, sniffing around and playing fetch with the tennis balls left by the host. Getting there is quite easy, just follow the host's directions...the narrow mountain road might seem a little daunting at first, but we got the hang of it quickly. About 5 minutes down the road is the Zayante general store for necessities and Felton proper is about 10 minutes away. Loch Lomond is also about 10 minutes away. Lompico is a beautiful area with a cool history (look it up!) and the perfect place to unwind. Thanks for having us!

Pacific Breeze was a fantastic place to stay, beautiful setting, comfortable accommodations, well equipped, very clean and excellent communication and response to our questions. Our family enjoyed every minute of our stay from comfortable beds, upgraded bathrooms, well appointed and clean kitchen to tasteful decor. Everything we wanted or could need was available and we felt welcomed and comfortable. The access to the beach was easy and the room stocked with beach necessities and extras was a huge bonus. As mentioned by others, the place is super comfortable, has a lot of amenities and is super close to the boardwalk and the downtown area. However, what really stood out to us was the host’s hospitality. They were super accommodating when we mentioned we’d be getting to Santa Cruz a little early and if we could use the bikes to go cruise around in the meantime. We only stayed for one night, but were able to enjoy a full day of fun because of that. We rode to Brommer park, played pickleball, went back to check in, headed out to eat, walked around and then went back to enjoy the spa and ping pong table. The whole house was spacious and the beds were super comfortable. Definitely recommend David’s place.

A million Mahalos Vic and Leanne. We had an amazing time at your place in the Redwoods. First I want to say WOW, not only was this place clean, it was spotless. We felt like we were the first people who've ever stepped foot in the air bnb. Vic and Leanne had everything thing we needed and beyond. They really took their time when they put this place together. Their kitchen is fully stocked with everything we needed to put our meals together and the grocery store was only a few minutes away. Via and Leanne also had a ton of wonderful tips in their welcome binder. The prime location of Vic and Leanne's place made daily trips to Henry Cowell state park a must. Vic and Leanne are amazing hosts who made my family feel welcome and right at home. This place is heaven in the Redwoods for sure. Aloha Vic and Leanne!

We had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect—close to the beach and everything and so peaceful and relaxing. The home itself was beautiful, spotless, and incredibly well stocked with everything we could possibly need. The view from the upstairs balcony was absolutely stunning and quickly became one of our favorite spots to unwind. Our hostess was wonderful—so kind, thoughtful, and very responsive whenever we had a question. As a family of five, we had plenty of space to relax and enjoy ourselves after a long school year. We made some great memories here and are already hoping to come back. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jackie's beach house. The house was walking distance to all our favorite places to go. Honestly, we loved hanging out in the backyard too. The BBQ was perfect and ready to go. I wouldn't change a thing, it was perfect and we look forward to coming back again.

The place is beautiful and only steps away from a beautiful spot on the beach. Two of the rooms have a beautiful patio that provides an look into the ocean. The parking was a little bit difficult just because it is street parking and if you go on a crowded day you may have to circle around a couple times to get an open spot. The host was very kind and answered texts very quickly. I would stay here again in the future for sure.

The location of John's place was awesome - was able to walk to the beach, get ice cream, and coffee in the morning. Right next to the freeway, so it was super quick and easy to travel to other places nearby, like Santa Cruz.

We had a wonderful stay at Terri's place in Capitola!! Beautiful home, in a fantastic location!! So much to do in walking distance, even for my elderly mother -- we can't wait to come back! Thank you Terri!!

We loved our stay! The location was ideal for us, just a few minutes from a beautiful redwoods park and a short drive to the coast. This part of California is tucked away from the busy crowds of the Bay Area and feels remote. The Loma Mar outpost offers basic provisions and a restaurant a few minutes from the house, and Pescadero has a strip of shops and restaurants about ten minutes away. The house is lovely and comfortable, very peaceful.

I wish I could give this place 10 stars it was such a lovely stay! It was the CLEANEST place with floors you felt you could walk barefoot in and very fresh linens. The place was perfect for entertaining and was the best bachelorette location. The backyard was huge with an awesome hot tub, outdoor bar, table with cover and multiple chairs and couches. The host was so kind in offering ideas for our stay! Totally recommend for a family vacay or bach trip it was great and you won’t regret it!

The condo was clean and decorated with a cute beach vibe. Kitchen was well appointed and owners were very responsive to a few questions/comments we had.

Felt like a gem in the mountains. The modern amenities made it very comfortable. The host was very prompt with their responses and easy to communicate with. I felt so at home in this little cottage. I'm ready for my next visit.

Beautiful home. Had everything we needed including an EV charger and charger basket for all electronics. Very spacious. Many thoughtful touches throughout the house - even right as we entered. I really like the spiritual, positive items around the house. At first I thought it was odd that the bedroom did not have blinds or drapes, however, it turned out nicely because the giant trees shaded the direct morning sun, a nice serene way to wake up. We loved the large balcony area and the fully stocked kitchen. The driveway seems steep, turn on your front camera and it is not a problem. The property is so peaceful, surrounded by nature. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful location and beautiful home. Nice kitchen, living room, very spacious. The private parking spot was a fantastic bonus so close to the village.
