Marks house was absolutely amazing. The pool and hot was everyone’s favorite. Mark made the place super cozy and we all felt right at home. We didn’t want to leave! Would highly recommend!

We had an incredible stay in Ivins, Utah! The home was immaculate—brand new, beautifully furnished, and equipped with every amenity you could think of. The view overlooking the ancient lava field from Snow Canyon was absolutely stunning and added a unique touch to an already serene setting. The neighborhood was peaceful, welcoming, and clearly designed with relaxation in mind. The community pool and gym were great bonuses, and the adult-oriented environment made for a quiet and restful stay. The hosts were responsive, friendly, and made everything seamless from start to finish. Easy to access and perfectly located for outdoor activities. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and scenic getaway in Ivins!

The home is located in a beautiful safe neighborhood. Me and my wife enjoyed our stay there and would definitely book again. Not too far from Zion. Good golfing close by. Enjoyed using the spa after a long day of hiking, and the community pool area was great for cooling off.

Excellent rental! It was a quick drive to Zion, had a few local restaurants that were walkable, and a hot tub! Great host, and gorgeous home. Would highly recommend!

i will definitely recommend Shelby’s to my friends the next time they are in Washington, Utah. place was super clean and organized. It was nice to be able to relax in the hot after and long day outside. definitely a 10 out of 10 stay.

I felt compelled to leave a review after seeing some 3–4 star ratings that don’t reflect how great this place really is. It’s immaculately clean, truly one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed, and you can tell the host takes real pride in keeping it that way. There are both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker, plus coffee creamer provided, which was such a thoughtful touch (there’s also tea for those who don’t drink coffee). Everything felt intentional and welcoming. The host is kind, responsive, and clearly wants guests to feel comfortable. I honestly don't understand how anyone could walk away giving fewer than five stars unless they just have unrealistic expectations. Some people seem to expect hotel-level luxury at Airbnb prices, but this place offers exactly what it promises: a spotless, well-equipped, cozy stay run by someone who actually cares. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, pleasant place to stay.

The house was beautiful and perfect for our group! The pool/clubhouse was such a great bonus after our day of hiking Zion. Drive to Zion was about 40 minutes, not a problem at all. The kitchen was great, beds were SO comfortable.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at April’s charming historic home! The house is bursting with character, from its beautifully preserved details to the warm, inviting atmosphere. The location couldn’t be better. It’s perfectly situated for exploring the town of Hurricane, La Verkin, and a short drive to Zion. Our family’s favorite part was relaxing on the front porch each evening, soaking in the peaceful vibe. The beds were incredibly comfortable which was a huge bonus after a fun day of hiking Zion. It was the ideal spot for our family’s second stop on our National Park tour. Highly recommend this gem!

Our stay in the Zion Gateway house was excellent! From the host Susan being very proactive and helpful to the beautiful furnishings it was great stay! We weren't there very long but especially enjoyed the use of the garage (we were traveling with my son's belongings) and the massage chair! Susan was very kind and definitely made sure we were taken care of. If you're thinking about it, this would be a great place to stay!

Bailey, Jon and pups were wonderful hosts. It was one of the best airbnbs we stayed at while completing our Utah national park tour. Everything was labeled and easily accessible. Clean. Loved the “all things closet” that had various items including a pack n play and dry shampoo - the essentials. Coffee bar was awesome! Thanks so much y’all!

My friends and I stayed here while visiting Zion NP and it was a fantastic location. Being centrally located between Springdale and St George gave us tons of options for food and the drive made memorable ends to each day with the beautiful surroundings. Tyler’s place was spacious and the full of amenities so our group always had something to do in the little down time that we had on our trip. Would definitely recommend!

Great spot if you plan on spending most of your time at the park. It's a great spot to get there, go to sleep, and head out in the morning.

The home was perfect in every way! We loved the house and backyard— the fenced yard allowed for us to relax with our dogs and not worry about their safety. The neighborhood was great for walking and was very close to stores as well as being central to exploring the remarkable Zion park. The home is a 5++ and the hosts were phenomenal!

Allan was a great host and gave great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. The house was great for a family of 5. It was also very close to Zion National Park and only a couple of hours from Bryce Canyon. We had an amazing visit.

We enjoyed our stay. The host was very welcoming and responsive. The house is on a beautiful golf course, very quiet, very peaceful. The house is close to Zion and Sand Harbor Park as well. We also enjoyed the fun board games the house had as well as the ping pong table. Thanks for a great trip!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home near Zion! From the moment we walked in, it was clear how much thought, care, and intention went into every detail. The house was impeccably clean, incredibly well-stocked, and decorated in the most charming and cozy way—so many thoughtful touches, from extra blankets to warm, homey decor that made it feel like a retreat. Our teenagers especially loved the hot tub after long days exploring the park, and having two sets of washer/dryers was a total game changer for our family. Every space was designed with comfort and convenience in mind. We couldn’t have asked for a better home base for our trip to Zion and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

It was a great place to stay and very clean. The background was beautiful. Glad we booked this while the neighborhood hasn’t fully developed yet. The pool was very cool.
