Now there is the opportunity to stay in a house with striking sunsets, in the middle of nature and an undisturbed location, while making a minimal impact in the climate. Welcome to book our house at a favorable “try-on” price. Our house in the Stockholm archipelago has a unique location, is completely self sufficient on electricity through solar cells, and not connected to the grid. The house is "off grid" and is now ready at 98%. All the functionality is done, there are a few beauty spots. The stairs, for example, have no handrail yet.

Enjoy this unique and peaceful space with the sea at your feet. Take a boat to surrounding islands, run or walk on the trails, sauna at the sunset in your own wood-fired sauna at the end of the jetty or swim by the beach, it's nature experiences at their best. Shop is on the island so you can pack lightly, get out into the archipelago with the ferry that runs several times a day and just enjoy! Small motor boat included in the reservation. Also ping pong table and boule court! The house is available and warm all year round! Welcome!

The garden cottage

Take a break and unwind in this peaceful oasis. Stay in our unique garden with quiet places for recovery and meditation Walking distance to a swimming lake, shop and bus stop about 15 minutes. Distance to Stockholm 1,5 h by bus and about 1 hour by car. Close to 18-hole golf course. Essential spots on Ljusterö: The Nature Reserve on Östra Lagnö with a cliff bath and carving yard. Linanäs community with restaurant and boat connection with Stockholm via Vaxholm. Siaröfortet is accessed by boat connection from Östanå.

You will have a memorable experience because of the views, the beautiful location, the garden, and the jetty with it’s sundeck. Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.
