Our detached house with large garden is about 250 years old and has a lot of character. It is located in the middle of the countryside and is ideal for families, for hikers and those in need of peace and quiet and is located directly on the Dorfbach. There is a fountain for the cows of the neighboring organic farm, shade-giving trees and comfortable garden furniture. The swimming pool of the municipality is next door. To the village it is 10 minutes walk, to the organic farm shop 5 minutes. Two parking spaces are available.

The Rheintaler Höhenweg runs right past the house and invites you to hikes and walks in the Appenzellerland and Rhine Valley. The house is only about 200 m away from the swimming pool, for which our guests have access to a ticket in summer.

If you are looking for luxury in the traditional sense, the Bird's Nest is not the right place. The luxury of the bird's nest is its wonderful simplicity.
