The duplex apartment is located in the stylishly renovated Rothen stable in Teufen, built in 1833. The views of the over 180-year-old roof beams and the modern furnishings create a unique atmosphere. The kitchen with bar table and stools, the living room with corner sofa and desk and the double bedroom under the roof radiate peace and coziness. From the living room there is a view of the Säntis. Shopping and public transport right outside the front door.

In addition to views of Lake Constance, peaceful surroundings and a seating area in the garden, the accommodation also offers a large selection of board games and a delicious breakfast (surcharge of CHF 10 per person). The centre of Heiden and the Unterrechstein spa are within walking distance. The area is ideal for varied cycling tours.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space with a living area of around 125 m² surrounded by nature. Your exclusive getaway with 360-degree views of Säntis/Lake Constance and yet so close to attractions such as St.Gallen/Appenzell. This 200-year-old Appenzell house towers high above Herisau AR and is lovingly called "GöttiFritz" by its owners. It shines authentically in a fantastic mountain and hill scenery – a true retreat for the soul.

The room has a French bed 140/200 and is suitable for a couple. It is available with breakfast on request (15./person) and is located in a former guesthouse, which has been breathed back to life. The room is lockable. The breakfast room and terrace are shared with a maximum of two other guests, as well as the bathroom and separate toilet located on the mezzanine. The place is very quiet on the edge of the green zone. The room with a view of the Säntis is in a large house. The garden and swimming pool can be shared. The bathroom is for your own use.
