Great place to accommodate many people. The leisure area is spacious and open. The kitchen is well equipped. The garage is large and there are many cars. The only disadvantage was the pool, the area cover all the sun, so we did not use the pool for long. But I understand, since the environment is closed.

We sincerely thank the hosts Carlos and Fabrício for their attention, empathy and willingness throughout our stay. From the beginning, they were helpful and welcoming. Unfortunately, our experience was impacted by external situations beyond the hosts' control. We had a problem related to the use of ambient sound through an Alexa, which resulted in a fine for alleged excessive noise by the condominium. We emphasize that we have always been careful to maintain an adequate volume and, when notified, we promptly turn off the device to avoid any inconvenience. Therefore, we consider the penalty unfair and disproportionate. Despite these inconveniences, we recognize the care and respectful attitude of the hosts, and we hope that we can resolve this situation in a fair and friendly manner.

The view is wonderful. Excellent location. Fast service. But cleanliness is extremely important to me. The covers need to be washed because the storage odor was very strong. The sofa needs to be dry cleaned because it is very dirty and ugly. The floor could be cleaner.

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The host always responded promptly to all our messages and was incredibly flexible. We were very delayed at check-in, and he was extremely understanding. The same happened at check-out, our flight was late at night, and he kindly allowed us to stay in the apartment until our departure. He was also very kind and provided us with extra bed linen and towels, as we stayed for many days. The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and pharmacies within walking distance, as well as a shopping centre and a beautiful park nearby. Another wonderful aspect was having a private parking space included, which made everything much easier. The apartment also had a modern washing machine, and everything inside was new, spotless, and very well maintained. A perfect experience from beginning to end. Highly recommended!

Our stay was very peaceful, initially I was a little confused with the apartment's address, but Thaise quickly helped me give the correct address to the Uber. Another point that I did not notice previously is that the sofa is not exactly a sofa bed, as it does not open completely. So, if you need a second bed, it's good to consider this. But the apartment is quite pleasant, the location served us very well in view of our goal of staying in Goiânia, we had no problems. Thaíse is very helpful and helped us in the best way. It offers some quick drink and snack options in the apartment, at very affordable prices! We only miss a filter with drinking water. Overall, we had a great experience, we thank the hosts very much and recommend Airbnb to those looking for a stay in Goiânia!

Its apartment is very good, clean, spacious, and is located in a region where there are supermarkets, restaurants and is close to parks and shopping malls. The village has 2 easy-to-manage garages. The check-in and check-out were fairly easy. The electronic system of the port of the apto. is practical, as it does not require the use of keys. Anyway, I thank the host and highly recommend the space.
