Holiday rentals with breakfast in Anzio

Such a beautiful place with a kind and responsive host! Alessandro provided us a very quiet spot that was a great place to rest in between busy travels. He also let us store our bags past check out which was super helpful. he was not kidding about having a car being the best for this location, especially if you are looking to get places at certain times. We learned that the hard way instead of listening to his original recommendation 😅 if you are looking for a peaceful place off the beaten path with no strict schedule, this is the perfect spot!

Tranquil place very easily accessible to services and nearby hamlets. The facilities are excellent and Stafano goes above and beyond in advising and supporting guests navigate the area and services. I highly recommend Stefano's place and would love to stay again, for a bit longer.

Very nice space in Rome. Away from the hustle and bustle of busy city streets, little traffic and quiet surroundings. Close to the train station and many bus terminals. Clean home with all the amenities we needed. Lots of space for the 6 of us to spread out and relax. Private parking is nice and safe, but tight to get into with a larger vehicle. Would stay here again!

as someone who used to live in Rome I found the location to be ideal what also stands out is how easy it is to get around .. free parking in the neighborhood and bus station and metro station close by super market tabaccheria and Gelato bar within 5 minutes walk and Andrea was so accommodating and responsive answering my 100 messages and being so kind and patient will stay again!

Very nice little cottage about 40 minutes by car from Rome's city center. 2 lakes are in the immediate vicinity. Shopping on foot is quickly done in the nearby supermarket. Smaller cars can be parked right in front of the door with a little luck. Price/performance ratio is right.

A nice apartment in Fiumichino with a fantastic patio. Ideal for staying close to the airport and catching the flight with peace of mind. It is worth noting the kindness and attention of the owners, who were always attentive and provided us with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. I recommend it.

functional, everything is very beautiful and comfortable inside. great hosts. but place very far from the important areas. although easy access to public transportation. but all about a 40 minute ride away.

Loved my stay here!! Was perfectly located to explore all of Rome. Was able to walk to all the main attractions. It was super clean and had a beautiful Italian flare that made me feel like a local. Would highly recommend for 2 people!

I was amazed when I saw the apartment, impeccable in everything, very happy with this stay. Clean, large apartment, with every possible comfort, great location. If I had to go back to Rome, I wouldn't think twice about booking here.

This place was fantastic. So close to many things. We walked everywhere even with 3 kids. There were two private balconies so although it was in the middle of a bustling square it was possible to relax and rest outside. Sonia was great. She provided excellent details on how to find the place. She also offered many recommendations on places to eat. Would stay here again 100%!

Easily connected to public transport. Fulvio was super helpful throughout our entire stay. We appreciated the view from the kitchen and the large rooms. I would recommend.

Very difficult place to get to, bus does not stop nearby, to get there only Uber or taxi and so it is very expensive to get there, I had to pay 54 euros

A Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommend! Stefano was an amazing host! From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond—picking us up from the airport and taking the time to show us key spots in the area for transport, food, and more. He was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The area itself is absolutely beautiful—peaceful, welcoming, and just a short, accessible trip from the heart of Rome. The locals were warm and friendly, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will definitely be returning in the future. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Best location! You can see the coliseum from your window. The host’s father, Mr. Paolo was extremely pleasing to talk to, he knows a lot about history and gave us very good recommendations for places to visit. He even bought some milk and biscuits for us so we felt right at home. One little thing we struggled with was the living room where my mom slept in to be a little hot at night, a fan would be an easy fix. We would definitely stay there next time we go to Rome

Beautiful apartment near the Olympic stadium very well connected by transportation Francesco is a very nice and proactive host. we exchanged a lot by message for restaurants and he is a great listener

Close to the termini and very clean and spacious room. Checking in and keys are digital and instructions are very clear. Not the host’s fault but some other guests inside the airbnb made some really huge noises past midnight and woke us up, which was inconvenient but everything else was great.

We had a wonderful stay! It was a gorgeous room that was absolutely spotless and had a nice private balcony. The shared areas are also great and the location is perfect with plenty of restaurants and local shops. It’s at the seafront and it’s definitely worth going for a nice walk or swim on the sandy beaches specially if you have kids. The air conditioning is great too!!! To make it even more special Orietta and her daughter Chiara are delightful! Definitely recommend!!!

The apartment is very clean, very comfortable, the room is very cozy and overlooks a courtyard. Located very close to Trastevere station, with the tram to get to the center a few minutes away. The owner was very attentive and friendly, and made everything very easy. We were very comfortable throughout the stay. Thank you very much

A great place in a perfect location! Within a few minutes we were at the Colosseum - it couldn't be better. The apartment was clean and well appointed. Riccardo was very helpful and had great tips for getting there and for our city trip. We felt very comfortable and can absolutely recommend the place!

We had a great stay! It was close to transportation and all the sites we wanted to see. There are great restaurants nearby. The street is not too loud which was great. It was easy to check in with clear instructions. Responses were a little delayed but she always responded when we needed her! Emanuela was very flexible with our check in and helpful with bag storage as well.

I highly recommend Valeria's accommodation. The spaces are all very clean, even the bathroom is impeccable. The location is strategic and is just a few steps from the Lucio Sestio stop of Metro A, therefore well connected to the city center. Valeria is one of our wonderful people: very helpful and attentive to the guest, she will satisfy all your needs, even for breakfast. I hope to go back.
