We had a wonderful time! The place was beautiful and Matteo gave us great tips and information once we arrived. Communication was a little slow but everything worked out great!

Really lovely stay! The house is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. Very close to the beach. It’s lovely and quiet, in a residential area. It’s about a 30 min walk from the main square with a selection of restaurants and bars. There are restaurants closer. Would highly recommend!

Julia's place was great. The house has every service (washing machine, dishwasher, water kettle, etc.). The person we communicated with was available to respond to our needs. The garden of the house is spacious and perfect for those with children or animals, and it is pleasant for everyone:) the only real defect of the house is the absence of air conditioners, in case you encounter too hot. There are still fans in every room, which make the environment ventilated. We hope to return to Julia, and thanks again for everything!!

Beautiful stay at Salvatore's, who is a lovely host. The apartment is beautiful, a beautiful place where you can enjoy the quiet and a beautiful terrace close to the sea and to spend peaceful evenings on the terrace. Wonderful stay in Ladispoli! We had an unforgettable stay in Ladispoli and this place exceeded all our expectations! The apartment was perfectly located — just a few minutes walk from the beach and local restaurants. Very cozy, clean and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to help with any questions. Ladispoli is a wonderful place to relax, with its picturesque streets, beautiful beaches and a cozy atmosphere. We enjoyed every moment, whether it's walking around the city or spending time on the beach. In the evening it was possible to enjoy great Italian cuisine in the local restaurants. What is especially convenient — Ladispoli is ideally located if you plan to visit Rome. Very easy access to transport (trains, buses), which makes it an excellent base for daily trips to the capital. We rented a car and easily reached Rome, enjoying both the city and a relaxing holiday! Our best recommendation!

Enrico was very accommodating and nice and was always available if we had any questions. We felt very comfortable with him. The surroundings were very quiet (probably also because it was out of season). Everything in the residential complex is a bit outdated, but that doesn't detract from the feel-good factor. There are many shops in walking distance. Enrico's pizza oven is a real highlight. That's a real Italian way of life. For the price, the place is highly recommended. A little something has bothered us. Outside the gated community and especially the path to the beach and on the beach it was very dirty.. there was trash everywhere. Maybe it was because we were there outside of the Italian holiday season. Downtown Rome can be reached in an hour by car and if you get there early, there are also many cheap parking options along the Tiber. Thanks Enrico for the nice relaxed two weeks.

The apartment was very spacious, quiet and comfortable :). The kitchen had everything what you need, terrace is huuuge. Gulio is very nice and helpful, responds quickly and put a smile on your face :). He was super helpful with recommendations of restaurants and places to visit. I would consider this place to go one more time when I visit Anzio :). We felt well taken care of there. I recommend!

It is a beautiful house, furnished with a lot of love for detail. It really looks like the pictures. Due to the many seating options in the garden, you could sit somewhere different every time. The beds are fantastic and ensure very good rest. The beach is very close. We felt very comfortable.

We felt very comfortable in Federico's house! It offers enough space for a family of 4 and it has everything you need. Federico is very helpful, straightforward and generous. We were allowed to use all amenities and felt very comfortable. We can recommend the cottage without reservation!

Two big bedrooms, big living and 2 bathrooms. A nice balcony. Close to everything. Only 500m from the railway station. I will definitely recommend this place.

Thank Alessia for hosting us last minute. We loved the place and the location. Near the beach and restaurants and with your car, you can easily get everywhere. The private parking was great. The apartment is beautiful and brand new and excellent condition. Grocery store is couple of min away by car. Loved the view of the sunset from the balcony. After a long travel day, we felt welcome and comfortable. The house was relaxing and easy to locate. Christian helped us with pickup from the airport which was stress free, easy and fast. Christian was easy to communicate with and helpful with local information. When we visit, we will choose to stay again. Thank you!

Giorgio was very kind and welcoming. The apartment was just as described and had everything you needed. The big patio with the view of the sea made this apartment so unique and relaxing. There are restaurants within walking distance and the beach is just 2 sets of stairs away.

This place is very well equipped, quite, everything works. We found the most of what we needed (besides the usual also the kitchen utensils, detergents, cleaning utensils are there, the towels are already a bit old). The view is great, the balcony very nice. The car can be parked in the back yard. It is only a few steps to the beach. Unfortunately, there is garbage on the beach. If you take a walk to the left on the beach there is even more garbage so not very pleasant. All in all, we had a very good stay. The only thing to improve: chairs at the dining table are not very comfortable.
