Holiday rentals with breakfast in Antrim County

Lindsay’s vacation home on Lake Charlevoix made for a beautiful getaway up north! Highly recommend staying here, wish we would’ve been able to stay longer than two nights. We will definitely be staying here in the near future again.

Various family members were on this trip (teenagers up to grandparents, 7 total), and this house was a perfect set up for us. Bedrooms were spacious, and with one bathroom on the main level and one on the second, plenty of space. The attic level bedroom was great for our teenage boys, with access via steps that are almost like a ladder (just an FYI as it would be tough to climb if not nimble). Nice porches to sit on and enjoy the lake as well as an easily accessible dock for launching a boat or kayak (note lake is not a swimming lake). Great location to Torch Lake, Bellaire, Elk Rapid and other attractions as well. kitchen was very well stocked. Would definitely stay again.

This was our second stay with Boyneland Vacation Rentals in the Creekside community at Boyne Mountain resort and this is the best unit we have stayed at. The condo was clean, comfortable, equipped with everything we needed and had an amazing view. Beautiful and peaceful setting, also close enough to the main lodge for dining and fun. Our kids loved exploring the outdoors and taking a dip in the hot tub. Lindsay was always responsive and a great host. We will be staying here again when we return next April.

I wish I had something bad to say about it only because I selfishly want it to be available to book anytime. I’m not sure how Melissa manages to keep the place impeccable and the experience so great. I can only imagine it is because she takes so much pride in it, as she should. Not to mention she does it all while being a down-to-earth, genuinely kind human being. Incredible.

We had a really great stay here. The house was actually large enough for a big group. The bedrooms were huge, and spacious. As a party of 9 we still had plenty of extra room. The house was clean and had everything we needed. It was also on a very quiet street, which was nice. Thanks for the great stay, we felt very welcome!

My second time at Mel’s Victorian. I would rate this stay among the best I’ve had around the world. Melissa is kind and welcoming, and the house is so charming. Each morning we had a lovely spread of fruit, pastries, and coffee. And she makes clear she’s available to help with whatever you need. Will absolutely be back.

Cool spot to stay. Joseph and his crew were great. Breakfast was fantastic. Good ambiance. There’s a bar downstairs if you want a drink and to hang out. The only drawback was sharing bathrooms with the rest of the guests, but there are several bathrooms, so it’s not a real big deal. I’d recommend the spot, and you’re right in East Jordan by Lake Charlevoix.

The inn was very charming and lively, and one can appreciate the care that goes into giving each room a distinct personality. Joe was a gracious host and my stay was very pleasant. Lake Charlevoix is beautiful, as is the whole region. Highly recommend!

Overall the place was as advertised. I was in the area and just needed a place to rest my eyes and it was perfect. The bar downstairs was nice to grab a drink before checking in but it's nothing fancy. My only issue was all the bathrooms were out of toilet paper and in the morning I could not find anyone to help restock. Ended up having to drive down the road to the coffee shop! The bed was comfy and I had my own AC window unit which was nice. Each room has its own sink which was great.
