Everything about Jason’s home was peaceful and inviting. It was spotless and very homey. We had plenty of room to put our clothes and toiletries, as well as groceries we bought nearby. There were plenty of cups, plates, etc. in the kitchen. Our dog loved the large backyard with lots of grass. The location was very handy, as we were mostly visiting in Roseville and Rocklin. Entry to the house was super easy. We appreciated being able to park in his spacious garage and use the opener. Jason is a wonderful host. He communicated throughout the process, and made himself available. He gave such great instructions that we never needed to call or message him, but it was nice to know we could. We highly recommend this home, and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

The house was super clean and cozy. The decor was warm and inviting. We used to live in Roseville, in the neighborhood, so it was familiar and perfect for me and my family. Everything worked properly, there was nothing I needed. Faisa was friendly, and I was happy I got to meet her and her husband. Highly recommend their place and would stay there again in the future.

My mother and I stayed at Evangeline’s place and I can’t say enough about this place beautifully decorated , the kitchen and rooms are a great size and the beds and pillows are top notch! My mother is older and likes it quiet and this place is on a street with no through traffic. Minutes from Target and Walmart all the fast food and sit down restaurants are all in close proximity to the property. And the host extremely responsive each room has its own heat/air unit not that it didn’t work but I just didn’t understand how to turn the air conditioning on in my space after reaching out to Evangeline for some help she sent not 1 but 2 different high quality room fans for my convenience. I highly recommend this property for your next Sacramento stay

We stayed for few days. The photos posted does not do any justice of how great the place was. The house was clean and nice inside. The backyard had great vibe with lots of fun games, greatly furnished, amazing lights and mister for hot weather. Carla was very responsive anytime we had questions. she went above and beyond as a host. We would love to stay here again when we are in that area in future.

The house was amazing and in an ideal location. We were excited to see a huge park across the street, but never even left the gorgeous private backyard. Plenty of space and a well stocked kitchen. All amenities were present. Easy check out process too!

Absolutely beautiful, park-like setting. The home is cozy and clean. I am a plant girl who lives in the country so I felt right at home. The pool was sparkling and surrounded by citrus trees that smelled amazing. We had some rogue ants join the party in the kitchen the first night but Angie was quick to reply and had it handled immediately. We loved having a little oasis to escape to while visiting friends in Roseville. Will come back!

Wendy and Richard were incredibly hospitable hosts. Their carriage house was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location within walking distance to the lake. They even have a sweet, friendly dog who made our stay even more enjoyable. I can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely lofted one-bedroom guest house! The space was very clean, and the bedroom was large with an incredibly comfortable king-sized bed. The kitchen was fantastic — fully equipped and perfect for preparing meals. The location is ideal, nestled in a beautiful neighborhood near the river and trails, which was perfect for outdoor activities. The spiral staircase was a bit tricky at first but easy to get used to. Overall, it’s a perfect spot for one or two people. Highly recommended!

Great place for a little pool getaway! Friendly hosts, while still having our privacy. Lovely spot in peaceful neighborhood. The place worked great, we had everything we needed in a sweet colorful and fun cottage. We hope to come back!

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of things to do within a short drive. Wei was an excellent host and was very friendly and accommodating to our party. We would absolutely stay here again!

This beautiful home with 5 bedrooms and a swimming pool is just what we needed for our family reunion! We had six adults sleeping there and our grandkids visiting some days. We cooked a lot of food and swam a little bit. The backyard was peaceful and we enjoyed going for walks on nearby trails. We appreciated the large square footage because we came from several time zones and were on different sleep schedules and this house provided the space we needed to spread out or to gather. Would definitely stay here again!

Douglas was wonderful! Gave clear instructions and would respond quickly whenever I had a question. The house itself is beautiful! Spacious and has everything you would need. The backyard is absolutely gorgeous! Big with plenty of patio furniture and fire pit. The pool is heated which was nice but got a little too warm. The only negative thing I notice were spiderwebs throughout the house. It wasn’t a huge deal, I don’t think anyone had stayed at this house for awhile.

Spent a few days here during Christmas and there was plenty of room for our toddler to explore, even with it being too cold for the pool. The view was great - could see the snow on the mountains when it was clear. The kitchen was sufficient for small meals but it was not equipped for baking or cooking complex things. Overall we had a wonderful stay!

It was a very cozy and beautiful place. If you’re looking to rent somewhere away from the city, then this is the place. Laura was especially responsive during our stay and helped us along the ways.

Fantastic location for downtown Folsom. easy parking and getting in and out. The unit was pristine with comfortable furniture and everything you need in the kitchenette. The bed was comfortable with spotless linens. The bathroom shower had the waterfall shower and was beautiful. Will definitely consider this for my next visit. Convenient for the area.

Mila‘s guest house was the most charming home,it was the perfect size and had everything we needed there. We enjoyed the grounds, especially since we were there with our two corgis . I booked Carolyn’s Place for my family to stay when they were visiting me for my graduation and it fit the description provided on the app. As soon as we entered we settled right in and it felt right at home. Carolyn was more than happy to help us with even small inconvenience and was always very responsive and even offered to extend our check-out provided no one was renting the unit (tho we didn’t need it and left early). Everything in the house was available to us and exactly as described. It easily accommodated 5 people as shown and was in a friendly neighborhood as well. Overall Carolyn’s place was amazing and made us feel safe. Carolyn’s responsiveness and the place’s atmosphere made our trip even more memorable. I would definitely recommend to stay at her hidden home and would love to visit again!

It was perfect for our family of four — cozy, thoughtfully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable getaway. The space was even better than the photos, with charming touches throughout that made it feel like a true home away from home.
