Nicole’s place was stylish, fun, and impeccably clean, and she was super patient and helpful as a host. We’ll hope to be back in the summer to try out the pool!

Such a beautiful home. The owners are super responsive and nice. It was very peaceful. My boyfriend and I just had a house fire and it was the perfect place to take our minds off of everything.

I am from the area, but had to leave my home on short notice due to an emergency. I booked my stay within a day of my arrival and Andrea was responsive and understanding. Additionally, I have physical disabilities and Andrea and Todd both made sure the location was as accessible as they could make it even on such short notice (e.g., moved some tables and chairs out of the path ahead of time so I'd be able to get to the entrance with my walker more easily). Throughout my stay, Andrea and Todd were both very accommodating and more than willing to offer help with anything I needed. Additionally, communication is prompt and concise, and they are readily available when needed. Also, they have a tangerine tree, so if you are here in tangerine season, you may find yourself receiving many tangerines! They truly go above and beyond for their guests and I highly recommend their home to anyone looking to visit the Sacramento area.

This unit was the perfect size for two people with plenty of off street parking. The location was close to everything we needed. Even though it's on a busy street it's behind the main house and very quiet.

Liz as a host was very helpful! I had a last minute lodging cancellation that led me to need to book her unit the same day at very short notice. For a fee, Liz was able to get me in which made my day so much easier! She was very responsive and friendly. The unit itself was very nice; nestled within a home that seemingly had 2 other units. Although smoking was prohibited; there was a lingering aroma of an herby substance, which for me, was not necessarily a problem. Later in the evening noise did pick up, but, I checked out at around 3 AM so it didn’t have the chance to bother me too much. The listing was very spot on, cozy and home like. Would recommend!

Great place to stay at! Communication was really great.

Great place to stay! plenty to do and literally a 5min walk over the bridge to old town. If you are from out of town it is great place to check out old town shops and we even played mini-golf. The unit itself was very nice and just like the photos. The amenities are also amazing. Our host was super responsive and accommodating. I will be looking to staying here again.

Mesha &Chris’s apartment was actually much more than I expected. The bed was so comfortable that I did not want to get up. The shower was a typical size with amazing water pressure. The couch was big enough to accommodate an entire family in comfort. The kitchen was pristine and a great size. I came to Sacramento for Jazz Night at the Crocker which was only four blocks away and safe to walk. The nearby cafes are highly recommended as well.

It was very charming. The decor was nice. The tv was nice and big. Everything was clean.

It was a beautiful home exactly as described. Stephanie was very helpful with any of our questions and even gave us recommendations on things to do and places to eat around the area. Well worth the price me and my family had a great time there.

Shu was an awesome host. Her home was beautiful and super clean. She had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The bathrooms are right next to the bedrooms. It’s a perfect setup. There were 3 couples in my group and we all felt that we had our own little space/privacy. I would defiantly recommend Shu home and I plan on staying there again if I ever go to another event at the casino. Thank you Shu for giving us the opportunity to stay in your beautiful home.

Ginger and joes place was amazing! The photos did not do this place justice it was even better in person . Everything was Perfect very thoughtful we felt right at home here . The pool was amazing we wished we could have spent more time here ! We will definitely be coming back ! Ginger and joe are great hosts ! Very accommodating and friendly. One of the best experiences we’ve had !

What a lovely home and property! As we pulled up to the house one of the first things you see is the beautiful pool. Quite a beautiful first impression! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was as represented. Very well maintained and clean. We would definitely stay at Adrienne's home in the future!

Nicole’s home was perfect for our stay! Very comfortable and we loved having coffee and breakfast on the covered patio out back. Beds were very comfortable and the location was close to shopping, great restaurants and parks. We would definitely stay again if ever in Folsom or the Sacramento area!

We enjoyed our stay in this home over 5 days while visiting family in the area. Great location with easy access to shopping. The neighborhood is great for walking that includes a park a couple blocks away. We will likely try to stay at this home again in the future.

This place was perfect for my family, very spacious & comfortable with many amenities including a large TV & very comfortable sofas. Kitchen had everything needed with good sized dining room. Bedrooms were large enough with comfortable beds. I’ve stayed in the Sacramento area 3-4 x a years for the past 8+ years & will try & book this place for now on. Price was fair

Stayed here while my Mom went in for major surgery at Kaiser Morse. Perfect location for our base only 6-8 minutes away. We were able to visit 3 times a day and weren’t exhausted from commuting an hour + one way. Secure parking spots.

This condo is a clean and well decorated one bedroom, one bathroom second floor unit. Bogdan is a very thoughtful host, there were extra blankets, sheets, and towels, which were appreciated for my weeklong stay. I also noticed condiments and single serve coffee creamers were provided along with a small basket of books/toys in the laundry closet if you have a child visiting/staying with you. The location is in a very nice area, close to both shopping and restaurants. I thought the bed was comfortable and the shower was fantastic, and I also really liked that the entrance’s door lock code was tailored to me personally, making it easy for me to remember and difficult for others to figure out. I’d recommend staying here, and definitely book again.

Mony's place was very clean and beautiful. It is located in a charming housing complex, and is a few minutes walk to a shopping mart and various restaurants. The complex has a gym, which made working out during my stay very convenient. I'd be very happy to stay here again on my next visit.
