Holiday rentals with a patio in Annapolis

This home was wonderful and just as described. While Blair was out of town, Karen treated us wonderfully, even greeting us upon arrival and offering to help us get inside. We didn’t need much, but she was immediately reachable and ready to make our stay great. Would absolutely stay again!

This was my second stay at this Airbnb, and it was just as fantastic as the first—if not better! Returning felt like coming back to a peaceful little retreat. The space remains just as charming, clean, and thoughtfully put together, with every detail designed for comfort and ease. This time around, I was able to fully enjoy the private outdoor patio, and it truly elevated the experience. Whether sipping coffee in the crisp morning air or winding down with a cocktail in the evening, it quickly became my favorite spot to relax. The hosts continue to go above and beyond—warm, responsive, and clearly dedicated to making every stay exceptional. I’m already looking forward to my next visit. Still highly recommend without hesitation!

This is a great place to stay and tour the DC Metro area - provided you have a car. Most days it would take us 30 minutes to get to and from DC though if we hit rush-hour, it was as long as an hour. The space is tidy and great. My kids love the pool, though it was a little cold for me-they swam there every night. Jennifer is great to communicate if you have any needs she gets stuff done right away. Note that there is only one bathroom, which can be a pain if you have a full house of six people. The washer and dryer are small so it will take you longer if you’re used to a full size. She had all the cooking methods and appliances available. The theater room has Netflix and Amazon prime ready for you to watch a show. There is even a popcorn maker. We did not use the gym, but it was nice - comparable to a small hotel gym. Property is in the owner’s basement, so there is some sound from upstairs as identified in the listing. Host stays out of your way but is there if you need anything.

Uche’s place exceeded our expectations! The building and unit were clean and quiet, with all amenities as listed. He went above and beyond with thoughtful touches! If we had forgotten anything, he had already thought of it! He provided robes, slippers, and a large umbrella for inclement weather in addition to a comprehensive digital reference for the unit and local spots. We would recommend to anyone visiting Alexandria!

Erin’s place is the cleanest Airbnb I’ve stayed at. The shower is huge and the water pressure is better than what I have at home. There’s plenty of room for luggage, and she supplies everything you would need for a nice little getaway. I’ll be booking through Erin every time I’m visiting Virginia.

Chris's place is in a beautiful, sweet, quiet neighborhood full of beautiful homes and a vibrant community. It is very walkable and we had a great time exploring.

Lovely place to stay , very close to downtown Annapolis! Beautiful home, super clean , well stocked kitchen to cook, have dinner , or just relax ! Extremely comfortable bedrooms with 3 king size beds ! Bathrooms lovely well stocked with comfortable towels ! Sarah was a fantastic host and the home was perfect for us. Very convenient location, clean and with a number of unexpected conveniences that really made it feel like home. The little things really added up here (the decks of cards my family played games with, the expansive coffee setup, the extra super soft pillows on each bed). Thank you for the stay, Sarah!

Marae was so thoughtful with the gifts she left for our family and the fun snacks left out for us to enjoy. The binder was filled with helpful instructions and lots of recommendations. She was very responsive with any questions I had and helpful. We would stay there again if in the area!

Wonderful spot on the water! Stayed with 5 other friends to celebrate turning 50. We were able to keep our boat at the dock and easily get to Cantler’s and downtown Annapolis. The house was perfect for us, we’d absolutely stay again.

This house was in a beautiful location. Everything was clean and comfortable, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. You cannot beat the views from the main level. Katie was communicative and we were even able to get an early check in!

Jessica’s home couldn’t have been more welcoming for two couples plus a 7 month old baby. From the moment we walked in, we felt at home. So many extras! Jessica went out of her way to provide accommodations for our baby and we are extremely grateful. We would recommend this him to anyone traveling to Annapolis. This is the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had!

Eric’s place is wonderful in a very quaint neighborhood! Communication with Eric was excellent. The home is very comfortable and accommodating for families and large groups visiting. We were in town checking out the DC sites and the proximity from the home to the Glenmont Metro was close and easy. The kitchen is well equipped with just about every appliance or cooking utensil you could need to whip up a meal. There’s two washer and dryers and plenty of towels which is really convenient for large groups. The backyard hot tub was nice for relaxing especially after a 20,000 step day exploring DC (phew!) I would most definitely recommend this home and host!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house. Everything was clean and didn't show signs of use. The house was comfortable and in a beautiful location with amazing views. We loved the wonderful screened in outdoor dining area, bikes, watersport items, comfortable beds, games and easy and clear information. We would love to stay here again.

We stayed for 5 nights at Shamim's place and we absolutely loved it! It was comfortable and we felt at home. We would definitely stay with them in our next trip to D.C.

This is a rare find and a real treat. I was visiting DC from the UK and had originally planned to stay in a hotel in downtown but as I live in a quiet English village I was worried about lack of sleep from the big city buzz. I searched for an Airbnb (as I always favour these v hotels) which highlighted safety and peace - and Celia's lovely apartment came up. This is such a fabulous place to stay in DC: very quiet and safe area, no night time noise, within 5 minutes of the metro station for a quick same-line journey to the centre, and very clean and comfortable. I loved every minute. The icing on the cake is it's such a great value. Thank you so much, Celia.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, well-designed, and very comfortable — it truly felt like a home away from home. The self check-in with a simple access code was super convenient and made everything easy from the start. The location is amazing — close to all the main tourist spots in Washington, DC. We were just minutes away from the National Mall, museums, monuments, and great places to eat. It was the perfect base for exploring the city. The host was kind, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Fast Wi-Fi, comfy beds, and a quiet, safe neighborhood made the whole experience even better. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting DC and would love to stay again!

Perfect spot for a quick girls weekend. The view and outdoor space were really lovely and the location was perfect. We easily walked to multiple shops, cafes and restaurants. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We would definitely stay again.

This was an awesome stay! If you have infants their place is a must as it is easily baby proofed and has so many accessible items!

Great apartment! Sean’s apartment is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. It is completely quiet at night and the bed is good. There is a good vibe in the neighbourhood and the apartment is less than five minutes from a Green Line metro station that will take you directly to the best art museums in the city. Sean and his co-hosts are very helpful and responsive. I hope to come back to Washington one day and if that happens, I will definitely try to book Sean’s apartment again. I definitely loved this home soooo spotless felt right at home. You might hear people walking here and there BUT it’s not an all the time thing, other than that it’s so peaceful. Kitchen is beautiful and has all the spices you kinda need if you wanna cook, bed was sooooooo comfortable and the living room was so inviting. It’s close to food spots banks grocery stores, etc. I’m definitely booking again.
