Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Ann Arbor Township

Ann Margaret was a wonderful host, checking in regularly to make sure everything was working for me. She and Judy left many special touches around the space (delicious breakfast treats, glass bottles of filtered water, a heavy duty ice scraper for my car) to make it feel like a very personal experience despite the ample privacy. I loved the space which was homey in an elevated way. It was a great retreat for a busy visit to Ann Arbor.

We really enjoyed Monica’s house… had a great stay and enjoyed absolutely the view and atmosphere surrounding the house. Monica is a great host who we communicated easily and friendly. We will recommend her place to anyone who goes to Ann Arbor!

Very nice and cosy place for a couple. Clean and homely. Good place stay when visiting Ann Arbor or Detroit areas. Overall highly recommended for single or two people to stay.

The location is on a quiet residential side street, yet an easy walk to downtown Ann Arbor. Elizabeth's dedication to hosting is evident in her communication style, with responsive messages, detailed instructions, and helpful labeling. The interior design of the cottage is unique and efficient with high end cabinetry, fixtures and furniture. She has made many choices to enhance the guest experience.

This place is great. Close to downtown, but also quiet and secluded. Easy to get in and out of Ann Arbor from this location.

We had an excellent stay in Ann Arbor. It was exactly as described and perfect for our family!

Gorgeous relaxing home. The large windows and blue paint just put you at ease. Didn’t miss television at all. I just listened to records and drank tea. If there was a sauna or bathtub, I’d never leave. First time in Ann Arbor and the dog was in heaven with all the trails and green spaces. Thank you for the warm hospitality ✌🏾

Marian's place was at a great location. The places that I had to go were pretty much all within 10~15 minutes. There was a very famous coffee place nearby, 3 minutes by walk. The place was very neat and clean, comfortable, and quiet. I visited with my 85 year old mom, and I specifically was looking for a place with any stairs. This place was perfect with no stairs and it was nice to use the space on our own. The bed and the couch were very comfortable, and there were pretty much everything we needed. We stayed for 10 days, and it was very comfortable and convenient. We would definitely stay here again if we visit Ann Arbor again in the future.

This was a great place to stay with our doggos for three nights! Check in was easy and all amenities listed were easily accessible. They even had some extras that we don't see in most Airbnb 's!

This was my first Airbnb stay and it was great. The stairs are super steep, that’s my only concern because of my bad knee, but I’d still stay there again. The unit was very clean, organized and all the furniture was very comfortable. The location was great, the neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. The host was helpful and quickly responded. My flight was delayed almost 6 hours and he made sure the front light was on for me. 😊

Central location, accomodation had everything you could possibly need for a short stay like ours. Grocery stores and Interstate access nearby. Nice trails along a river through a little forest area just 300ft away. It was nice to meet Jocelyn and Peter! Looking forward to stay with them again when we are in the area.

We stayed at Jesse’s place for graduation weekend. Right in the heart of the action. Walking distance to the stadium and the heart of Ann Arbor. The apparent was clean and newly renovated. Jesse was extremely helpful and responsive from the very beginning. I recommend it 100%

Beautiful place, we were very happy with it, a lot of shops nearby with good food and interesting items. We would definitely rent again when in the area.

I enjoy staying at Alex's Airbnbs. Bernie is a wonderful co-host. All places are similar in being very clean, cosy, and a kitchen to cook meals. The Hamilton unit has a nice air conditioner in the bedroom & kitchen. The kitchen A/C and fan help keep you cool while cooking, which I enjoy. The love seat in the bedroom is comfy for watching movies, television, or just reading a book. The bed was comfy too. The bathroom has a wonderful spa like shower head part fixed on the wall with handheld spayer. I enjoy staying here. Alex gives clear instructions on how to check in & check out. He checks in with you after the first night to make sure everything is good. Responds quickly to requests. An overall amazing host. I would stay again at the Hamilton unit. Alex and Bernie strive to make your stay comfortable and I appreciate them helping when I need to extend a stay.

Robert was super flexible when our plans changed at the last minute. He always responded quickly to our requests. The location was perfect for our needs and we will definitely stay here again when we return.

Everything about Tricia's place makes it a great place to stay, and it is our first choice for our regular trips to Dundee. The hosts are available and helpful if needed for communication. The apartment is so clean, and it has a very comfortable bed and living space. The area is nice for walks, too. Amazing!

House was just as described. Neighborhood was cute, quiet and safe. We didn't use the backyard or laundry area as we spent most of our time away from the house. We couldn't hear the guests upstairs. We did have a hard time with the TV and I wish it was a king size bed but I know it wouldn't fit in that room. I did not use the other room. We enjoyed sitting on the front enclosed porch in the morning while drinking coffee. Although it was provided, I brought my own coffee and cream. I would definitely stay here again.

this place was just perfect for spending time in the city. The folks were fabulous and so quick to respond and help. Hope to stay there again

Jeff's place was perfect for a week long stay, I felt very much at home. Location is convenient to downtown. Very clean, the bed and couch were super comfy, had a kitchen stocked enough to cook daily, and included lots of extra towels, blankets and laundry and bathroom supplies. Host was very responsive and I'd book again anytime.

Alejandro was very responsive and sent helpful reminders. I felt safe and comfortable during my stay.

Nice apartment in a nice area. Everything in Royal Oak is about a 10/15 min walk. Drive to downtown Detroit is around 15 minutes

Property was exactly like the photos. Cindy had amazing communication and was very helpful. So many coffee shops and restaurants nearby we didn’t need to use our car once. We will only stay here from now on in Ann Arbor!

5⭐️I was a first timer to the app and honestly i was really lucky to have kimberly as my host. She was very responsive and clear with instructions. Me and my cousins loved the condo and we were very close to so many things. highly recommend it! If you are a looking of a perfectly nice condo to stay over, don’t look any further! Thank you again.

Our stay in the Navy Yard Condo B was great in every respect. The beds and bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen was easy to navigate and very well equipped, and the sitting room had nice comfortable furniture. From there and the balcony we enjoyed a great view of the lovely street and river. We parked right beside the Salty Dog restaurant both nights. We walked to No Frills, to the beer store and to dinner one night. The location was perfect. The condo was halfway between our visits to Windsor and to the wineries! Jason was a responsive and attentive host. We'll be back for sure!
