Directly on the Peenestrom, in the south of the island of Usedom, the over 1000 sqm garden property is located on the edge of the village of Zecherin. The magnificent serenity, the wide view, the many animals to be observed and of course the cozy bungalow are the most important plus points. For shopping you have to go to the city of Usedom 7 km away. The white Baltic Sea beaches are 25 km away. A small dinghy for bathing, 2 old folding bikes as well as the wood-heated garden sauna can be rented by arrangement

Old town romance in front of Usedom

Our small apartment (44 m²) in the old town of Wolgast is looking forward to your visit :-) The apartment is centrally located between the harbor and the market. Restaurants, cafes and shopping are within walking distance. Free parking for smaller cars (quite narrow, up to size VW Golf) is right outside the front door. Larger cars can park for free in some parking lots in the old town. The Bäderbahn train runs not far from the apartment to Usedom Island, as well as bus connections.

Pinnow is 5 km from the island of Usedom (25 min by car to the Baltic Sea beach). In the village there is a restaurant, a snack bar and the large swimming lake, which can also be explored with an Anka (rowboat) for rent or also for fishing enthusiasts. The surroundings can be explored in peace on the bike paths. The bungalow has a bedroom with sofa bed, a 2nd bedroom with double bed, kitchen, bathroom with toilet and shower. From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the lake.

Park for free right by the house.

Great recreational paradise near Usedom

In 2016, the farm was completely refurbished and modernized. A mix of modern and country house charm make this a great vacation experience. All around is a nature reserve of European rank: the Peenetal - with a fascinating flora and fauna. Fireplace evenings, bike rides or boat tours on the nearby Peene provide plenty of variety. And the best part: Usedom Island is about 30 minutes by car. Summer, sun and beach :)

From the separate 1200 sqm property in a village location, you have an unobstructed view of the countryside and the starry sky as well as the choice of possible excursion destinations in a landscape and bird paradise or the nearby lake.

It is located on the ground floor of a larger cottage - it has a separate entrance from the north. Terrace with awning for shade. Own jetty on the fishing lake. Barbecue/fireplace on the plot. We welcome you in a two-storey, 150 year old brick house which has been lovingly restored by us. The apartment is on the ground floor and is wheelchair accessible. It consists of two rooms, kitchen and bathroom, and is for 2-4 persons. There is the possibility to put an extra bed in the bedroom. The rooms can be comfortably heated by a tiled stove, wood is available.
