We felt right at home. The apartment was even nicer than in the photos. Everything was clean and nicely decorated. We had everything you could ever need in terms of amenities. The location is really great: quiet and located in the middle of the forest. The apartment above us was also inhabited, but you really don't get anything about it. The highlight was the private sauna. But it takes about half an hour to heat up, but then it will also keep warm for half an hour after the time has elapsed! We can 100% recommend the apartment and will be back for sure!

Even though we were only there for 2 nights, we relaxed... surrounded by animals and nature. If you want to come to rest, you've come to the right place... Thank you! We will be happy to come back. 😃

Martin and Ilka totally convinced us, communication and pers. Meeting was both enjoyable and helpful. The place is very nice, modernly furnished and super clean. We felt very comfortable and we didn't miss anything. The instructions, as far as possible only to open the windows with insect repellent, were quite appropriate. In short: great accommodation, great landlord and great area!

Great accommodation in the middle of Old Sassnitz and with wonderful sea views. From here you can get to the beach promenade and the harbor super fast. It is also a great starting point for hikes on the Baltic Sea shore or in the old beech forest towards chalk cliffs and Königsstuhl. The apartment itself (quiet, large, warm) as well as its equipment (kitchen, TV, radio, great shower) is also great. Everything you need for a vacation together. Highly recommended!

Located in a pretty house, the property is very welcoming, well equipped, spacious and bright. There were four of us (3 adults and 1 toddler) and we had a wonderful time. The surroundings are beautiful and invite you to stroll (among many lilac trees), the nearby lake is very idyllic and can be reached on foot via a beautiful path. Daniel is a very attentive host, we felt very welcome. Thank you!

We (two adults + two children 4 and 5 years) felt very comfortable in Bernd's Achterkajüte! You can tell - in a positive sense! - that a private landlord is at work here, who cares about the well-being of his guests and the condition of his vacation property! From the very friendly welcome to the impeccable apartment (well photographed, as shown in the photos), the use of the spacious garden for playing football with the children, the family-friendly environment in Loddin with delicious restaurant (recommendation: Kikis Bootsverleih & Restaurant in Loddin), the good location on Usedom... We spent a relaxing week in Line's very cozily furnished apartment. Arrival and check-in were super easy. The apartment is centrally located, very clean, spacious and a great mix of vintage and modern - to feel good. The large garden could also be used, but we were on foot every day at the beach in Kölpinsee. We had a very nice time here and can recommend the apartment from the heart.

We were in the apartment to relax from the hustle and bustle of the big city. The apartment delivered exactly that and we were thrilled with the evening frog croaking and the bats. Always happy to come back. The apartment was excellently equipped and left nothing to be desired.

A great holiday destination. A clean, modern and cozy apartment with fantastic views. The large property has a private beach, a barbecue area and plenty of space in the middle of nature.

Jörg welcomed us in a very friendly way. The place is cozy, clean and well appointed. An absolute highlight is the conservatory overlooking the sea.

If you like to stop, you are in the wrong place, because Waren, Teterow and Güstrow are already considered larger cities here. We wanted the complete opposite of urban and that's what we got. A beautifully renovated farmhouse with plenty of space, a state-of-the-art kitchen with a cooking island, and even a fireplace. In addition, the many animals, of which we have particularly taken a liking to the trusting cats Lilly and Leo as well as the four horses Kenny, Black, Raya and Mighty Girl. Behind the house there is a huge, secluded garden - I just wish the weather had been better to use it more. We are more than satisfied!

We felt comfortable with Dana, the place is well equipped and would come back any time.

New and well-equipped accommodation with its own parking space right outside the door. On site you will find everything you need, including a Nespresso coffee machine. Very friendly communication. The bed could actually be a little wider: other residents of this accommodation have already written that.

We had wonderful days in this apartment in Sassnitz. The apartment is beautiful, modern and at the same time cozy, equipped with everything you can imagine. It was certainly one of the best accommodations we've ever had. Nancy and Lars are great hosts and were always available and approachable. In short, a great time in a super great apartment. We spent a very relaxing and slow week in the pretty little apartment and were able to explore the wonderful surroundings extensively. We felt comfortable from the beginning in the lovingly furnished apartment, especially nice was the sunny location and the small terrace to also be able to eat outside. We had a wonderful stay! The atmosphere in the accommodation was very pleasant – cozy, stylish and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The wellness area was a great extra and perfectly rounded off the stay. The view from the apartment was also particularly beautiful – just to feel good. The exchange with the host was also absolutely smooth and very friendly. Clear recommendation!

Everything was as described. Check-in was smooth with a key box. We were even able to check in a little earlier by arrangement. Everything was very clean and the location was perfect (right on the promenade) We actually only missed the toaster in the kitchen, and for me and my wife the bed was too hard. We'd love to come back. We had a lovely time.

We spent a week in this beautiful apartment. Location is perfectly located. Located in a new development with a playground, a pool in the basement, a fitness room and private parking in the garage. You can walk to the beach and the center in about 10 minutes. Everything was perfect and we liked it very much. A plus is the air conditioning and the elevator to the apartment. We would definitely come back.

Great apartment, host and beautiful view from the place. The host was very clear with checkin instructions and very responsive. The apartment was very well kept, clean and exceeded our expectations with a wonderful view of the city. The amenities were also a huge plus, private underground parking as well as an indoor pool on the bottom level. Overall was an excellent stay!
