Holiday rentals with a patio in Anjuna

The Condo was beautifully designed and was homely enough to stay with my family. The help was available during the day and would assist with household chores. Anuradha was responsive and ensured we had a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend the place!

This is the most beautiful airbnb i have stayed till date.. wud like to call it home away from home. Soulful. Exactly what i wud want to call home someday. Minimalistic, classy, elegant, clutter-free and made mindfully to cater to a small family. All amenities provided as described aren’t just for namesake but are truly best quality like one wud have for ones o n home. The host is responsive and proactive yet not bothersome or intrusive at all. Hasslefree check in and check out with complete freedom. Pool was the high light for my lil ones, we cooked a bit , ordered out a bit, and walked into our place of choice just located close by. Although only one car parking was offered, both our cars were accommodated hasslefree. Highly highly recommended and worth every penny.

I had a wonderful stay at Vishal’s place in Goa! The property was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and perfectly located. Me and my friends stayed here for 3 days, the check in was easy and the care taker Mr Panna is extremely general and kind helped us with everything from the start till the end. The cleanliness of this place is pristine. The property is peaceful and secluded which is what we needed. Even the cleaning staff is very friendly and responsive. Just two things to review : the jacuzzi didn’t work when we were there so if that’s something you need check in with the host beforehand and the pool can use some floating tubes. Such an amazing and beautiful place. We went there with our dog and such comfortable stay it was. Security staff is also really friendly at this property. This place is really clean, pretty much all the amenities and really big hall and balcony to just relax and chill. A lot of cafés and restaurants are nearby. Some of the good beaches are also 20mins drive away. Worth the stay. Thank you so much for hosting us.

We stayed for about a week and this place turned out to be awesome. It is as shown in the pictures and the location is also nice. This place is extremy safe and can be enjoyed with family. Monika is a great host and responds quickly for any issues.

Wonderful Property, Everything was exactly as shown and mentioned in the pictures. The host was attentive, property was clean and mostly importantly everything was at 5 - 10 mins of distance.

I really enjoyed my stay at Jay’s studio! He was very communicative through my stay. The kitchen, solid WIFI and all of the amenities make it good for a longer stay like I had as well. Safe and enjoyable location too. Highly recommend!

Our stay in Goa was amazing. The place was close to clean, beautiful waterbodies and just a short walk from Baga Beach. The best part was the open private pool and it was super fun. The bathrooms were nice and clean, and the kitchen had all the things we needed. The whole place was tidy and well-kept. It was a great spot for a peaceful and fun staycation.

We recently stayed at this Airbnb in Goa and honestly, it was way better than what we expected. From the moment we arrived, everything felt just right. The property is super clean and really well maintained. The highlight for us was definitely the swimming pool — it was spotless and perfect for chilling out after a day out in the sun. One thing we absolutely loved was how peaceful and secure the location is. It’s in a very silent and safe neighborhood, which gave us a real sense of privacy and calm. But at the same time, it’s so conveniently located! Whether it’s the beach, restaurants, cafes, or grocery stores — everything is just a 10 to 15-minute car ride away. We didn’t feel disconnected at all. A big shoutout to the caretaker — he was amazing. He took care of pretty much everything, from making the beds to cleaning the utensils and keeping the place spotles

This place felt was super cozy and gave me a homely feeling. Sonali didi was just amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure my stay was seamless and everything was available. Ravi was also very responsive and was always check in if I need anything. Thanks for a great stay! The only thing I would mention is the lake wasn't as I expected it through photos but that isn't the host fault.

The location was perfect being so close to many iconic restaurants and local attractions. The home was cozy and clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. We had the most wonderful stay here! The place was exactly as shown in the pictures, actually, even better in real life. It looked like something right out of a Pinterest board—thoughtfully done up, full of charm and aesthetics, and every corner felt like it was designed with love. It was spotlessly clean and so well maintained. Truly a premium property in every sense. Salil was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. I had mentioned that we were celebrating my baby’s first birthday, and to our surprise, he even sent over some sweets to make it extra special. It meant a lot! This place turned out to be everything I was hoping for and more. Honestly, we were so taken by the vibe that we didn’t feel like stepping out to explore much—just being indoors felt like a vacation in itself. Just know that this place is not close to any of the beaches or touristy spots—so plan accordingly. But if you’re looking to slow down and soak in a peaceful, beautiful space, this one’s a gem.
