I really enjoyed my stay at Jay’s studio! He was very communicative through my stay. The kitchen, solid WIFI and all of the amenities make it good for a longer stay like I had as well. Safe and enjoyable location too. Highly recommend!

The Villa was beautifully decorated and was very spacious. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We had an extra couple of guests staying with us who happened to be India at the same time and that was handled very efficiently. Any questions we had were answered within minutes. The villa was cleaned daily which I had never had in any other Airbnb. The beach was 30 minutes walk via a couple of routes which I enjoyed doing every day. We occasionally used a taxi and they were very easy to come by. There are plenty of great eating places both around the beach and more local to the villa. Dunes on the beach was our favourite place to visit for drinks and/or food. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit.

We had a lovely stay at this place in Goa over the weekend. The home was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. What really stood out was how proactive and helpful the host was, from a smooth check-in to assisting us with local recommendations and anything we needed during the stay. Would definitely recommend it for a comfortable, hassle-free experience.

My stay was wonderful! The host, Ms. Mohini, was always reachable and very helpful throughout. The interiors were beautifully done, and the lighting created a warm and welcoming ambiance. I particularly loved the photo frames and flower vases — they added a lovely touch to the space. The caretaker was also available at all times, which made the stay even more comfortable. The only suggestion I have is to include a pressure cooker or an electric cooker in the kitchen, as it was missing. Overall, I highly recommend this place for a pleasant and comfortable stay!

Me and my friends stayed here for 3 days, the check in was easy and the care taker Mr Panna is extremely general and kind helped us with everything from the start till the end. The cleanliness of this place is pristine. The property is peaceful and secluded which is what we needed. Even the cleaning staff is very friendly and responsive. Just two things to review : the jacuzzi didn’t work when we were there so if that’s something you need check in with the host beforehand and the pool can use some floating tubes. Everything else was perfect and more! Thankyou for having us

Easy location (central too!) Easy flexible check in. The COOLEST welcome- literally! The lights and AC had been turned on already to welcome us - what more could one ask for coming in from the sweltering heat of May! The place was love at first sight! Absolutely true to the pictures, in fact even better in person. Spotless. Tasteful decor, every piece seemed painstakingly handpicked. The room was super cozy. The washing machine and dryer were a big boon. The green and happy balcony one wouldn’t want to leave! The gym and pool upstairs were simply perfect to cool off in the evenings. Every little detail was taken care of and any help required was just a quick phone call away. Our 4 days there felt absolutely at home. And the temptation to extend the stay was real!!! Having stayed at this apartment complex before we were well aware about the location and all it offers. Close to local markets, bars and cafés, and a short drive from beaches. The stay was great as it offers the right amount of privacy, comfort and safety. Check-in was smooth as it’s self check-in and we were able to enter in without any issue during evening hours. There is decent parking space available in the building and just outside the main gate. The host is very approachable and helped us resolve the few issues we faced during our stay. The house looked just like the pictures, however a few rounds of deep cleaning may serve well as the place is starting to look of age. All in all a very good stay, would recommend it to others as well.

Right from the moment we booked to the moment I left, everything was seamless. The caretakers, the family, everyone made us feel so welcome. This has easily been one of my most memorable stays, and I’m really hoping this becomes a regular getaway .

I was traveling alone and this place was perfect to relax and get some work done at the same time. it looked exactly as it did in the photos, with the locality nested within a peaceful and serene housing society. I really enjoyed my stay and look forward to coming back in the future.

Thank you Sumer for a great stay! The duplex apartment was spotless and some thoughtful touches made us feel right at home. The location was perfect being so close to many iconic restaurants and local attractions. The home was cozy and clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. Sumer was very accommodating and provided great local resturant tips. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay and he allowed us a late check out at a nominal fee. We appreciated Sumer's quick responses and helpful recommendations. We’d love to stay here again!

Savio's place was a wonderful stay. They have a beautiful apartment, well designed and maintained. We felt comfortable and well provided for, compared to the many AirBnb's we've stayed in over the years. They were also very responsive to any questions or issues we had. Will surely love to visit the place again sometime soon.
