Apartment holiday rentals in Anini Beach

Great place. We loved the layout and everything was extremely clean and comfortable. It was so cozy and truly felt like a home away from home. Everything we needed was there. Snorkels, beach chairs, towels, etc. It had a beautiful view and close to everything we wanted to do! We would 100% stay again!

Sheila was always quick to respond and assist with any issues. The apartment is spacious, private, quiet, and beautiful. My husband worked during part of our stay and the WiFi was great. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and playground areas with our two toddlers and had enough space inside the apartment for the four of us. Overall would absolutely stay again!

We cannot say enough good things about Kourtney + Keiths place!! They had everything under the sun you could think of, full kitchen, laundry + detergent, snorkels, beach chairs, cooler, lots of fans to keep us cool - do not let the no A/C deter you, lots of towels, close to the pool, spacious place, and they even had a binder full of recommendations for us upon arrival! We wish we could have stayed longer it felt like a home away from home! :) We hope to be back again one day, thanks again for an amazing stay! <3

We LOVED this little place. By far, this was our favorite Airbnb we have ever stayed at! The space was clean, spacious, and decorated so cute! Loved the bathroom counter space and large shower too. Our favorite was watching the sunset from the patio every single night; we made sure to be back every night because of the view! AMAZING! Also truly appreciated the beach gear (chairs, toys, umbrella, boogie boards, etc.) that saved us money from renting. Loved the hose on the back porch to spray everything off. The closet was also fully stocked with so many amenities including 2 cooler packs that we used daily. We absolutely will be back! Loved every second!

Wife and I have been married 43 years and this was our best vacation ever. We love Kauai, but have never had the beautiful views and convenience we had with Allison's place. She is very vested in making sure you are taken care of and happy. She was so responsive...we couldn't have asked for better treatment. The view from our lanai was spectacular! I was diagnosed with Parkinson's right before our trip, so we were around the resort a little more than we had planned. It could not have been better. We all know that going to Hawaii is not cheap, but we left this place feeling like we really got our moneys worth. The condo was beautifully decorated and was comfortable from the moment we entered. I can't overstate how pleased we are with the way Allison treated us and the beautiful place she provided for us. We are looking forward to our next trip to Kauai. It really is the best Island in our opinion. Thanks again to Allison and her team for all of their caring and professionalism.

Phenomenal place with a wonderful layout. 10/10 we are booking this place again. We were walking distance to beaches, bars and restaurants. A short drive to locations that we wanted to visit. Wonderful kitchen supplies as we cooked breakfast and dinner most days. Great array of beach supplies such as chairs, coolers, umbrellas,etc. Parking was easy and it was nice having a designated space. Can’t wait to return!

This was our first time in Kauai, staying in the Princeville area and we're so happy we did! Michelle was extremely responsive with all questions before and during our stay. Our goal of the trip was hiking and exploring so this made for a great base - I felt the Poipu area would have been too busy for what we wanted. The kitchen is fully stocked, and I recommend checking in to see what is available before buying any items (oil/seasonings etc). The guest before us had left some unopened individual bars of butter which was helpful. We made our breakfasts and some lunches if we were hiking, but usually ate out for dinner. I loved the option of doing laundry during a trip, it's a definitely a nice luxury, and Michelle's unit allowed this. The neighborhood is quite quiet, we were up at 5am daily with the time zone change and basically in bed by 9-930pm nightly lol. We would love to come back to this place!

Cute place that is conveniently located to explore the north side of Kauai. All of the little details were appreciated! AC worked well! Would definitely stay again!

Tom’s place was great! Perfectly situated between two great beaches and right across from Little Fish coffee. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb in Kauai! The views were breathtaking—we couldn’t get enough of watching the ocean right from the property. The space was spotless and felt super comfortable, and Brandi was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and made everything easy from start to finish. But the real magic? Sleeping with the windows open and hearing the waves crash all night long. It was like having a real-life sound machine, only better. So peaceful and relaxing—we’ve never slept so well! Would come back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

Annie and Greg, had amazing communication from prior to our stay until after our stay. They were very friendly and kind, answered any questions that we had, as well as responding very swiftly to things. There home was gorgeous, it had all the amenities you would need. If you needed anything else the grocery store was just up the street a quick walk or drive would it. My husband and I love staying in princeville when we go to kauai. We would absolutely stay here again, we loved their home. It was very clean and cozy. Even without AC the fans worked great and they also had an additional fan if you required extra air. the balcony had a great view too. We do wish we used the pool sooner it was so warm. You can walk down to the beach area or a quick drive. Annie and Greg make you feel so comfortable and offer amazing tips for your stay to be smooth. For the price, the stay was great! We could see the ocean, walk to beaches, and walk to the hotel one for dinner and drinks. I absolutely loved it, this area is magical! Also Ellie was very responsive! There were a few bug friends the first night but from my understanding it is to be expected in the area. I would love to come back and bring my mom!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Waipouli Beach Resort. The condo had a beautiful view and was perfect for our large family. It was located near the ocean, activities, and shopping/groceries. Olga was a great host and we would recommend this to family and friends.

The place was clean and in a quiet safe complex. The condo is a little hard to find at night but instructions were helpful. Comfortable place and felt at home.

We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. The units do not have AC, but we survived. The host is amazing. You won't regret booking!

Fantastic! This modern and bright condo is spacious and newly updated. The pool and hot tub were great. The washer dryer is top notch and the big TVs and sofa made us feel right at home after long days in the sun. Kitchen is great for cooking and you are close to Food Land - do not miss the Poke bowls there - huge value and delish! Make sure to grab dinner or drinks down the road at 1 Hotel. Hideaway Beach also close by is maybe the most amazing beach for snorkeling in the world!

We had such a wonderful stay at this condo! The view was amazing - we couldn’t believe the beautiful surroundings we got to wake up to every morning! Kitchen was stock, washer and dryer were great and the place was super comfy! We would love to stay again!!

Beautiful sunrises and gorgeous sunsets and in between were perfect days! We enjoyed our lanai and all the peacefulness there!!! Kitchen was well equipped and the bed was sooooooo comfy. Yes!!!! We would/will be back!

We had a great three-night stay at Josh's place. While it's part of a larger condo community, it was very quiet and peaceful during the evening hours that we were in the unit (we were out sightseeing most days). The location on the golf course was picturesque, and every evening we made the 5-minute walk for beautiful cliffside sunset viewing. The unit was spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Josh was very responsive, proactive and easy to communicate with. We would absolutely stay here again. Thanks Josh!

We had a fantastic stay at Heather & Khaled’s Airbnb. Khaled was very responsive and really friendly! The place was very clean and spacious. The view is spectacular- can’t beat the sound of the waves! Some things we really appreciated that we did not see in other comments that I wanted to highlight: Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are all provided. The BBQ grill does NOT need charcoal - it is ready to use and has all the supplies needed. The bed comes with a soft blanket (as someone who NEEDS a soft blanket when I sleep, this was great). There is a ceiling fan if you are someone that can’t sleep without a fan! We would absolutely recommend this place to everyone. It’s the mid point between north and south side of this island. Has great food and grocery stores nearby all within walking distance.

Perfect place for our stay in Kauai. We loved how close it was to everything. The balcony was perfect for relaxing. The bed was big and comfy. The neighborhood was safe and so nice. We would love to come back! Ashleigh was very nice and accommodating. Thank you!

Their airbnb was great with amazing ocean views. The apartment was clean and kitchen had all essentials. Beach supplies were available too which was handy. We loved our stay here
