Jasmine Villa is an amazing place to stay in Anguilla. Don and Tracey were very accommodating and kind hosts. The amenities in the house were countless (vitamix, nespresso, top of the line appliances, Alexa, outdoor speakers, board games, snorkel gear, ...so much more!) - Anything we could think of was in the house. The pool onsite is great when lounging and need to cool off. My biggest concern was that we weren't on the beach, but Meads bay is a 3 min walk down a secluded path, so that erased my beach concern! There are tons of places to eat on Meads bay too, so lots of lunch/dinner options were walkable. The sunsets from the top balcony were unbelievable each night as well...I could go on and on about all the good things about our stay at Jasmine Villa!! If your looking for a beautiful, clean, quite, and well equipped villa I would highly suggest Jasmine Villa. Thanks Don and Tracey for such a great relaxing week!

Stayed for a week just before Christmas. The charming, West Indian style house is in a great location. While the house has a/c, we did not use it. Instead we used the ceiling and pedestal fan at night. Most nights we ended up turning the pedestal fan off after a bit because we were too cold. There weren't a lot of bugs, but we kept the doors closed because we didn't think the mosquito netting would keep the bugs out. Great view from the porch to St. Martin/Maarten. Got up most mornings for a quick drive to Rendezvous Bay. Our favorite restaurant was The Sand Bar. Pretty good rice and beans at Elvis. Village Bake House is the place for breakfast and sandwiches.

"Cozy Cottage" adjacent to beach, bars & restaurants. Great host supplied us with fruit & beverages in the fridge. Comfortable furnishing and feels like you are living in someone's house with spices, coffee and microwave popcorn in the kitchen. Rent a car for touring the island, driving to some amazing beaches, getting groceries and shopping. Full-sized washer / dryer was a plus. Plenty of linens, beach towels, beach chairs & convenient hose outside to wash off the sand coming back from the beach.

My daughter and I stayed at Jill’s place for 7 nights, we would have stayed longer if we could!! Yes, the bed is extremely comfy! ( as others describe ) hard to get my teen out of it! The shower was wonderful after a sandy salty beach day! The covered porch area off the kitchen gave me some shade while I sipped a coffee and watched birds and lizards in the morning; the patio to the back yard had loungers with 2 umbrellas to pop up for extra shade :) Jill’s instructions to get into the house well before we arrived were such a welcoming touch. I felt like Jill was excited for our trip, and that made us feel right at home. Jill’s house has screened windows and sliding glass doors around, with light white coverings so I was able to keep a nice breeze or keep the hot sun out when needed. I enjoyed driving from this location as it helped me get to know the island much better, and we got to see so much! Getting to any location we were wanting was fun and easy - you will love it!

Wow. It’s hard to write this review because i’m so sad to be back home lol. The Gazebo House has to be one of the most beautiful, serene vacation homes in Cauls Bottom. My brothers & I went over to AXA from SXM for Anguilla’s Summer Festival. The property is 5-7 minutes away from The Valley making transportation to & from the festivities very easy. We used taxi but we intend to rent a car next time because the roads are so easy to drive. This home is so spacious that everyone had their own bedroom & once we were in our room we could not see or hear anyone else. Super clean. Amazing master bedroom & bathroom. Huge kitchen. The boys raided the kenip tree & even brought back over to SXM. We felt soooo at peace & at home under the Gazebo, it was super safe, we didn’t even close the parking gate. Florian & Cassie are amazing hosts, super accommodating, wonderful spirits, & we are happy to have found our regular AXA vaca home. Love always guys & thank you again for having us, we had a blast

My family and I could not have had a better vacation! Scott’s house was just as described, spotless and everything you could possibly want for an amazing stay on Anguilla and Shoal Bay East. We can’t wait to return! Thank you again for everything, Scott!

We had a fabulous stay at Splash again this year! Love the location and the space is very comfortable for us. It’s great to have a pool, and the house is close to a couple of our favorite beaches. Communications with the owner and the local caretaker were great, they are very responsive and helpful. Looking forward to returning again next year.

Location was great! Close to Meads Bay and very close to Shoal Bay West. Nice walk to the Arch. Street ends at a little beach. Nice view of the water. Neighborhood was very private and quiet. Probably about 12 small villas; only three were occupied. Never anyone at small, community pool. The rooftop area was lovely in the morning and evening. However, the trees have grown and should be trimmed because the view is not as dramatic as in pictures. More comfortable chairs would be a nice addition. Shower area was roomy.

We loved our stay at Villa Manana. It is super clean. Very private. We loved the design of the house. We had everything we needed and a 13-minute drive to one of the greatest beaches in the Caribbean, Shoal Bay.

From the time we were picked up at Blowing Point to our moment of departure from paradise, we felt at home in the Villa. We were welcomed with a fruit platter, water and cokes in the fridge, as well as cold towels to help us cool off and adjust to the heat! The villa was spotless and had everything you could need to feel right at home. Location was great, making it quick and easy to get to our favorite restaurants and beaches!

My husband and I had a fabulous stay at Southern Comfort villa! Joyce, the property manager and later became our friend, was definitely a delight to work with. From meeting us at the villa to check in and seeing us off at check out, her service and attention to details was impeccable. The villa itself was gorgeous. It provided everything we needed during our stay, from kitchen supply to beach gears. We cooked several meals during our stay and enjoyed watching sunset at the pool deck and swimming under the moonlight. The view from villa was unbelievable! The location was great too, in a safe & quiet neighborhood and a few mins drive to the beautiful Shoal bay beach. Our favorite restaurant the Pit Stop by Ben was just a few mins drive away. And don't forget to check out Island Harbor, which was also a short drive away, for fresh catch of day from fishermen' boats. We got fishes, lobsters, crayfishes, and tons of warm smiles from locals... We love Anguilla and will be back!!!!

We stayed 1 week in the pool house, which is a roomy studio apartment. Very comfortable king bed. Most of the time the airflow with the windows open and ceiling fans running did the trick for comfort, and the a/c worked great otherwise. Good shower (moderately hot/decent pressure), and having 2 bathroom sinks was a nice bonus. Well equipped kitchen - everything we needed was there. The space is thoughtfully decorated giving it a cheery welcoming feeling. The clifftop views overlooking Road Bay/Sandy Ground are spectacular. All the rooms appear to be situated to take advantage of that view, as is the pool deck for the large pool (that we didn't even use). Ingrid is a gracious and helpful host. Bella Vista is adjacent to the Back Street area of South Hill, which can be sketchy sometimes, but the way the property is tucked away off the main road allayed our concerns. Overall, an excellent value and lovely stay. Wish we would have discovered this gem sooner.

This condo is located in the peaceful neighborhood of Sandy Hill, with a picturesque view of the ocean. My mother traveled with us on this trip and we were happy that the host made special efforts to ensure her comfort. The first morning we were treated to some delicious pastry fresh from a popular bakery. We got a lot of information about places to visit and how to get around. No place is too far or unreachable. The condo was clean, well kept, neat and attractive with adequate linen, dishes, pots for cooking and binoculars for better viewing. Being on the upper level however, may make the stairs a bit challenging for some. Added to the beautiful view and refreshing sound of the waves washing the shoreline, the condo has access to the rooftop where we were able to relax privately at night and absorb the tranquility of the skies. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Thank You.

Very nice apartment equipped with everything, including beach gear. Debbie was always very nice and approachable. Convenient area to get around, with parking inside the courtyard for the car. It was a bit difficult to find, but Debbie was very nice and responsive to let us pick us up and take us to the exact address.

This is a great place to stay. Each of the 2 bedrooms and accompanying bathrooms was huge, as was the front living room area. There is a smaller study room with 2 single beds, although technically not a bedroom b/c it doesn't have a closet or window shades. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking, and the front and back patios are delightful. There were 3 beach chairs and plenty of beach towels + large clothes washer & dryer. Wifi was excellent. A/C great too. Communication with Rochelle and her concierge team (Aline & Katie) was excellent - Katie was terrific and responsive. Fruit punch and chips & salsa, and a few bottles of water at check-in was very thoughtful. The bedrooms face east and have blackout curtains on the patio glass doors, but side windows are not covered, so they are not completely dark and get some morning light. The neighborhood is low-key, safe and mostly quiet, although if you are sensitive to noise, you might want earplugs for the roosters in the morning.

Ivor and his team far exceeded our expectations! His care and attention to detail made us feel like we were “home” instead of merely borrowing the space. He proactively communicated and helped us book a car and ferry ride from St. Martin. so we could enjoy the island instead of figuring out logistics. That, along with a detailed welcome packet with recommendations and helpful info truly helped us maximize our time in Anguilla. The property itself is immaculate, quiet, and centrally located to many places you’d want to visit. Our unit was beautiful, pristine, and well stocked with linens, kitchen supplies, towels and even a cooler. In all our travels, it’s the only place we’ve stayed where we felt like we got much more than we paid for. We’d visit again in a heartbeat. Thanks for a great experience, Ivor!

Indira and George were very nice hosts and it felt almost like home. Even as my stay was only for one night. They picked me up at the ferry terminal and dropped me off, as I did not have a rental car. The appartment and its furniture are modern and top quality. Highly recommended

This property was beautiful. Peaceful! Very clean and comfortable. Carl was friendly and helpful. We felt right at home. Meads Bay is a 5 min car ride away and is one of the most beautiful powdery sand crystal blue water beaches I have ever seen. We tried two of the restuarants at Mead's Bay "Blancha Beach Shack" and another seafood place nearby. The food and drinks were great

This is my second stay this year with Carl, his place offers everything you could possibly need. The apartment is very comfortable and I love sitting on the porch in the early morning to watch the sunrise. Thanks again for the great stay... I'll definitely be back!

We had an absolutely fabulous stay. If you are looking for a very secluded peaceful stay on the island this is the perfect place! Pristine private beach with all you would expect as far as amenities and the host was fabulous. We had everything we could possibly need for a very restful relaxing vacation. Great recommendations responsiveness and clear instructions as well as all the information we needed to get around the island. We will definitely be back!!

Myron communicated very well, he was extremely helpful in finding us a car rental/ Taxi driver. Very nice host. The location was same as description. Well-maintained spot and very clean. Don't hesitate to book.
