Holiday rentals with beach access in Anguilla

James and Katie was such great host really responded to anything we needed are needed to know. Met Katie once at the property such a bright beautiful nice individual I would surely be back here again and again and again very peaceful comfortable and happy with my stay no issues whatsoever

My family and I had an amazing stay at Chrissy’s. She was friendly, helpful and accommodating- even giving us a ride to the supermarket to get supplies. The place was clean, spacious, had all amenities and the view was incredible. Would definitely recommend staying at Chrissy’s place!

We just finished our first stay at CARTeas and totally enjoyed the home. It is modern, clean, and has all the amenities to make your visit very comfortable. The patio was awesome, and you are very close to the airport, so you can watch airplanes takeoff and land! Since it's on the second floor, there was always a nice breeze. Njeri contacted us on several occasions just to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Just a little bit about our expectations when finding a place to stay in AXA. My wife and I visit AXA 8-10 times per year. We select either a 1, 2, or 3 bedroom place depending on the number of friends/family coming with us. We always rent a car and don't need to be on the beach which saves a LOT of money. CARTeas is located near the center of the island so you are close to everything....beaches, dining, groceries, etc! We have stayed at several places in AXA and CARTeas is by far the BEST 2 bedroom home that we have stayed at. Highly recommend!

This condo is located in the peaceful neighborhood of Sandy Hill, with a picturesque view of the ocean. My mother traveled with us on this trip and we were happy that the host made special efforts to ensure her comfort. The first morning we were treated to some delicious pastry fresh from a popular bakery. We got a lot of information about places to visit and how to get around. No place is too far or unreachable. The condo was clean, well kept, neat and attractive with adequate linen, dishes, pots for cooking and binoculars for better viewing. Being on the upper level however, may make the stairs a bit challenging for some. Added to the beautiful view and refreshing sound of the waves washing the shoreline, the condo has access to the rooftop where we were able to relax privately at night and absorb the tranquility of the skies. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Thank You.

The pictures don't do justice for that place, it really exceeded my expectations. Super spacious, great amount of storage space. Really comfortable main bed. My favourite part was that it's literally right by Malliouhana and Leon's for food and the beach is a 3 minute walk. When I'm going to Anguilla again I have to 100% get this place.

Location was great! Close to Meads Bay and very close to Shoal Bay West. Nice walk to the Arch. Street ends at a little beach. Nice view of the water. Neighborhood was very private and quiet. Probably about 12 small villas; only three were occupied. Never anyone at small, community pool. The rooftop area was lovely in the morning and evening. However, the trees have grown and should be trimmed because the view is not as dramatic as in pictures. More comfortable chairs would be a nice addition. Shower area was roomy.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was super comfortable, modern and clean. Beautiful view especially at night of St Maarten. Centrally located on the Island so everything including grocery stores, restaurants, and beaches were just a short drive away.

Easy to get to location. Meads Bay beach is just a 10 minutes walk and you can go through Four Seasons for a more pleasant walk. Also has some great local restaurants near. The room itself has a little kitchen as well as a nice garden where we enjoyed our breakfast.

The house is even better than the pictures. The beds are comfortable and one of them has a great sea view. The house is cozy and just in front of a beach, very close to the ferry terminal. Marjorie and Lisa were extremely kind and very good hostesses. Such a lovely experience! PS: there is no black-out curtains in the bedrooms, so be prepared to wake up with the sunrise!

This was a delightful cottage by the sea. It had great views that drew you outside whenever you walked by. It had ample space and was close to local attractions, but still very private. A great location with a communicative and kind host!

The location was easy to find- although we couldnt figure out how to drive up to the house at first. Luckily, Jose was there to tell us you actually do drive up over a rocky area that kind of looks like a lawn. We didn't want to assume and get stuck in our little rental car. LOL! The house is very close to Shoal Bay with an amazing beach and lots of restaurants and beach bars and places to rent chairs and umbrellas. The place is huge and spotless. Beds were really comfortable and lots of towels available. Washer and dryer were great to have. It's higher up so the breeze is lovely- although the winds were blowing hard when we were there and had to close the windows at night it was so loud, but the AC in the bedrooms worked great. The lack of outdoor furniture on the patios was unfortunate. Kitchen had basics for cooking but not much beyond dish and hand soap provided for amenities. Overall, great location. Loved the island and the people. Looking forward to returning!

This property was perfect for the 7 of us that stayed here. It was private and safe. The natural surroundings including the free roaming chickens made it very serene. Kate and her assistants were quick to answer all my questions in a timely manner. The house was spacious, clean and everything was functional. I loved how each room on the top floor had its own door to access the wrap around balcony. It's a good place to come home to after a long day of doing outdoor activities.

It's a good value to stay here in a nice neighborhood. Short drives to many beaches, food, and grocery stores. The rooms on the west side of the house can get a little warm with enough afternoon sun. WiFi and TV worked great. Anguilla was beautiful with many friendly people.

Maggie was the perfect host. Very hospitable and made the visit very comfortable. She is a true Anguillan, very friendly and would do anything to assist you with your vacation.

This is very special place. We just enjoyed our second stay at Horsefeathers, our last being a full month one year ago. The view from the villa is amazing - sweeping views of the sea, waves crashing in the distance and St. Martin. The plunge pool is fabulous. The house has a classic island feel however a bonus is the well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker and a water cooler with several jugs of water that eliminates the need to buy bottled water. The location is great on the east end, easy to find and close to the east end Best Buy and Tropical Distributers. We wish we could live there full time!

My family and I could not have had a better vacation! Scott’s house was just as described, spotless and everything you could possibly want for an amazing stay on Anguilla and Shoal Bay East. We can’t wait to return! Thank you again for everything, Scott!

I was hesitant to write this review because selfishly I'd prefer if other people don't discover Tranquility Beach. The entire experience was fantastic. We were there in September, the off-season, so very few restaurants and only one hotel were open. It turned out to be a blessing, because it felt like we had the entire island to ourselves. And while many of the hotels and restaurants were closed, there was a full staff at Tranquility Beach, and they were amazing. Samuel was extremely communicative and assisted us with everything leading up to our visit. Denise was always available and very helpful, booking us a rental car and giving us suggestions on things to do. And then there is Sam, who is simply the best beach bartender you'll ever have. He makes his own popsicles and can make any drink you like, and it will be better than any you've had before. It was an amazing vacation, and when we come back, we'll be staying at Tranquility Beach.

My fiancée and I were left speechless by my stay at Tranquility. All of the reviews are true, and it’s even better in person. By far the greatest stay we’ve had on any vacation. The location couldn’t be more beautiful and the people are amazing. Sam, Denise, and Abiel were extremely helpful and kind. Cannot say enough good things about them.

Sunset Seclusion is the perfect location for just wanting to relax in a peaceful and quiet area. Restaurants and attractions are close by at Anguilla’s pristine and world renowned Shoal Bay East Beach. The view from this unit’s terrace at sunset is truly mesmerizing! That will be the memory I take back home with me. I can only imagine the view from the 3rd floor unit that is being completed. The unit is welcoming and fully furnished with everything that I needed to be comfortable. There is a 65" Smart TV in the living room and a 55" one in the bedroom. The entire unit is powered with super cool ACs although they are not needed due to the strong, tropical, fresh breeze. Donovan is a great host and made me feel at home. I’d definitely come back and stay again!

This was our second time staying at Turtles Nest. The oceanfront condos are right on the beach with amble windows and the view is gorgeous. Turtles Nest sits in the center of Meads Bay in the absolute most perfect spot. There are so many walkable restaurants on the beach. We had a great time we will be back The extra amenity of the washer and dryer is nice. The rooms are very spacious. The temperature control is for each individual room, which is also nice. The staff was very friendly & helpful. The room is cleaned every day. We had more than enough towels and linens. There is coffee and pastry shop next door. There’s drink and food service all day on the beach by Straw Hat. There is also a rum punch social every day at 5pm for all the guests. You don’t feel like you are paying a premium for amenities you do not need. This was a perfect vacation for our family.

Wow. This place was perfect. Large accommodations are even more beautiful than the pictures. Truly the best beach & walkable restaurants on the island. Can’t imagine staying elsewhere & can’t wait to come back. Thank you to all the staff for going out of their way to make our trip the best experience ever. Will be dreaming of the pina coladas until next time.

Beautiful space and the most perfect location on meads bay. It’s quiet, super nice guest and staff too. Unit is on 4th floor with no elevator (we knew in advance). The steps are worth the incredible views. We will be back!

Yvette's place is AMAZING! We are a family of 4 with two adult children, so the space was perfect for us. Plenty of space and privacy. Large kitchen with everything you need. The location was great, as we were near everything. The yard is large and has an area for barbecuing and an area to sit and make a fire. The upstairs unit has a lovely view of St. Maarten and the sea, which we did not expect. It's very quiet and easy to get to. The beds were comfortable, with nice bedding, and we really appreciated having a washer and dryer, (in each unit). The decks were nice and large enough to do yoga on. Many nice touches, such as beach chairs, (not needed given all of the beach bars with lounge chairs!), snorkeling equipment, bathrobes, slippers, and toiletries. The units are very spacious and clean. We really can't say enough great things about Yvette's place! We would absolutely come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this location. Since we wanted to explore the island, we rented a car. However, with this location, you don’t really need one because you’re right on the beach, and restaurants are within walking distance. I highly recommend trying Ocean Echo Restaurant, which is less than a five-minute walk from Turtle’s Nest. The food is absolutely wonderful from breakfast to dinner. At Turtle’s Nest, we had a small issue with the master bed feeling hard. As soon as I brought it to the attention of the cleaning staff, they rectified it swiftly by providing a foam mattress topping. I was very pleased with their quick response. They were friendly each day. I strongly recommend this place and would definitely return if it’s available when we decide to come back to Anguilla.
