Beach house holiday rentals in Anguilla

Maggie was the perfect host. Very hospitable and made the visit very comfortable. She is a true Anguillan, very friendly and would do anything to assist you with your vacation.

Jasmine Villa is an amazing place to stay in Anguilla. Don and Tracey were very accommodating and kind hosts. The amenities in the house were countless (vitamix, nespresso, top of the line appliances, Alexa, outdoor speakers, board games, snorkel gear, ...so much more!) - Anything we could think of was in the house. The pool onsite is great when lounging and need to cool off. My biggest concern was that we weren't on the beach, but Meads bay is a 3 min walk down a secluded path, so that erased my beach concern! There are tons of places to eat on Meads bay too, so lots of lunch/dinner options were walkable. The sunsets from the top balcony were unbelievable each night as well...I could go on and on about all the good things about our stay at Jasmine Villa!! If your looking for a beautiful, clean, quite, and well equipped villa I would highly suggest Jasmine Villa. Thanks Don and Tracey for such a great relaxing week!

The house is even better than the pictures. The beds are comfortable and one of them has a great sea view. The house is cozy and just in front of a beach, very close to the ferry terminal. Marjorie and Lisa were extremely kind and very good hostesses. Such a lovely experience! PS: there is no black-out curtains in the bedrooms, so be prepared to wake up with the sunrise!

"Cozy Cottage" adjacent to beach, bars & restaurants. Great host supplied us with fruit & beverages in the fridge. Comfortable furnishing and feels like you are living in someone's house with spices, coffee and microwave popcorn in the kitchen. Rent a car for touring the island, driving to some amazing beaches, getting groceries and shopping. Full-sized washer / dryer was a plus. Plenty of linens, beach towels, beach chairs & convenient hose outside to wash off the sand coming back from the beach.

We had a hard time finding the place but Samuel was very helpful and responsive. He stayed with us on the phone until we arrived. The pool house is listed in Google maps if you need to find it more easily. When we arrived the property is beautiful! Acres to the pool from the bedroom was wonderful. We loved our stay and would definitely come back!

It was great to be back in Anguilla after many years and the house felt like a luxurious way of doing it. As we gradually filled the house with our party, the joy of being able to swim in the pool or the sea was complete and we didn't miss not having a TV as we entertained ourselves with games etc. Don't get me wrong, Anguilla's infrastructure can fail sometimes, power went out once or the internet drop but that's not the host's fault and the house was back up and running within two hours. Food prices are quite expensive, coming from the UK, but if you know that and come prepared then all is good. We intentionally came out for Carnival Week and are glad we did, as there was so much to see and do. Our host Peter was not on the island but we were very well looked after by Oris who gave us a very warm welcome and dealt with issues swiftly and often went out of his way to help. My family will have very fond memories of their holiday and would definitely go back to Lion's Rock. Thank you.

Felicia was a very warm and accommodating host. We had a problem with one of the beds the first night and she had it resolved quickly. One of the teens in our group got very sick on our last day and she couldn't have been more gracious and accommodating. The place was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Seafeathers is a beautiful part of the island.

This house is in a beautiful and quiet location on the island near Shoal Bay beach. The yard around the house is beautiful and so is the view from the house along the coast towards Shoal Bay. We greatly enjoyed our time at the house - highly recommend.

Beautiful villa and pool! Very peaceful and private. Had so many thoughtful amenities, everything you would need for an easy stay. Extra towels, beach towels, everything you would need in a kitchen. Professionally done! Sparkling clean! This is a new villa so all furniture and linens were in great shape. Beach and few beachside restaurants are a 10min walk away. Definitely glad we rented a car to explore the rest of the island, would definitely recommend a rental car. Host was super responsive and accommodating. Would definitely come back and recommend to my friends and family.

Richard was an excellent host, very communicative before and during our stay, extremely accommodating and kind when we had a last minute scheduling issue due to illness...definitely one of the best hosts we've had in our many airbnb stays! The villa was also great, top floor suite is wonderful with a private rooftop balcony overlooking the water, and balcony and views from the main floor are also amazing!! The kitchen is very well stocked, had everything we needed and more. This villa was the perfect place to start and end each day in Anguilla. There is also a great little spot that makes delicious fresh seafood pasta right up the street (called Lime Keel, perfect for takeout to enjoy at the villa), and other good restaurants hidden in plain site in the town of Island Harbour and throughout the island.

We enjoyed our peaceful stay, my wife felt safe when she was there alone and the view was beautiful. We were close to anything we wanted to do on the island and the cost was more cost effective to staying at a hotel. Definitely the way to go on Anguilla.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is a great size. We had 3 adults and more than enough space. Chinnix was so accommodating and met us while we were at the grocery store to guide us to the house. The location is fantastic if you’re looking to beach hop, since it’s in a central location. A car is a must. It’s pretty secluded and very quiet with the exception of the roosters, which we enjoyed. We will absolutely be back!

The house was clean and exactly as described! Very easy to get to, and Ivor was very helpful and responsive. On such a beautiful island, we would love to stay here again!

This was a delightful cottage by the sea. It had great views that drew you outside whenever you walked by. It had ample space and was close to local attractions, but still very private. A great location with a communicative and kind host!

I love this place it was not too far from the beach and the different activities. The host was always available when needed. Fresh linen and towels. This is a great place to stay when visiting Anguilla. You will feel at home. Thanks for a wonderful stay

Beautiful house and location, felt like home away from home

We have spent wonderful weeks in the house. The house is large and very clean and well equipped. We enjoyed the big "botanical garden" and visited the beaches nearby. Meridith is very lovely host,she helps in all matters, is always available and took very loving care of us. She is also great artist and we were allowed to admire their art. It was a great vacation also thanks Meridith. We will be back again.

This property was perfect for the 7 of us that stayed here. It was private and safe. The natural surroundings including the free roaming chickens made it very serene. Kate and her assistants were quick to answer all my questions in a timely manner. The house was spacious, clean and everything was functional. I loved how each room on the top floor had its own door to access the wrap around balcony. It's a good place to come home to after a long day of doing outdoor activities.
