Studio in artist atelier 10km from the atlantic

Every year in August, we invite friends, artists and architects to produce their projects and work with us at "Maison Merveille". We are a non profit organization and the one room we rent will help finance some of our production costs to improve the quality of the house and atelier. The house is located in the center of little town Saint Vincent de Tyrosse. It is a good location if you want to explore the region's amazing diversity of nature, landscapes and beaches. Pleasant spacious 50 m2 2-room ground floor apartment with garden

Charming T2 of 50m2 fully equipped, on the ground floor with garden of 30m2 and loggia. Garden opening overlooking a children's playground, skate park, tennis, pétanque, pediment, sports surface (basketball, football ). Quiet environment and close to all amenities. Located 7 km from the nearest beaches of Capbreton, Hossegor, Seignosse (beach and lake). Many things to do nearby. 40km from the Spanish border by highway. Direct access to the accommodation at motorway exit 8.

Independent accommodation

Located at the entrance to Capbreton, the city center is 2 km away. On site: microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine, small fridge. In the bathroom, the washing machine is available. The living room is equipped with a sofa that converts to a 140 bed. An attic bedroom, a 90 bed that can be split for 2 people. The staircase is protected by a barrier, children can play safely. TV and WiFi available. Base price is set for 2 people. No pets except in exceptional cases.

Charm in the wild

The 60 m2 apartment is centrally located in the village of Seignosse, in the quiet of a cul-de-sac. All amenities are close by (bakery, grocery store, hairdresser, etc.). Once in the apartment, you will be seduced by the brightness and tranquility of the place. The living room opens onto a private pond whose colors change with the hours of the day. The 13 m2 covered terrace will allow you to enjoy this idyllic setting around a meal, breakfast... or an aperitif.

Studio with pool and jacuzzi

Modern 20 m2 studio with equipped kitchen and bathroom with walk-in shower, 160 bed, TV and WiFi. Heated pool access (May to September 15), outdoor area shared with owners; Jacuzzi reserved for tenants. The studio is adjoining our house but the entrance is independent. Located 10 minutes' drive from the beaches of Seignosse, Hossegor and Capbreton, 25 minutes from Bayonne and 50 minutes from Spain. Numerous bike path starts. Closed parking in the courtyard.

Weekend Beach&Wild Cozy Apartment Beaches&Forest.

Very comfortable cozy apartment, ideal for a pleasant stay between ocean and nature. 5 minutes from the beaches of Capbreton, Seignosse and Hossegor by car and 20 minutes from Bayonne. Linens are provided. Peaceful haven with a bakery, greengrocer and caterer within a 3-minute walk, as well as the possibility to pick up your local products at the farm on Saturday mornings, 2 minutes away by bike. ANGRESSE, in the heart of the village, 4 km from HOSSEGOR, CAPBRETON and SEIGNOSSE. 48m² COTTAGE (classified 3 stars by the Landes Departmental Tourism Committee) with fenced garden. Living room with convertible sofa 2 places (real bed in 140), equipped kitchen, washing machine, bedroom with bed 160, toilet and separate bathroom. Linens (duvets) and towels are provided. Bakery, starter, delicatessen, pizzeria, restaurant 150 meters on foot.

The annex 10 minutes from the harbor and beaches

5 minutes from the coast, entertainment and nature, recent independent house of 90 m² with private landscaped garden of 350 m², equipped outdoor terrace (arbor, plancha, tables, chairs, sunbathing), contemporary decoration, large living space, well equipped and air conditioned. (Tourism and disability label), outdoor parking. Guests have the choice to clean on departure, at no extra cost, or to pay a €50 fee upon arrival.

Fully renovated 24 m2 studio with sunny terrace, and small garden. It is attached to our house but has its own independent entrance. Bonjour, Le logement est relié à la fibre. Le logement que nous proposons est récent et attenant à notre maison. Il se situe à 15mn de l'océan, il accueille 2 adultes . Nous acceptons les petits chiens (nous consulter au préalable) qui s'entendent bien avec les chats. Les animaux ne doivent pas rester seuls dans le logement. Le logement est situé dans un village à l'orée du bois communal.
